The company's reputation reflects a mix of efficiency and frustration among customers. Many users appreciate the quick booking process and ease of navigation on the website, highlighting a generally positive experience with flight confirmations. However, significant concerns arise regarding hidden fees, misleading pricing, and inadequate customer service, particularly in resolving issues and providing support. Customers frequently express dissatisfaction with the lack of transparency in additional charges and the challenge of connecting with knowledgeable representatives. Overall, while the booking experience is often efficient, the company's customer service and pricing practices require substantial improvement to enhance overall satisfaction.

HIDDEN charges that dont show up even at the confirmation screen -- you approve one amount then the next screen with the conf. # shows a higher amount -- all of which is NON REFUNDABLE! CROOKED OUTFIT
Booked a flight by mistake on 29 jul instead of 29 jun throgh flightnetwork, i called straightaway to cancel the flight, i was told that 100 $ fee would apply. They offered me to change the date but i was not comfortable to give my credit card number on the phone and again if something happen i would pay more. I chose to cancel and pay 100$ and save myself the drama. Other website offer free cancelling within 24hrs. I will suggest to avoid booking through them
Due to an error, we had to correct a name on a Norvegian Air Line ticket purchased on this site. We must then pay $ 300 to Flightnetwork instead of $ 230 if we had bought the ticket directly from Norvegian. A pure scam.
I spent 2 hours to choose my flight and on the moment I was ready to pay, a message dump up "This flight is not available any more". But all charges for insurance were taken right away from my credit card.
I called customer support and the guy tried to persuade me for 30 min to buy more expensive flight. After 30 min he finally made refund for insurance. Such wasting time! Still waiting when it will be on my account.
Why are you taking payments for insurance if you cannot guarantee a flight posted on your website?
If you cannot guarantee please do not make any charges, I buy insurance only when I am sure that my flight is booked and paid.
Charged my credit card more than they should. Explicitly said they would charge $1350, and ended up charging me $1,600
I booked a flight with this website that I unfortunately had to cancel due to a death in the family. While other companies that I had used for that trip were willing to accommodate changes due to bereavement and had customer service representatives who were helpful and interested in problem-solving with me, I'm afraid the same cannot be said for FlightNetwork. They did not allow me to change my reservation $300 fee plus fare difference. Andraes, the customer service representative was to put it simply useless in response to trying to help, and he was a bit snide. I would say I hope the company takes action to limit his contact with customers, but given their ridiculous policies, I would say such an incompetent and rude person actually represents their company well. Companies like this are supposed to make traveling more convenient and easier. In a difficult time for me and my family, FlightNetwork did the opposite. Stay away!
Worst experience ever- had accidentally chosen the self seat option, emailed the very same day to cancel the entire transaction- they replied within a few days and weren't helpful or courteous at all. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!
I am a frequent traveler purchasing online for about 10 years for myself and my family of 5... without a hitch until FLIGHT SCAMMERS of India... Fraudulent 45 dollars for BAGGAGE INSURANCE that I would NEVER agree to because I do not check bags, or allow 45 dollars in online theft. Called them within 5 minutes where in India they explained there was nothing they could do about it and if I would only book the other 3 flights for the 5 of us then possibly... tried to keep me on hold for 2 hours to charge the card. Which I cancelled on another line... travelling should be the adventure not online ticket purchase from thieves and con artists... booking number ******* made on June 7th 2019... even their recording states... Ïf you wish to cancel your baggage insurance or seat charges push 2... THEY KNOW EXACTLY WHAT UNATHORIZED 45 DOLLARS THEY ARE STEALING...
For months FlightNetwork held on to my refund--without, the very least, a notification email that they had received said refund from SpiceJet to be deposited to my account. So for weeks I contacted SpiceJet--as I had received news of the flight cancellation only from SpiceJet, and instruction to contact them for a refund--and all they kept saying was that they had process said refund to my account--which technically wasn't true; failing to tell me they had refunded FlightNetwork who in turn should have refunded me. I received no email from FlightNetwork, no instruction or notification that they had my money. This is sketchy business practice, at best, or outright collusion, at worst. FlightNetwork has yet to process my refund, even after I've contacted them on this matter.
I thought this was a great place to purchase my ticket turns out these people are scammers. I told them I needed to leave 5/31 and return 6/5 but these people booked out for 7/5. I told them there mistake and and they were like nope can't do anything you agreed. They never allowed me to speak to a manager. Put me on hold for hrs to speak with no one. Worst place ever never again will I come here. These people suck there all fournier's that can't pronounce anything right.
I booked tickets for my sister and I Feb 27th from ORD to CPH, in booking I left an e out of my sisters name. I noticed it as soon as I put the passport information in, contacted Flightnetwork, followed all instructions and never got the name correction. Called weekly, sent text just asking if I needed to do anything else, never got response. Called TSA for advice and was told see if airlines will help you. Spent hours on the phone but, thank goodness airline took care of problem. We have spent thousands on a trip we have saved years for and all could have been wasted if left up to flightnetwork. Pay close attention to your web site. I thought I was on the official airline web site. Realize places like Flightnetwork pay money to be first in your search. Make sure you are dealing with the airline and not Flightnetwork
I searched this website looking for the best price and within moments I found an outstanding price! I look forward to using the site again for my next trip.
Simple process to purchase tickets. Nothing bad to say about it! Great prices. Would definitively recommend.
First time first time I used this service and it was so easy and I got a great deal! Definitely use it again!
Easy to book, confirmation really clear and fast, airline confirmations also quick.
Friendly webpage.
This is not the first time we booked with flight network and we always got a good deal. I'm sure it won't be the last.
Pleasantly surprised by the process.
Only one item that may or may not require attn: I tried to load a frequent flyer # but for some reason the system does not give American Airlines Frequent Flyer program as an option (somewhat surprising since my reservation includes on flight on American?)
Wow... Little did I know that in my neck of the woods lives and breathes a true passion to provide ultimate in global travel service... Flightnetwork - I admit - was in my blind spot for a while... but this year they emerged on my radar as I was growing more and more dissatisfied with cold indifference of off-shore call centres that most global brands use to hide themselves from their customers, thus increasing the distance between recipients and providers of the service that gave them a reason to exist - in the first place.
I admit I was shocked when your telephone specialist Patt revealed to me that he works his magic out of you Mississauga location... Wait, so I am actually dealing here with a neighbourhood business who has not outsourced and actually is a player on the global scene I somehow missed?
Kudos to you guys for winning my business today. I am so glad I actually got to speak with one of your best and brightest who quickly took charge of my request, understood my objective and over delivered in effortless execution of a time sensitive booking for me Patt, thank you for restoring my faith in home-grown world class customer service.
And for your colleague Courtney from the Marketing Department maybe a hint - Patt deserves praise for phenomenally handling my irate attitude and turning the situation around (I had a very poor experience just prior to reaching out to him, with two different agencies who have outsourced their customer facing departments, and their Manila and Kairo teams seam indifferent, out of touch, and out to lunch - unwilling to serve the customer). Patt really made an effort to be of service, and I am glad I didn't just go online after my search and clicked my way through to booking my seats on practically sold out flights for my upcoming vacation. I had the pleasure of stumbling upon a better way to make my travel happen - which Flightnetwork made very easy.
So try and retain more people like Patt, Courtney (he also had a discount coupon up his sleeve) and you will have something to be really proud off when market research benchmarks Flightnetwork against Expedia, FlightHub and all other major outsourced players in the field - whom you clearly blow out of the water.
And now I must pack and arrange a veggie meal for all 4 flights.
Cheers,
Phil
Your business made the difficulties of looking for ticket looks very easy. I really enjoyed the process and I'm gladly I found The flight network.
Easy and fast to book website was super easy to navigate excellent price super exited to book with you guys from now on than you so much
Answer: I did! $45 that was NOT clearly disclosed at the time of booking, which is required.
Answer: I have the same experience on 07/21/2021. I was on hold for 1 hour for two times and then it got disconnected.
Answer: Hi there, the promo code box is under the insurance section on the final step of the booking process. We can certainly add the code to your booking however, I will need your booking number. Can you provide? Once we have that we will issue you a refund. Have a great day. / Courtney
