I just love using Flight Network to reserve flights! I started using this site two years ago while I was living in South Korea and trying to book flights all over the world. I loved how easy it was to use, saves my information, gives the exact price with taxes and other charges included so I don't have to be shocked later at the cost of my flight, and how it always has the best economy class prices. I have looked at many other travel sights, and none are as straight forward to use or have such great prices! I always use Flight Network now! It's the best!

So far so good. Still waiting for E-tickets in second E-mail so cannot comment on that. Nice to have actual seating plan show up by clicking on "seat selection" link you sent us in our booking confirmation E-mail. Your automatic pre-selected seats suited us fine - did not need to change seats you assigned us. Well presented and succinct booking confirmation E-mail. Easy to use web site.

This is with reference to the booking no above. My original booking was made on 12/28. We noticed and error and requested to change the itinerary immediately within the next hour. The change was finally communicated via email 1/5. The problem is that I have not received an official confirmation from flight network. I cannot see my updated itienary when I log into my account. I cannot see my flight booking when I try and locate it on the Air Canada Vacations using this booking ref number either. Nor am I being able to use the price drop option that I signed up for (I recorded a drop of $200) as my itinerary that on my account is still the old one.
While the staff (Shan and together) have been helpful they have been unable to resolve this issue. At this point my confidence is very low in flight networks ability to resolve this. I would like somebody to call me within the next 48 hours with an update. Failing that I will ask my credit card company to block this payment on account of services not provided.

Thank You FlightNetworks. I've booked flights with you before and I must say my online experience, this time, was much improved over previous occasions. Your site seemed easier to navigate and therefore less stressful. The only glitch came when I realized that there was no place or opportunity to enter that nice discount code you gave me via e-mail! I had to book three different flights for myself and two work colleagues. To book my multi city flights was easy on the flightnetwork website. Done! Next I had to book two other flights for my two work colleagues and we had certain flights that had to be the same for one another. It was an online nightmare. So I called the flight network phone line and the customer service rep was amazing. She understood all of my requirements and took care of the other two bookings. So simple and quick!

Was worried booking through new site (as I usually use known competitor) but Flight Network was $100 cheaper and it was a last minute flight so looking for the best deal. Read online reviews which seemed favourable and purchased ticket. Confirmation email of purchased ticket arrived immediately and shortly after e-ticket. Another e-ticket arrived in email that concerned me so phoned customer service and she informed me as long as confirmation number the same then it's all good. Looking forward to my flight, hopefully everything continues to go smoothly :) Thx FN! Lisa

This review must be prefaced by a statement that I am 83 years old and am not computer savy. I made flight reservations for an upcoming trip to Washington DC on your website. Then later in the day I realized I had not made a seat election. I called American Airlines but I was told they had no reservation for me. So I next called your offices and talked to Abdul who confirmed that they had no reservations for me. So, whatever I thought I had done on the computer, I hadn't. Abdul personally saw to it that my reservations were made, got me a seat selection, gave me his name and extension should I have any other questions, and said he would send my tickets to me in the mail. And never once did he show any annoyance by my lack of computer knowledge. Thanks Abdul and thanks Flight Network.
