It was horrible. Every thing I tried to order they wouldn't let me get. It was we don't lease this or that. So I choose stuff off there site but wnet found cheaper elsewhere. Used the flex wallet they come back said we don't lease items like that. But I had picked out identical to what I found on site. The one thing I did order they had me sign lease on they come back said it wasn't available after I sent back a email expressing how they doing me. Interest so high! Double price! And they Locked me out account so I couldn't get in it! That's just one example in pics inhad three orders I tried tk do with them. They Did me a favor saved me a lot of money in interest!
So I ordered multiple items 2 portable speaks a Tv and a Vacuum
I received my bigger portable speaker that had the tracking number of my TV
SOMEONE MISTAKENLY PLACED THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY TV
THE PACKAGE THAT WAS DELIVERED WEIGHS 3 pounds I have called flex shopper a million times with still no resolve

I thought I was satisfied with FlxShpr until my laptop broke down and when I called Dell to have warranty work done on my computer I found out that I received a refurbished computer not a new one so it wasn't under warranty. First, I'd never pay this price for a refurbished computer. Second, my contract says I was receiving a New Laptop. At first Flxshpr said that were going to replace it and I was waiting for a shipping label. Time was passing & I pulled up my email to see if I had any mail from them and low & behold the was a message that I didn't qualify for a replacement. Now I wouldn't trust to send them back this computer if they told me they would replace at this point. So I owe about $350 & will not be paying that without receiving a new laptop & then I'll return this refurbished laptop.
So I got a lease with these people, I made a purchase, I got my items and they all were junk. I got in touch with the return department and after a month or so I finally got the permission to send back my items.the whole time every friday I'm being billed by them.so I send my items back and I got one payment back, I had 8 or 9 payments taken from me. Now it's been 2 months or 2 and a half months and these people cant pay me back. They keep coming up with excuses, and telling me wait 24 hours and well it's a bunch of bull.

Honestly the idea of Flexshopper is very intriguing and I would be all for it except the customer service is HORRIBLE. I have yet to receive any real updates on what is going on and instead of their focus being on keeping the customer happy they would rather have me sit her in limbo.

I had an issue with my address needing to be changed I had such a great experience with the representative she was very professional funny and nice that means so much when your have an issue that seems unresolvable she was patient and changed my address and help me to have my products placed on hold for pickup. This is what great customer service is all about. I didn't get her name but thank you soo much I sold my bed so I'm waiting on my bedding and so she took an already stressful situation and just neutralized. I have brought several items for this site but the last think I ordered which where AirPod pros in which one of the pods was defective and did not work. I put in for a return the next day and it took a month for them to send the return package slip. Mind you my account was suppose to be on hold. I send the package back and it's been a month and two days since I sent it back and they are still taking the money from my account. Then they give you the run around about your money this is ridiculous.

I decided to try Flexshopper even though they seem pretty scammy. So I purchased an item through Adorama and all went well. I was happy they seemed to work better than I expected.
Now fast forward a month. I always intended to pay off the lease prior to the 90 days. When I attempt to login it makes me apply for Flexshopper again, which is ridiculous first of all. I already have a lease, why does EVERY SINGLE LOGIN require me to reapply before I can see my account... oh about seeing my account... there isn't one really. Once I finally get to the point where I can review my account it says my balance is -1110 and I owe -10 a month or something like that. I have NO way of seeing what I owe, what my payoff date is or ANYTHING! Worst website ever.
I attempted to contact them, but all I got was a copy/paste response about give them (Longer than 99% of companies I've worked with) I think 3-4 days to respond, but it claims it's usually within 24 hours. I still have not received a response from them and I have no idea what I owe or how to pay off my lease. I am about to put a stop payment on their payments as they won't help me resolve this while my 90 days is ticking away. I would not recommend them to even an enemy at this point.

Yes I am when on flexshopper and applied and I have I have low I have little a bad credit but it's it's it's I just establish my credit and I ice too but I do have a credit card and I'm in the process of building my credit and so I went on flexshopper because they say they deal with people with little to no credit or bad credit and they denied me and they just was talking about how they was on this this this this this website website helping people with no credit or blood low credit get get get items and stuff like that well I'm I'm in the category that they were talking about but they denied me that to bad credit denied people with bad credit that that that is a that's totally contradictory to the ads that they put out

I bought from them in the past and never had any issues. I recently ordered two items from them, set up my payments. Then three months later they finally charge my card and charge all three months one crack. Mind you i was never notified. They claim they notified me by email but check all my emails and spam emails and never gotten any. Said they left numerous messages but not sure where they left them. Then they go ahead and charge my card right after me telling them on the phone that i am not authorizing any payments over the phone. But they go ahead and charge another payment. This is the worse customer service i have ever had to deal with. To my understanding when you don't authorize a payment they are not allowed to go ahead and charge the account, but they did.

They are taking money out of my account every week but their website shows I have no current lease. I do have a lease but I now have no way of knowing how many payments are left. I emailed customer service three times with no answer. I emailed billing who did answer and said IT was working on the website issue. There is absolutely NO information in my account, about my lease.

Answer: I place my order all happy. Then after receiving my confirmation I went online to look at the reviews of the company and to my surprise I was very disappointed at all the reviews and people complaining about not getting their packages and things like that.So I called and asked to cancel my order they said that the order has already been sent in. And "they sent a request to cancel the order" and if the order gets delivered to my house they told me to reject the package so the person sending it can send it back to flex shopper. Pretty much like every story is on here. But this is where it gets interesting... upon reviewing the contract. Besides all of the extreme interest rates at the very very bottom there's a document which entitles you to cancel your order within three days of the initial purchase. That's funny because over the phone they had told me that the cancellation request might take up to three days. So this is where it got even more weird, I was so infuriated I YELLED at them. I even said "the contract states I have three days to cancel the order, what games are you trying to play?" they still told me i was stuck. I threatened them. And then with in a few minutes they took my order off, so they can process the cancellation right away they were just trying to get me to get it delivered and at that point I would be stuck with everything. DONT BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT WONT LET YOUR RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS. READ THE AGREEMENT!

This person doesn't want to get caught up in a scheme of not getting what is paid for, broken merchandise, or late delivery. This person is basically asking if this company is legit and if all the negative comments are just hope you idiot.
