Fast, cost efficient, and the dates lined up perfectly

Easy booking! Looking forward to our trip to New Zealand next year!

I got through all the misleading prompts for addons and put in my payment information, clicked on the "terms and conditions" link and there was no option to return to the payments page. The previous tab indicated there was a problem. I had to start all over and the price was raised $20.

Very easy to navigate when booking flights. Many flight options to choose from.

All good except that you want 50 characters now from 5 stars to 3

Why did you extort additional payment of monies for unneeded services before I could complete my transactions?

Very easy to make a booking. I booked 7 flight for my friends

Couldn't figure out how to find the discount seat, so I just paid to choose.

Many separate charges for very ordinary tasks that are included with other packages for ticketing...the process was lengthy and not customer friendly in my view...but it worked to get tickets so it's OK

It was straight forward, no hassle, no doubts and the cheapest one compared to the other options.
I will consider Flight Network as an option for my next travels.

Tried to cancel a reservation less than 2 hrs after it was made. Representative was very hard to understand and they eventually charged me over $122 for a reason I still don't understand. I won't use them again!

Too many choices for insurance, luggage and seating! Not user friendly!

First time use Flight Network found on Google Flights. Easy to book, competitive pricing.

I was able to easily move around the site and change my trip plans.

I was called and told that I would get my tickets in a little while. I still have not gotten my tickets plus I'm not sure if both my requests went through my card was declined on the two of us going, but they were able to get us our two tickets and now I had ordered separately one ticket and I need to cancel that

I booked a flight and realized instead of august 28th i was suppose to put in 29th. I realized immediatley and called you guys 2 minutes later to change. You were charging amazing fees to change. Literally 2 minutes later. Totally wrong. Very disappointed

Was on long wait with no response need to change my flight due to political event I have to attend. I had someone talking to me, and they not talking to me. It became very frustrating

The process was a bit cumbersome! A lot of boxes to check. All seats had an extra charge. I'll wait on the other two stars until after the flight!
