Scammers do not trust them! Rude on the phone! You pay for a seat selection that is not guaranteed! They claim if the flight cost changes they honour the change but they only do if both outbound and inbound go down! Another shady thing they do. Save your money book with REDTAG or EXPEDIA
I make an online reservation on March 20th for a flight from Paris to Bali for a total sum of 1529, 20 and I am called to confirm the reservation, I confirm and I see 5 days later on my bank statement a levy 1529. 20 and another additional levy of 1000. They justify this as an extra because the flight was not available and say that I accepted by phone, it's totally wrong! And they send no invoice or email. I file a complaint immediately against this company. The flight does not even cost that price on the website of the airline!
I will never book with Flight Network again. The customer service department was completely unhelpful. I was getting continuous emails saying my flights were canceled because no one sent me my tickets. I assumed the flight was canceled and sent them an e-mail to send me a refund but then a week later someone responded and booked tickets for me. When I called to dispute this the customer service team was awful. Very rude and said there was no way to cancel my flight. I had to dispute this with my bank. The communications were slow and gave me incorrect information, they booked these tickets without my permission (as I had already asked for a refund and the tickets were not yet booked). Very very bad business. DO NOT BOOK WITH FLIGHT NETWORK, spend a few extra dollars and book directly with the airline because they are often more flexible and willing to help.
The best price
The one bad thing need to be taking care of is the professional on the phone. They do not give a good service. They pretend to do understand, they make you repeat couple times and they they hung up. Not only one but more of them! Please correct that issue
First time flying out of country. Spent a few weeks mainly on Justfly. Stumbled across flight network. Found the flights I wanted. Do went back to Just fly to compare prices. The tickets were exactly the same 996.00.
However after fees. Just Fly came to be 1240. 00
And flight Network came out to 1023. 00.
So it was an easy choice.
The automated purchasing service works fine - but that is pretty easy to do.
But I was charged $20 more on the price quoted (ie. $283 vs $263) only to discover that I paid to select my seats! Beware of hidden charges.
And, of course, like all these online businesses, no email is provided, no chat function. You have to phone and pay long distance charges (to stay online and wait) if you are outside the US and Canada to solve this kind of discrepancy. All in all, a negative time-consuming experience. Bad deal.

When I settled on a flight through flight network it was easy to book. Immediately after booking I had a question about seat assignments and charges.
My first phone try I was put on hold for too long. But my second call was answered quickly and I spoke with someone who was helpful and patient explaining and looking up and answering my questions.

I booked flights that were complicated, one ways and had several nuances with no issues or fuss! The agent I spoke to (Dhaval) was patient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I received the etickets within minutes and am extremely happy with Flight Network. Also ticket prices are the cheapest - even better than momondo or cheapoair. Would definitely book through Flightnetwork again!
I booked flights to Denver from Calgary and then back, both as one way trips because the round trip options weren't meeting my time line needs. Then realized I actually needed to fly to Colorado Spring and back. The FN agent was able to book two additional flights that didn't interrupt my original bookings which meant I didn't have to pay any change fees. Thanks for the help. Google took me to this website and the best price I was able to find all over the net...! 19$ cheaper! Bought the ticket and got a confirmation email, only to be cancelled the next day!
