I called these guys 3 times, every time wasted my 30 mins, just to correct a small mistake in my daughter last name. Everytime I was asked to wait 3-5 mins, I waited for 30 mins and then line broke off. They did not even to bother to call me back, though every time asked for my cell phone confirmation. Very poor customer service, very disappointed, do not use their services. The last who named herself Reese, with employee number 293, asked me to wait 3-5mins, and I am on line for last 20 mins.
Don't use the site... is a fraud... they never would help you with any discrepancies or any problem you encounter... no help at all... and they tell you someone will call you and they never do... they just tell you that to hang up the phone...

Every time
I call for a price that; s advertised for my flight the price has gone up by the time I try to book it. Nobody on this website speaks clear English and the phone static is terrible. I have lost three flights due to sudden increases in the past two days and finally got one booked only to find that the return date was wrong and if I want to change it to what I asked for I have to pay a cancellation fee. Don't go here...

After booking you will see an option to add an "Extended Cancellation Policy" with no price listed. I selected it assuming I could cancel it at checkout if the price was too high. At checkout the ticket total was listed and under that it said "Add A Plan" and under that was $119.94. I did not want it so I did not select "Add A Plan". But you get charged anyway because they say the $119.94 was already assumed and the "Add a Plan" was to add additional plans. When I called, the agent refused to refund it and refused to give me a supervisor until I made it clear I was not going away. After a long hold and a long "discussion" with a supervisor I was finally given the refund. They may have covered themselves legally, but their little scheme is totally deceptive and unethical.

Please hire people who can speak and understand basic English. We've just spent countless hours making a simple change. And was called back at 3AM by them to ask for more money for the change. And now still waiting. It's Christmas Eve. WTF. I have no more voice left from arguing with these people. And they don't understand my questions. They just keep repeating the same thing over and over. They cant even tell me a simple list of what I'm exactly paying for. Never, never book with flighthub. No matter how cheap it is.

The airline changed my flight and created a misconnexion. It has been my 7th time calling. Sometimes when they put me on hold it just hangs up, sometimes they just say they cannot do anything, sometimes they say they dont have any available flights for me even though i can see online that there is spaces! I'm still waiting for a so called email (the first and second call i was also told this but no email ever came to me) from the scheduled department. I'm risking to loose all my ticket because of this misconnexion. To this day, still no solution except rebyuing a whole new ticket which will cost me double the price. Unbelievable. This company is highly unefficient and careless of its customers..

Wanted to change my flight but I was told by agent I could not change my flight. I found out from another company that was not the case. By that time I had already flown. I tried to change my return flight I was then advised by another agent that I could only change my flight before I had flown. Besides contradictory information, I was put on hold for long periods and I had to look for another flight with another airline, meaning I would lose my money. This service not worth it. This was the worst flight service I have ever used.

BEWARE of the pre-checked button which will cost you $19.99. It's for an 'extended' cancellation policy but is only valid until 11:59 of the day you make the reservation. This amount is non-refundable.
BEWARE of the pre-checked Manulife insurance button which will cost you $14.94 a day while you are travelling if you don't uncheck it.
The seat plan diagram does not work. You spend all this time picking out the seat(s) you want only to get an error at the end.
If you call them to try to reverse the charges, you will have to wait at least 20 minutes.

Customer service is an absolute nightmare. I just got off a 2 and a half hour call trying to rebook a cancelled flight. When you do rebook, it has to be the exact same flight, same route and same passengers. Finally, I was told they cannot use my credit towards the flight I requested. He finished by saying, call back tomorrow, maybe it will work then but I cant make you any promises. What?! How is that even possible?!
I had to cancel a flight back in July within 24 hours of booking. First of, Flight hub does not have the "24 hour" free cancellation so I had to pay 15$ to cancel my flight. Since July, flight hub has been charging my credit card 5.95$/month and when I called customer service, they won't entertain my call as I don't have a booking reference! Flight hub definitely win the worst customer service this year!

Had many problems with one ticket. My flight is in 3 days (this sat 21 jan)
And when I called the mother company to confirm the flight, I found that the flight baggage allowance is different than what I was told originally from flighthub... 1 buggage instead of 2 which I originally confirmed with flighthub to be 2... so I called flighthub and asked for their supervisor, was transferred to a supervisor that told me(we can not do anything, you should have confirmed with the original company from the first day)
So I will leave the comment for readers to decide if this is a company to trust, is this a supervisor?!
Of course this was not the only problem, there was originally another problem, where I found another added ticket booked for me, which I did not order, where the agent that I called seemed not professional at all, which I realized later (wrong ticket and wrong baggage info), however the problem of extra ticket was solved after many calls and after hearing the conversation, still now problem of baggage, the most important is that their unexperienced team, this supervisor that does not want to offer any kind of help.
I would not do this mistake again.

I booked a round trip flight for my daughter to come home for the holidays. The morning she's waiting at the airport she finds out that her ticket doesn't exist. Flighthub had cancelled my transaction WITHOUT telling me! My daughter was stranded at the airport and was told the only flight she could get out that day was going to be over $1,000.
Luckily we were able to find something cheaper on GOOGLE FLIGHTS. Horrible customer service, the woman just kept saying "we're sorry for the inconvenience" but offered no help nor took any blame. Even when I asked to speak to a manager she said they wouldn't say anything else. NEVER AGAIN, ALL OVER TERRIBLE EXPERINCE.

I cancelled my flight and transferred as future credit in flighthub in Nov, 2016. And I booked a new flight using my future credit with a flighthub agent in Dec, 2016. The agent told me that the flight ticket price is about $300 and my flight credit is over $700, so I will only be charged a rebooking fee for $100. HOWEVER, when I checked my credit card statement, flighthub charged me over $300, which is exactly the full flight ticket price. I called the customer service and they made up excuse, like my flight ticket price is over my flight credit and other BS. But I wrote down everything when I rebooked the flight, they cannot fool me! How can a big agency like flighthub make this kinda mistake. I didn't receive any refund and I am sure I am not the only one experience the bad experience with flighthub. When you did something wrong like this, I don't accept any apology until you fix it. NEVER EVER BOOK FLIGHTS WITH FLIGHTHUB. My booking reference is 032-151-442.

I booked tickets for my sister and nephew to come home for the holidays. They charged my card but wouldn't give me my tickets. I called my credit card company and they said they charged and the money had cone out. They also stated they are listed as a fraud site. I have now been trying to get back my hundreds of dollars they charged and took without giving me my service I paid for. I will never use them again. Their customer service support was rude and they were not helpful at all. BEWARE OF BOOKING WITH FLIGHTHUB!

Any one booking their flight through FlightHub - BEWARE. They are crooks of the highest order.
I booked my flight from Toronto to India and back. On the day I had to travel from India back to Toronto - a family emergency forced me to cancel my ticket. I went to the ticket counter at the airport and asked them to cancel my ticket. They did the needful and advised that the agent (in this case Flighthub) will most definitely be processing a refund. Unfortunately this situation arose at the last minute and I barely managed to get my ticket cancelled in time.
My husband who had booked my ticket - called them today to ask for refund and they flatly refused. I was prepared to loose some money on account of a last minute cancellation but was certainly not prepared for THIS!
Compare this with Expedia - I booked a ticket with them and had to cancel - they not only processed the refund on time - but the amount I lost with them was minimal. They understood my condition and processed refund with out having to call or email them.
ZERO stars for Flighthub. BEWARE id you are planning to book via them!

This company is terrible to deal with. I booked a Comfort plus seat and they wouldn't honour any of the airline features this type of seat offers. The flight was cancelled due to Hurricane Otto, but I was still charged $350 for cancellation fees. So I couldn't afford to rebook the flight with the same type of seat so I downgraded the seat to Economy. The flight was booked and fully paid for and then they cancelled my booking because they said I had to rebook with a first class seat, which was $1000 more. This was originally a $700 flight that has now cost me over $2300. They have kept me oh hold for over an hour at a time, they have been rude to me, and finally when I showed up at the airport I found the flight was booked and cancelled. I will never use Flighthub again, and I strongly recommend no one else use it. Its better to look up the flight then call the airline to book it, at least they will honour their policies. So Unhappy with Flightup.

Fee is good. Be careful! They charge your credit card for several reason without confirming with you. It is a big surprise! When you call the customer service they just tell you for seat, for admission, and something else which is ripped off.

Tried calling Flighthub to change my flight to another date due to a family emergency and after 20 minutes and 3 transfers to different people they told me that it would be cheaper to purchase a whole new ticket. They said that changing the date would incur a $175 fee compared to West Jets $75 fee and that I could only choose certain flights that were inconveniently priced at double the cost that I paid for my original ticket! Very unhelpful customer service, never going through them again!

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
