I am very happy with flight hub it is simple I will use flight hub any time I need tickets they are informative and keep you updated on the flights
I phoned and booked a return trip kelowna to palm springs, took 2 seconds for them to answer the phone for that to get the money. I was told I would have email right away with trip details... after just about 1 hr I tried phoning to tell them I didn't receive it. Well I could get any customer service, kept ringing. When I would use the number to book a trip they answered right away! But then say you have to talk to customer service! I said I have been on hold for hours, several times, they don't answer. I finally talked to a fella who told me where to go see my itineray, well when I saw it they got the date of return wrong! So now I am thinking he has not only wrote down the email address wrong, but the date is wrong too! When I finally talked to someone she pushed me to cancel flight instead of just correcting everything! By this time I wasn't trust g them anyway, so they said I would get my money back, but I had to pay 75.00, but when it was found out that this wasn't my it would be returned. So of course I knew it wasn't my fault, so reluctantly I let them take 75.00 off card, and with that I had to write a email to do an investigation. Well next thing I hear, and once again waiting on hold for hours! I'm now told that was a cancellation fee! I am so fed up with flighthub, they don't offer service, they make mistake after mistake, and they don't come clean, and do the right thing. I will now go to the better business Bureau and see what I can do! Don't book with flighthub unless you have nothing better to do than sit around on hold. And you just might loose some money too. If they don't pay back the 75.00 I will keep posting telling my story. Hey, thanks for reading, hope it helps in your decision
Appears to be a non-usa-based website what with the international phone numbers, etc. Good experience will build confidence.
Flighthub has good rates, and it was very easy to book my flights. Also offers medical and flight insurance

I have used Flighthub for all of my recent flights, and it has been great every time! I always pay less than the original price, and the customer service was super helpful when the airlines have problems or change the flights. I definitely recommend using this service.
This site is always the cheapest rates execpt i wish you could secet your flights in a round trip seperately. Also the filters on the side of the screen never work for me.
I booked my own tickets. Do not book with this company. Go to someone that you can see face to face or the airport. This is what happened to me. I booked the tickets online. Price and seating were confirmed. Credit card approved. You will receive your e-tickets in 48 hrs. A few hours later received an email that we need to call our card company to approve the card. We called the card company and told them about the tickets and amount. They were protecting us from fraud. They thought the amount was too large. They approved the amount we gave them. We run the card back on Flighthub and it approved. The next day we get an email to call them about our tickets. The lady tells me that the price had increased. I asked her how can it increase when I booked this myself. She said the airlines' prices change very fast. I told her to cancel the tickets. I went to AAA used the same card and got my tickets right then. What I should have done the start with.
Email updates are useful, keep looking for best price, they go up and down over time. Insurance is added to price, you will have to take it off if not needed
Not a single issue everything went flawlessly plane left on time landed a lil early everyone was really friendly the site was quick and easy to use found what I was looking for right away will use it again for sure. Will also suggest to others that they should use it I have absolutely no complaints

This is our first time using Flighthub and the customer representative patiently explain the whole process to me. The most important thing is the price is the best so far we are searching for.
Made a purchase on Flighthub. There were no restrictions listed on the website for the flight at the time of purchase. I get an email 45 minutes AFTER spending 3k that no carry on bags are allowed on the flight. Absolutely would not have purchased the tickets if I had known ahead of time that a 300 year old violin could not be carried on the plane.
Called customer service less than 24 hours later to try and upgrade ticket so that we could bring carry ons. They told me to contact United, United told me it was Flighthub's problem, and it went back and forth for hours of me trying to reach someone about this problem. Finally, Flighthub hung up on me. I managed to speak to a supervisor at United about the situation and they were not happy with Flighthub either as it is the travel agent responsibility to be clear with customers and provide service. Terrible experience, will not ever book again on Flighthub.

I travel often to Iceland and thanks to Flighthub I can do it efficiently and at a better price. I've been very happy with their ability to find me a variety of great flights right out of my small mid-western town to Iceland and Ireland another country I travel to often.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
