Yes I would most definitely recommend Flight Hub as the best way to book flight travel.My daughter introduced me to Flight Hub a year ago using my I phone and I love it.
Now here is the update for my previous comment related to Flighthub, it was mentioned by Flighthub Rep that a member of Flighthub's Escalations Team will be contacting me regarding the issue, and still waiting for the call, which I didn't get it till now.
The worst ever experience I had. Booked the ticket and on reaching airport with family, came to know that the outbound flight mentioned in the ticket is not available. The option flighthub provided was cancel the ticket and book another ticket, for which I had to agree as there was no other option for me as I am in the airport with my family to catch the flight. I was assured that the refund will be made to my account after 60 days.
Now it is more than 120 plus days and after doing mail communication didn't receive my refund which is more than 1000 dollars.
I can only say hat's off to the flighthub team for such a wonderfully horrible customer service.
Unfortunately I can't provide some negative of 5 rating because there is no such provision but flighthub team definitely deserve it.
My name was spelled wrong on the e-ticket. I don't know whether this was my fault or Flight Hubs. When I called to ask for it to be corrected they said it would be $75 to change the name change. The agent Arnel told me to call West Jet to discuss the fee with them. Westjet just laughed and said Flight hub had to correct it and said Westjet would never charge to make the correction. I called Flight Hub back and got another agent. He told me it was Flight Hub's $75 fee to make the change not Westjet. I had a fit about the fee and finally got it reduced to $25. I will never use Flight Hub again and hope everyone reads the reviews before booking with them.

Book a flight for my family. Spelling error. They issued a another ticket removing the name which was spelled wrong. Now have to purchased a new ticket double the price. Hopeless service. Thinking of sueing.

We tried booking a deal for $340, once we clicked on it it brought us to another page and we didn't notice of the price changes until it was too late. We tried cancelling the ticket with 10 minutes and they wanted to charge us $75. I did not cancel it right away But decided to cancel it couple days later and now they want to charge us $300 to cancel it.

The first time you called to cancel, it was within the 24 hours of purchase and the ticket was still voidable with a full refund. Even though you called within 24 hours, we do have a $75 per passenger fee to cancel. Once we pass the 24 hours, we must follow the airline fare rules if we wish to cancel. A lot of tickets are non-refundable but in your case, they are refundable but with a $300 airline penalty per person.

We used Flighthub, my flights I purchased for the way there was in Canadian so when I book my second round of flights, I thought we were getting a great deal assumed it would also be in Canadian as I presumed it would be the same as before. Ended up costing Us a lot more than I intended. But my own fault for not double checking. Other than that booking through flighthub was fine. They got all our flight information correct and the first set of flights we got a good deal.
Very $#*!ing and terrible service which I will never ever recommend to my enemy. I cancelled my flight and they charged me$75 for rebooking. I called today to rebook my flight and they asked me to pay $230. So it really doesn't make any sense to pay $#*!ing $700 for Toronto trip. Really worst service. You should be sued..

After filing complaint with BBB Flighthub contacted me and send a check for full refund minus about $60, apparently airline does not have to refund seat selection fees even if they cancelled their flight themselves and you were not able to occupy selected seats. Does not make sense to me, but I am tiered of fighting with them.
Bottom line: do not use Flighthub!
Booked with flighthub airline tickets for direct flight from Oakland to Barcelona. Airline last moment cancelled our outbound flight. Contacted Flighthub immediately to request the refund and booked with another ailine. Callung every 2 days to flighthub to check on refund. Best they can say that airline refunded to them but it takes 6 to 8 weeks for the money to get to me because that is the speed that their department works with. Also after they told me the amount of the refund that they are processing it did not include taxes and their fees. Had to request that refund separately from their supervisor since people on the phone only told me that it is in process and call back in 24 to 48 hours. DO NOT BOOCK WITH FLIGHTHUB, they do not have custumer service and all they do is charge you fee on top of the price of airline ticket bought directly from airline. Will be easier to buy directly from airline and if they change or cancel your reservation you can deal directly with airline. Instead I have to call my travel agent, flighthub in this case, and deal with their useless and non existent custumer service that despite assurances not even one time called or emailed me on the status of my refund. When I called them, they kept me on the phone on hold 20-30 minutes or more and were not able to provide any useful information.
Line, impossible1. Flight hub is deceiving customers by listing flights as Air Canada while later listing as warning (not as notification by email) as Air Canada Rouge, cheaper. No frills air line, impossible to fly for 9 hours.
No price change.
2. Flight hub is charging customer's credit cards additional fees without authorization.

As a low budget travel agency, we always try to offer to our customer's the lowest fares available which means there can be times where the lowest price may not be the most ideal itinerary. When searching for an itinerary, we do disclose if it is operated by another airline in the search results page.
As per checking your reservation, we do see that you have contacted our Customer Care team and they have explained the fees you are seeing is the seat assignment fee. You have seen been refunded the $29.90 FlightHub seat assignment fee. Refund process usually takes about 2-10 business days.

I was surprised when I received an email from FlightHub saying they inspected the misspelling matter. According to FlightHub phone records, the assistant on the phone spelled my whole name to me and I confirmed. I can't deny or confirm that because I didn't hear the recording myself. Either way I was surprised to get a reply on my comment and it was a really nice gesture when I was offered 50 bucks back to my credit card.
I recently booked two flights via FlightHub. The second booking was cancelled due to unknown error so I dialed FlightHub assistance and they offered to create a new booking. So I said okay go ahead, that was a mistake. So they got my last name wrong and they didn't include insurance I asked for. I called back and explained that the spelling is incorrect. I had to pay another 75 bucks and was put on hold for long periods of time to get my last name spelled correctly. I said well I ain't paying for your mistakes, I am just gonna call the airline myself and fix it. I was told that it is not possible to do that cuz they made the reservation. It is my first time in US and I don't really want to face any problems so I just went ahead. In general, I am not using FlightHub again.
Flight hub service is poor to say the least. I am very disappointed with them. I called to change my ticket. First of all, I was told I could not change the ticket to the flight I wanted even if I was paying for the penalties and change fee. After standing my ground that I was paying for the change, they gave me the flight I wanted. I was on the call for 1hr, 39mins. Long holds with no update and just really poor service.
The agent told me I would be charged $475 for penalties and change fee, which I was fine with, only to check my credit the next day and I was charged an additional $210. I then called back and spent another 1hr trying to get this resolved as the agent said this was a mistake and the additional $210 should not have been charged. I was put on hold several times with no resolve. I will be calling my credit card company to dispute the charge.
Flight hub, I have used your services several times as I am a frequent flyer and really liked your service but over the past couple of months your service has severely deteriorated and is very disappointing. Never again will I be using your service.
I love flight hub! I travel a lot, mostly from canada to the usa, and within usa with some international travel elsewhere. Flight hub has ALWAYS given me the best rates! I wouldnt blindly buy any ticket so i always do my research, but end of going with flight hub. Wish i got reward points: P
I went to Pakistan from toronto for $860, it was less than what the travel agency, specializing in the area was offering me. When all else fails, i can rely on flight hub to give me the best rates. Its user friendly, its fast, its good, it gives me cheaper options for alternative dates which is good.
Only sad thing is, everything is final sale.
I booked through flight hub and somehow they changed my flight home date. Everything was the same except the date. Do NOT use them. They will screw you over.

I made a reservation for me and my son to Europe and back from Canada. Once I made a reservation I was sent a confirmation email. Of course the return flight date was wrong. I called back within an hour to explain to them there was a mistake. They wanted to charge me for making the changes. After a long argument and many holds to speak to supervisors I was informed that they would cancel the reservation and charge me nothing. I rebooked with them new flights. 10 days later I still see no money on Credit Card nor a cancelation email. I phone back. Of course they didn't cancel the ticket. Now Im stuck with two tickets costing me nearly 5000$. I made them check the recording of the reservation. Supervisor told me that yes their agent told me I would get full refund... doesn't end there. She still says she can't give me my full refund but 1900$ of the 2450. I am stuck now with two flights. I requested a recording of the conversation and I will take this to court as well spread it throughout the internet anyway I can attaching the recording. I am told it will take 30 days to get the conversation... These guys are horrible.

Then maybe you should have a disclaimer that says you have exactly 30 seconds to select, confirm and pay for your reservation or it might change. Not happy at all, and obviously I am not the only one, read all of the other negative comments. Screw a customer they will never come back, take care of a customer, you will have a customer for life. I have 4 more flights to book before December, guess who I will not be using. Just beware everyone.

Online to book, found flight, hit select, shows price of 351.60 per person, put in names, etc, when i finally confirmed it was 703.20, confirmation then came up at 793.20. Talked to them for over an hour, showed them where i had taken a pic on my phone of the flight i chose and the price. They do not care. Totally misleading, find another agency even if you pay a bit more, cause who knows what price you will end up with. And they want $$$ to cancel what you just booked 5 mins ago. Contacting my credit card company today. Word to all, do not use them.

The price changes almost daily. It was cheaper, then more expensive then cheaper again. I bought the flight when I realized it was cheaper again!
Please do not ever book your travel ticket with flight hub. You will be messed up if you ever try changing your flight.
My candid advise is to check for the cheapest flight with flight hub and book directly with the carriers.

When booking a flight on Flighthub's website, I was initially greeted with a "timed out" error. So I tried again - success. Except that the first one actually did go through. Two tickets for the same flight! The airline noticed it within 24 hours and cancelled one of the tickets. They assured me the money was refunded to the booking agent: Flighthub. Similar to the previous cases here, I have spoken to numerous people, even some twice on different days, and after more than 1 month they tell me "call back in 24 hours" or "wait another week". The script never changes. Even the manager I spoke to follows it. Stay away - probably best to book with the airline.
Pretty sad when an airline demonstrates better ethical behavior.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
