I was charged $585 for Manulife Insurance and I was almost positive I had declined this. It must have been well hidden.
Flighthub changer one of my flights and wouldn't help to change one for me, they wanted to charge 350.00 for a change fee, I feel that it was totally unreasonable and excessive.

Flight Hub claims I do not know my name or my husband's name. Supposedly, I TWICE misentered both our middle names-- typing them into their system twice. Of course, I did not. On realization and trying to correct this error, they would do so-- For an extra $150. After complaining, the supervisor said she would do it for $100. I am NOT paying for their computer error. DO NOT use this unprofessional company, they do not stand by their work, they do not take care of their customers.
I'm very happy with the flight prices that flight hub has. Very hard to contact though so I wasn't able to cancel a flight I purchased so I had to buy another one... good thing it was cheap!
Great prices and clear squelch of the flights only need information and the luggage you allow I never see it but besides that great side keep up you great work, but keep the prices down.
FlightHub is very easy to use and get around on the website. I have never had a problem with it. I always book m flights through FlightHub! It has never let me down and have great deals!

I had to cancel a ticket recently. Was told there was no refund, which is fine. I then get a call back that I DO get a credit. I ask for confirmation number for that info. She says it's on my record. I try to book new ticket using the credit, am told there's no credit on my record. Frustrating that there's no real communication between your departments.
Purchasing new ticket was easy and quick online, but I have zero trust in your infrastructure. The agents are sweet but that's not worth anything if the computer info isn't consistent. I am nervous that I may not actually have a flight booked now.
Also, the email receipt after cancelling was confusing. It said "booking confirmation" not "cancelation confirmation" so I wasn't sure if you had messed up what I was trying to accomplish. It wasn't clear at all.
I was very happy making the reservation until I got the confirmation which indicated my flight leaving and returning in Victoria was priced in US dollars.
Our flights never enter Us airspace so how come they priced in US dollars?
Regardless we are looking forward to our trip.

Good prices come at a cost! The overall experience was satisfactory; however, it was hard to get information about insurance and cancellations/refunds. Then it turned out that a lot of options were only available to Quebec residents anyway. The option to call wasn't very useful, as it didn't have an option to talk with an agent to ask questions before booking. Again, can't be too fussy when getting a good deal! Beware in the fine print it says that if you make a mistake on entering your information, they make you cancel and re-book with the correct spelling, at which time the sale might not even be on anymore!
In February they said I was going to get a reimbursement back, for $349.60. It would take 6 to 8 weeks. I was patient and waited. In May I called about non payment and then they needed to do an investigation. I gave them all past Credit Card account information for three months including Decembers when I made the purchase, and then had me wait 72 hours. I waited again, and called them and they said it has been sent to my credit card account. It did not show. When called again they said to call back. I never did get the money. This is very unprofessional and I think from what I have read from other reviews they need a class action lawsuit done on them.

Avianca is the airline you were scheduled to travel with and the refund is for $349.56.

Offers good deals and the website was easy to use especially for people like me who likes to travel a lot.
Everything is great except the automatic application of insurance. This should have an opt in or opt out option so you don't have to call in every time to have it removed
They charged me with a fee which they had not informed me.
Maybe I haven't read all the information
Other than that I have no other complaints
I have had a stroke and cannot use my hands very well. I accidentally hit wrong date on flight and when I realized it I tried to change date. They were going to charge me $250 to change date. I would not pay $250 so they charged me $75 to cancel it I will never use flighthub again! All customer service could say is company policy!

Site gave me suggestion on how to save money by changing my dates a little and it worked in my favor.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
