Flighthub makes it easy to get good deals, even at the last minute. My last two purchases were during holiday crunch time when prices shoot up sky high on other sites. Flighthub is my new go to.

Good deals on flights. I had a multiple flight ticket from Canada to The Philippines, then a week later to Japan and a few months later back to Canada. Had no problems and was able to enjoy my time in these countries to the fullest :)
This is the first time we've used Flighthub and definitely the last. We booked 6 flights for a vacation to Mexico and had the airbnb booked, and time off arranged. Then a few days later I received an email which said the flights were cancelled, with no explanation. I called in and wasted a bunch of time with an agent and then was transferred to customer service, where they told me that the booking was cancelled because they weren't able to process my wife's credit card because of a wrong birth date, which was weird because they had the correct birth date on file. I asked why they didn't call us to try to resolve it and they said they were unable to answer that. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor and waited for way too long, till a very rude supervisor answered, and before I was able to even start talking, she hung up on me. I don't want to waste any more time with these guys. They have incredibly poor customer service and on top of that, they charged us some sort of Flighthub processing fee that we're now going to have try to get cancelled through our credit card company... More time wasted. An unsavory experience.
Do not use this company, advertise no cancellation fee in 24 hours, cancelled in 2 minutes because a flight from palm springs which arrived in Dallas at 7:20 pm did not connect until 7:10am the following day (12 hours later). Tried to stop processing, but booked anyway. When I cancelled 2 minutes later, was charged a modification fee of $75. Had to enter credit card csv number to cancel reservation but this authorized payment for a modification fee. Called customer service (India) escalated to a supervisor who said they can't waive (BS) and hung up. Never do business with this company they do not value the customer or business.
If your planning on using them make sure you don't have any emergency come up and have to cancel. You will be screwed. First they charge a fee. Let you know you can use your credit within a year. I wanted to use it for a one way ticket, mind that the ticket that I was purchasing was more then the credit. I was not able to use it because it has to be a round trip ticket. Which they forgot to mention.
Fraudulently overcharged my credit card for 45% more than the advertised priced shown on the booking and credit card payment confirmation form. I immediately noticed the receipt showed this major overcharging, and called immediately while the FlightHub's system said the transaction was still pending. They would not refund the difference, and wanted to charge an additional $75 per ticket for a refund for the fraudulent overcharging. Scam. Not willing to do anything else to resolve this issue. I have screen shots of all the steps in the ordering process.
After 10 hours on the phone- after being hung up on 3 times - I looked them up
The Better Business Bureau has over 16 complaints - DON'T book with them.
They are dishonest
They supposedly credited me - but I can't rebook.

I have been buying all my Europe trips from Flighthub, including my mother's.
I called them today to confirm the departure time for my mother's flight and they refused to give me any info. I requested to speak to a manager and the same person came back with the same answer. I was so upset, I mean i've been the one buying her flights on line for years and now they refused to Confirm a general inquiry, when I had all the information they needed for verification. All I needed was a confirmation of departure and a reason for not getting an email notification, as We had called Airtransat before and they were able to confirm the departure time had changed to leave 1 1/2hrs earlier. I inquired why I was not notified of the itinerary change and they said Flighthub should have sent me the email update, which I they didnt. What a poor customer service! They just lost our business!
We were not notified by flighthub of a 2 hour earlier time change on our return flight and missed our flight. Flighthub said the American airline never notified them but American said they sent them an e mail 3 months ago. My husband and I had to get a hotel and spend an extra night in a seedy hotel. It was a classic take no blame when my husband called and he asked to speak with a supervisor at flighthub and got the run around no one from the United States horrible experience do not use flighthub not worth the aggravation for the low price
I wish I had read the reviews before I booked. I need to cancel a flight LAS to LAX - not asking for a refund, just wanting to pick up the continuing Manila flight in LA instead of LAS. Sounds easy enough... nope. It's impossible and nobody will lift a finger to help. Just a no period. Nothing like Southwest Air or any other sites I've previously used. I travel often and flight hub sinks.
I bought a flight in September, IMMEDIATELY realized that I accidentally booked it for one day too late of a return, and called to change it. My only option was to cancel it for a $75 fee PER TICKET, despite the fact that less than an hour had passed since purchasing said ticket. Fine, my mistake for being careless.
I have since been waiting for TWO MONTHS for the remainder of my refund. They of course charged the overage fee ASAP, but I have get to see the $700 flight refunded, despite 6 calls to customer service and having my bank send a formal inquiry. The actual representatives are professional but extremely unhelpful, and don't seem to understand basic requests. Using Flighthub only going to save me $50 in the first place, so over all this experience has cost me $100+ and hours of my life. I would strongly recommend against ever using this service. You're better off just booking it yourself.
All my connecting flights were within reasonable transfer times for my luggage to join me without delays
I purchased a ticket through Flighthub and they did not send me a confirmation. I did not call them about this until I saw the charge hit my account. When I called them about the lack of confirmation, I was told that I should have called back. I also discovered they had transposed two letters in the name. They said that they would correct it for $75.00. Refused to let me talk to Dennisse's supervisor. POOR customer service.
I have been a loyal customer of flighthub over the past 5 years. Since I do most of my overseas travel in business class, I have rarely encountered any problems except for this time. I bought my ticket several months in advance for a trip to Asia at the end of November. Yesterday, I received an email from flighthub advising me that my itinerary had been changed by the airline, and asking me to contact them. I have tried to call them several times and have spent several hours waiting on the phone. I got passed from one department to another, and the issue is still unresolved. I give up and will contact my lawyer next week. Sad.
I booked a flight to Pittsburgh in May for a flight in October. The flight to Pittsburgh was flawless. Great stay. When I went to check in for my return flight the night before I was to board the Spirit Airlines flight, Spirit said they had no record of me on their flight. They said they had tried to contact Flighthub about the cancelation in June. They said they had no flights into Oakland until Wednesday (two days later). They said the closest they could get me was LA. Bottom line, Flighthub did not help, Spirit did not help. Luckily I bought insurance (CSA). CSA said no on the claim. It cost an additional $1129 on Southwest to get home. Don't use Flighthub, Spirit and don't purchase the travel insurance.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
