Al principio dude mucho! Ya que no enviaron el boleto y cuando entre en la aerolínea si existía la reserva pero me decía que tenía que pagar! Así que llame en 4 oportunidades a flightnetwork siempre muy amables!
Y bueno, la respuesta fue hay q esperar! Todo está bien! Al transcurrir 15 horas recibír el e-ticket. Volví a entrar en la aerolínea y ya no decía que hay que pagar y consegui modificar los asientos!
La verdad es que son los mejores precios del mercado!
Sería muchísimo mejor si el envío de los boletos fuera más rápido!

PI booked with flight network last time in Dec 2016. The price was dropped and they gave me $198 price drop protection, which i used in my next flight. They are doing well, but check all the terms and condition before booking the flight.
Reading some of these negative reviews, I find that I am extremely surprised, as I encountered no such issues! I booked my flight less than six hours before take off, and everything went extremely smoothly. I hit a small hiccup when I only received an E-ticket for my return flight, but the customer service representative that I spoke to, Ace, explained everything to my satisfaction and sent me an additional receipt of purchase for my own peace of mind.
We've been using Flightnetwork for quite a while now and we love it. Always notified if there's a schedule change or cancellation.

Shakir Shaan and Anthony were so helpful in finding alternative flights when I had made my own flight arrangements within the previous 24 hours. They both went out of their way to accommodate me and were very pleasant at all times. That is why I always come back to FLIGHT NETWORK... besides the costs (in CAD) are the same amounts as others which are in USD... hence huge savings!
