ONE STAR IS TOOOO MUCH! THEY RE STUPID RIP OFF BASTARDS I WANT TO KILL THIS COMPANY WHICH IS A $#*!T ONE!, ON THEIR SITE SAYS IT COST $75 TO CANCEL YOUR FLIGHT. BUT I WILL SUE THEM! FOR FALSE ADVERTISEMENTtHEY TOKE MY MONEYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY AND NOW WHAT? I CAN'T TRAVEM AND LOST $279.00 I WILL SUE THOSES SONS OF A $#*!ES! STUPID $#*!ING PEOPLE ON THE PHONE THAT YOU CAN'T UNDERSTAND, THEY RIPED ME OFF! GO BACK TO YOUR STUPIS COUNTRY!

Took three phone calls each of which they said they would call me back and they never did. Once I did they finally told me that they could not help me. I paid extra $375.00 to keep a credit on top of my $1000. 00 tickets. They made it very difficult and spent at least 6 hours of my time trying to get things corrected. One person even hung up. They then told me I have to pay $700 dollars on top of my already $1375. 00 to fly a hour flight from Las Vegas to LA. Looked directly at the airlines website and tickets were 130.00 per person round trip (3 people in our party) even with Additional airline fees would not come close to the original almost 1000 credit. Waited for an hour patiently while they told me they were following the process Still not helped nothing resolved. Spoke with a manager still not resolved. I never write reviews but dont want another person to go thru what my family went thru from this company. Please never use flight hub they are a crooked company.

After 2 attempts of buying a ticket on the web for my mother (both reservation were cancelled according to their explanation due to problems with the airline) I called them and they told me that the bookings were cancelled because the price had gone up (from 664 to 702) even if the website was still showing 664 as the price... but I accepted the change of price and I made the reservation over the phone (long and painful process) and voila 10 minutes later the reservation was cancelled as the first 2... then I called customer services and the told me that is not they fault that the airline did not confirmed the tickets... what a stupid explanation... if they sell me tickets online and over the phone they are responsible for the customer relationship and for me is simple... if you dont have the ticket just dont sell it... as usual flighhub has the worst customer service and the worst customer experience that I have ever seen...

My school went on strike and I booked a flight to go home. As soon as it was booked the strike ended so I had to cancel the flight. It cost money to cancel but I was fine with a credit because I needed another flight in the spring to go home. I was told it had to be the exact same point a to point b. No problem. Then when it came time to rebook, I found a flight that was way under the budget of my credit. Supr excited, tried to book it. It took hours to get through on the phone to rebook and the website wouldn't work. Then when we finally got through, my family and I were told we don't get those prices, it's a special rebooking price. That was annoying. But we wanted me home so we sucked it up. But THEN they also said there was a rebooking FEE! This is where things got frustrating. We had to pay to cancel, pay to rebook, AND pay more for the flight because that was the rebooking cost. NONE of this was communicated to us upon booking OR cancelling. I had to stay where I go to school, far from home, for an extra two weeks so that my parents could afford to fly me home. I lost out on money at my job back home. It was a mess.

I will not be using this company with confidence again.
