I have multiple leases with them. On the bottom of the website on footnote #8 it states that if you make 42 of the 52 payments on time consecutively they will credit the remaining 10 payments. I called after my first lease and was told yes if I complied it would happen. Well 3 weeks ago I was there and I've called at least 10 times since, been told no one had ever asked about this, been told they would honor it on 2 occasions but they didn't honor it and now I'm told sorry we're not going to honor it. This is so dishonest and wrong! Shame on you flexshopper.
Sorry business they lie to you and Don't answer any questions won't let you see any lease pay off then ask u to pay a lease off please never again

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered three items and only received two but they have in their system that I received all three. They are still charging me for all three saying that I did receive the item. They said they will I count I still have to pay for the item. I gave them the tracking number of the order and it says that a label has not been created for it yet, but they said ignore that there system is wrong. I have dealt with UPS most of my life and I've never had issues like this. The company is trying to scam me out of extra money. I would advise you to be careful what you order and to just go somewhere else. They don't care if you get the item or not just them getting over and getting extra from you. They could have paused the payment on that item until the investigation was over but no your going to have to pay for it no matter what and they don't care. This is the screenshot that I took today 9/10/2021 with the tracking number for anyone to verify it has a label but the item was never received since 8/30/2021.

I ordered a 32" LG tv and it arrive, it's good for me because I have once a month income. Fell behind in July in payments manage to catch up with the payments this month. I know calls could be anoying when you owe. But customer service person was polite so far. Good customer service is the heart of any business.

I truly appreciate this service to keep my car running to survive when I didn't have the money to pay! It's hard out here but this makes things a little easier to breathe
I was so excited when I first found this company, because I could pay weekly for items that I like and need. But they continue to do unauthorized payments and take payments before your schedule due date. They have done this 3 times to me. All they can say is there is a glitch in the system. If I were you, I would get in and get out. Only use if you are going to to pay off within 2weeks. Because it's not worth the hassle having to check your account everyday to see if they took your money without you knowing.

Hello everyone I used this service for the first time and I already have problems. Ok when you sign up with the mobile up you are going to run into problems as far as making payments on the actual website and through the mobile. You cannot make any payments on the website if you sign up through the app, you have to call them to make payments. According to customer service the "IT Department" is suppose to work on this so that you can make payments through the app if you sign up through the mobile app. So if you want to make any payments the best bet i can tell you is sign up through the actual website with a browser not the mobile app. I will be returning this item so that this can be fix. I do not need to call them every time I want to make a payment on my account

I just got done with a live chat and i chatted with Dominic it took less than five minutes to resolve my issue 5 star i have used flex shopper several times. But when you need a high value item an you cant afford it flex shopper is the way to go i will continue to use them the only complant i have is once you make your last payment you only have 2 months to order something or they cancel you account
I used this service one time. For months the agreed upon payment was deducted. Then all of a sudden, multiple debits from my account in various amounts started appearing in my bank account from flexshopper. Several transactions up to over $400 and as little at $37. When I disputed these transactions, they contested but have yet to call me to discuss my account despite my several calls to customer service. They tried to say my account was past due even though I can show each month I made a payment. They won't get another penny from me until this issue is resolved and I will fight any collection attempts they try to make should they decide to pursue that. Stay away! Unless you don't value your money.

All around quality experience so far. My initial credit line was generous and interaction with staff when questions arose was friendly, patient, and helpful. I'm very satisfied as a consumer so far.
I purchased a treadmill that stopped working less than 1 year after I bought it. I contacted Flexshopper who agreed to have a repair person make arrangements with me to come repair the treadmill as it was still under warranty. I never heard from any repair person and had to pay to have someone else repair the treadmill. When I contacted Flexshopper again to cancel the repair person who never contacted me, Flexshopper refused to do anything to address the issue. This company does not value their customers at all. Buyer beware!

I got Approve fast for a site of 2 tires and 90day to pay it off that was very good but I didn't understand the contract and I called and the Representative Explained it to me

Answer: I place my order all happy. Then after receiving my confirmation I went online to look at the reviews of the company and to my surprise I was very disappointed at all the reviews and people complaining about not getting their packages and things like that.So I called and asked to cancel my order they said that the order has already been sent in. And "they sent a request to cancel the order" and if the order gets delivered to my house they told me to reject the package so the person sending it can send it back to flex shopper. Pretty much like every story is on here. But this is where it gets interesting... upon reviewing the contract. Besides all of the extreme interest rates at the very very bottom there's a document which entitles you to cancel your order within three days of the initial purchase. That's funny because over the phone they had told me that the cancellation request might take up to three days. So this is where it got even more weird, I was so infuriated I YELLED at them. I even said "the contract states I have three days to cancel the order, what games are you trying to play?" they still told me i was stuck. I threatened them. And then with in a few minutes they took my order off, so they can process the cancellation right away they were just trying to get me to get it delivered and at that point I would be stuck with everything. DONT BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT WONT LET YOUR RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS. READ THE AGREEMENT!

This person doesn't want to get caught up in a scheme of not getting what is paid for, broken merchandise, or late delivery. This person is basically asking if this company is legit and if all the negative comments are just hope you idiot.
