I have been a customer for almost a year and each time I've had to speak with someone, it has always been professional and friendly. I like my products, I've had no issues with them, and once paid off I will be purchasing from Flexshopper again.

Called customer service to let them know I never received my order that it said delivered but was not left at my address. Lady informed me that it was left at my door. I told her again no it was not. She keep saying it was delivered but as of today I still have not seen it. Instead of arguing with her I finally just said forget I will find out what happened. In the mean time I get calls everyday about my payment. Not going to pay for something that was not delivered or stolen from my door steps. They should have required signature upon arrival.

I have been using them for about 4 years now. Just recently I went to use them again for a purchase and I was forced into reapplying for a account. In the past everything I would just login get what I needed amd pay it off within the 60/90day grace and period. It would always get a boost in what I could spend too. Anyways I was concerned by the denial so I got ahold of customer service spoke to some person named Shanelle. Who basically gave me this tough $#*! we dont have a record of you ever being a customer bs. Guess I am moving onto using Klarna or Quadpay

New account, and already regret it. If I could return the merchandise I would! I'm stuck with the hellish, harassing phone calls now for missing one payment and I have to provide proof with bank statements and have to make TWO payments upfront to change my billing cycle, and I never recieved my 2nd week free when I used thier promo code. I'm just over it! What seemed like a great deal turned into misery real quick. DON'T DO IT! I'm stuck in this now!
I placed an order with flex shopper for a tv. I would say two days later I called in to cancel the order. The customer service rep canceled out the order, emailed me a canceled order confirmation number. The rep also explained that the tv is in the process of being shipped to me and what I needed to do was refuse the delivery and the item would be returned to the shipper. I did that. I have contacted them multiple times about an update and confirmation for the tv I returned. I keep getting the same answer from different reps telling me that the tv was returned and is sitting in the best buy warehouse awaiting the return process and to just give it a few days for an update.
Ok great, it is in the warehouse waiting to go through the return process, but here is where it goes left for me. I reached out to the company AGAIN, for an update on the tv I returned, but this time I mentioned the upcoming scheduled payment that was due to be withdrawn from my banking account. The rep said he had to reach out to the returns department for an update and that was it. I also asked him if Flex shopper was going to cancel the payment that was scheduled for 7/9/2021 (the next day). He assured me that the scheduled payment was not set for 7/9/2021. He said the next bill date would be 7/16/2021 and by then my Flex shopper account would be updated showing that the item was returned, my spending limit would be replenished, and I would not be billed. The next morning, I checked my bank account and I saw two payments were withdrawn from my account from Flex shopper. I contacted them again, wanting to know why I was charged twice for an item that was returned. The agent then tells me, that the item is still awaiting the return process and that I would continue to be charged until the return process is completed and that flex shopper will refund me the total amount of the payments that was withdrawn from my account.
Unacceptable, so I had to go through my bank, file a claim, and pay a fee for them to stop payments from flex shopper. My advice, if you have canceled and or returned item(s) and are still being charged for the item(s), contact your bank and let them handle it.

My orders would get cancelled. I had no idea why. They sent a message that looked like spam that said to reply and attach a bunch of personal info to verify it was me. NO security for my information, and when I contacted an agent she/he was rude. Against my better judgement I sent all the information and now they say it has not been received and I need to speak to management by phone.

Customer service sucks. Have to wait online for at least and hour. Paying for a product I don't have.
They charge you for products, then fail to deliver. Blow you off when you call about it. Then take you to court for breach of contract if you don't pay the b. S. bill. I suggest places like rent-a-center with an actual store you go in to put your hands on the merchindise.

I had an account with them and when I lost my job I was unable to pay. They took $1100 out of my tax return and we were supposedly squared up. Flash forward 4 years later. They send someone to my parents house and threaten to have me arrested for failure to pay a debt which was already paid. They had no proof and four years later neither did I. So i kept paying again until it was paid off. Flash forward two years later ironically right the middle of a national pandemic. They called me and all of my children threatening to take me to court for breech of contract and have continued to accrue fees and interest for the past two years for another $1400! Unbelievable the lengths these people will go to. I have contacted an attorney as this is complete garbage and fraud!

Ordered MacBook for daughter birthday Grandma did the same so I canceled week before. Agent said just refuse delivery I did. I have been charged two times now and the Macbook made it back to them June 8th back were it originated. I have spoken with them at least five times first time they said it would take 8 days fine here we or three weeks later keep getting charged and promised account would be taken care of. Horrible experience I would not recommend to my worst enemy. Better off going to rent to own and over pay

I make my order on June 10,2021. Its been 2 weeks and my account on dashboard shows Pending, I haven't received any kind of communication from Flex shopper to tell me about my existing order. I talked to a Representative on June 18 to see what's going on and he told me "your item is about to be ready and ship" that was a Big lie because I talked to another Representative on June 23 and she said" I don't know where your item is we have to make a Teaching ticket you will receive an email from 24- 48 hrs" I'm very disappointed with this company. I told them if takes any longer I want to Cancel that order. Im tired of being waiting and they doesn't communicate with me about anything.

I bought my phones a year ago, a agreed to make a weekly payment of $7, my phone was only $150, it's been well over a year my phone should have been paid off, but instead they were taking up to 50-80$ out extra, after calling and confronting them plenty of times, the never solved anything everytime I asked them how much I have left to pay the price some how kept going up $100, my phone was only $150, I have paid $400 on it, they wont give me a refund, and wont stop charging my bank, if I cant get my refund, I will be suing the company. I normally dont care to make reviews or complain but they have took $250 extra then the agreed amount on the lease.

Where do I start? There is so much wrong at flexshopper it's not funny. Put it this way they are the new payday guys. First of all if you buy something they charge you $100 more than it's actually selling for right off the top if it's any type of electronic. Then on top of that you have to pay some type of $80 finance fee. Let's say you buy something for $1,000 and you finance it with flexshopper now keep in mind they're going to charge you $180 off the top. That $1,000 item will cost you over $3,000 by the time you finish making payments. Now here is the even fishier thing let's say you get an item and it's not correct or you need to return it. You have to make more than three requests or three request I mean to actually get anything done. I've had this tested twice. Both times there was a return the first request is just basically ignored you never ever do receive a label the second time you call of course because the first email doesn't work. And then all you get is yes yes I will take care of this I will help you what they mean is they will request a second attempt at a label for you. Now in my experience it still didn't happen it was on my third call after they've already drafted payments from my account for an item that was being returned. That I finally got a label all in all it takes a little over a week to get your item. In about 5 to 6 weeks to ever get it back to anybody. I am telling you this company has very shady business practices. Now I never left or leave anything there more than 90 days which still I'm paying a hefty finance fee for even 90 days because like an iPad it's going to cost me $180 more than it cost anywhere else. Because of the $100 markup and the 85 or $80 finance or application fee I don't really know why or what that fee is I just know that it's it might only be $50. I know I just shot my review in the foot by changing the 85 to 50. But I'm typing this in a hurry and don't have time to go look it up but I do know that will be the only discrepancy in what I've described here. And I don't believe all of those five star reviews for a second not one second. You tell me when the last time is that you came to a place like this and wrote a great review for a company that's charging you $180 more than the item cost right out the gate that means if you buy it and pay it off the very next day you have paid $180 more for the product than anywhere else on the internet or that could be $150 because instead of $80 again that fee my only be $50. LOL

Then after receiving my confirmation I went online to look at the reviews of the company and to my surprise I was very disappointed at all the reviews and people complaining about not getting their packages and things like that.So I called and asked to cancel my order they said that the order has already been sent in. And "they sent a request to cancel the order" and if the order gets delivered to my house they told me to reject the package so the person sending it can send it back to flex shopper. Pretty much like every story is on here. But this is where it gets interesting... upon reviewing the contract. Besides all of the extreme interest rates at the very very bottom there's a document which entitles you to cancel your order within three days of the initial purchase. That's funny because over the phone they had told me that the cancellation request might take up to three days. So this is where it got even more weird, I was so infuriated I YELLED at them. I even said "the contract states I have three days to cancel the order, what games are you trying to play?" they still told me i was stuck. I threatened them. And then with in a few minutes they took my order off, so they can process the cancellation right away they were just trying to get me to get it delivered and at that point I would be stuck with everything. DONT BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT WONT LET YOUR RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS. READ THE AGREEMENT!

This person doesn't want to get caught up in a scheme of not getting what is paid for, broken merchandise, or late delivery. This person is basically asking if this company is legit and if all the negative comments are just hope you idiot.
