Order process will not accept SFB, which is the proper ICAO identifier for Sanford, Florida. It will not accept RFD which is the correct ICAO identifier for Rockford, Illinois.
When highlighting the calendar icon to set the correct dates for the flights, computer erases all information forcing user to start all over.
While site gives out ETD of departure and ETA of arrival flights, it does not give flight numbers.

Flight network is a well organized and simple to follow web site, would use it again.

I did not want trip insurance as my card covers it, can the charge be deleted? Otherwise easy site to maneuver

I accidentally opened FlightNetwork instead of Allegiant's website. Booked my flights with no issue and paid for my tickets. Then I found out my sisters reserved their seats. When I went back into to select seats the price jumped from $23 to $59 per flight. That doesn't seem right. So I will not be seated with the rest of my family.

This is the worst travel agency that I have ever dealt with. They scam you with hidden fees. Be careful of all their hidden fees. They have the worst customer service and want to charge you $40 for customer service. Save yourself a headache and do not book with them. Very Very Very bad service.

I paid for this trip over a month ago, the cost was charged to my credit cards. I never received a confirmation number and today after spending 37 minutes on hold with "customer service" I went online and your system indicates that there is NO RECORD of my purchase!
I paid twice as much for the ticket today than I had originally paid!

Much easier to book and confirm than other sites I tried. Thank you!

Too many choices for added $. It had preselected flexible service and I didn't want it. Took me a while to find the place to uncheck it.
