This was the cheapest fare I found among a number of websites and it was so easy to make the booking. It was basically a one page thing. You stay in the same page to fill it out, choose your seats (optional for about extra $20) n pay for it. So it can't be any simpler than this for me.

My biggest things to review has nothing to do with your service. It's mostly the airline I travelled with. I'm not being rude about but at what point will airlines make a limit on the weight of some passengers. I. E two seats for someone over 300 pounds. I was flying across Canada from Alberta to Prince Edward Island. On two of the flights I was stuff jammed against the aisle and wall. I'm not a rude guy but at what point do they take the comfort of the other passengers into affect. I was absolutely uncomfortable the entire flight having someone pushed against me with their stomach over top of the arm rest. I couldn't even sit up straight and for how long of a flight it was horrible. I know it's out of your guys hands but, something has to be done about tris issue

Website easy to access and flight deals are better than other website. Flight connections are reasonable. One time I call the customer service they were very friendly and help me to get the flight due to some booking issues.

Very bad agency with the worst customer service. I have been waiting for a refund since May of this year and it is now Nov. Whenever I call, I am "disconnected" half the time. They insist on a call back number, but i have never received a call back or email. When I am lucky enough to speak with someone, they always try to get you off the phone by saying it is the airline or my financial institution that is the issue. I have already called both and I know the money has been refunded to flighthub but they will not release it. The supervisors say they will look into the matter just to remove you from the call, but there is never a follow up
It's ok, I was able to purchase my flight for a good amount. So thank you. I think it's ridiculous to have to write 100 characters to submit the review.
