RUN PEOPLE, DONT WALK! **DESPICABLE** Flannels, as a kid, I remember coming to your store on St Anne's Sq with my Mother in the 90s, so we could shop for nice things, I am horrified by the recent, despicable service I have received as an online buyer. I bought an item, paid for next day delivery for my partners 50th birthday, an item arrived the next day, but not what I had ordered, in fact, remarkably different and remarkably cheaper, then, I realise I cannot call you, I have to online chat to organise a resolution, I was told it would take 24-48 hours for you to check your packing room CCTV, I sent you immediate pictures of the item I had received, and asked that you ensure I get the item I had paid for by Thursday with an apology, none of which happened, two weeks later I am embroiled in a PayPal dispute, I should have believed the shocking reviews, you really are a bottom rung company, in your service and customer care, everybody working there must be horrified by what they have to deal with by way of disgruntled, disgusted customers, I have placed this review everywhere I can, and trust me, everyone that will listen has heard of the outrageous sham you are running. Of course, I have boycotted Sports Direct and House of Fraser. RUN PEOPLE, DONT WALK!
So DPD have lost my Flannels parcel and I have to wait for a refund DPD investigate 6 days & Flannels 3 /4! If lost surely DPD shud deal directly with Flannels and refund their out of pocket customer NOT good at all! Online web chat at Flannels 4/10! And that's being kind
Returned an item that was two days old. Found a fault once a got it home. Took it in store and I was told I couldn't get a credit note or an exchange as it wasn't a manufacturer's fault. After reading hundreds of reviews this is just something they say to most people who wish to return. The manager at the Derby store was rude and aggressive, dismissive and unprofessional. I left the store in tears and left with a faulty jumper that I paid £195. Over the years I have spent thousands in this store. Never again will I purchase anything from here again.
Nothing good to say about this joke of a company
Read all the reviews and take your business else where as to be honest can't wait to see this company fail and their rude and arrogant staff be actually trained by a company whom give a toss about their customers
Ordered two items online, only reiceved one contact immediately to inform and expect simple refund or reissue, nope got told that they had evidence that they shipped both and therefore I had recieved!
Joke of a company, thieves and honestly can't think of anything good to say apart from the fact that they are so so bad that they won't be around long!
Ducking clowns
Do not order from this company. Simple as this. I've lost two hundred pounds to this company. I placed an order to pick up in store which oddly would take a week. I tried to call custom support but they would never answer the phone. I had to contact my bank to get my money back.
Total scammers. I bought two pairs of jeans and returned two pairs of jeans. They will only refund one pair. Claim they only received one pair so I can only assume they have an issue in their warehouse but somehow that has been made my issue as they have point blank refused to refund the second pair. Don't even think about buying from this website.
Ordered some swim shorts to store in size XL two weeks before my Husband's Birthday. Collected them from store, got home and opened them up to wrap them, size L!
Drove back to store the following day with all my paperwork proving the error was their, they said they would not exchange them, even though this was Flannels error, not mine. I spent 40 minutes on webchat/calls trying to get a return label. I eventually got one and returned them the same day. 5 days later I get an email confirmation that size L was on it's way to me! I called Flannels helpline: *******243 (I had to google that number as Jessica on webchat refused to give it to me) spoke to Shannon who said on their system a size L is showing as being ordered. I advised this was NOT correct and I offered to forward her the Flannels emails and invoice confirming I ordered a size XL, she declined. I asked for Flannels to at least post the correct item Next Day Delivery so I could get it to my husband in time for his Birthday, no, they sent the item back to store! Shannon can't confirm if it is the correct size or when it will arrive. Requested compensation for my time, travel, calls, parking etc - Shannon only offered me 10% of my NEXT order. I won't be ordering again. Ever.
Flannels really let themselves down with extortionate delivery charges! £10 for next day delivery.
Item was too small ( nothing like the size chart).
They then have the gaul to make me pay £4 to return the item!

There are so many better designer shops online that offer cheaper delivery and free returns.
There's really no need for anyone to use Flannels ever again.
Purchased what was advertised as a pair of shorts, when they arrived the item has sleepwear on the label. Emailed them but didn't really get a response. Now I'm having to pay to return them. Very poor
Error on their listing hence send wrong item, ask them to refund my postage as its their fault, they wouldn't even bother to check the problem and their reply was they can't help as i don't have a pic of the wrong item that i received.

Bought some Moncler jogger for £375 work them twice the threads came away at the pocket got a hole in they say it's wear n tear when a say had them on twice a mean twice but they say I'm a liar too.

Ordered Balenciaga heels on 5/18/2022, shipped same day. They first shipped with DBD, then it was transferred to UPS and supposedly transferred yet again to USPS. UPS claimed they transferred it to USPS, and USPS claimed that they never received it! So where is it?! Delivery date was suppose to have been 5/25/2022. It's now 6/30/2022 and I never got my order. Both tracking #'s are still showing up as undelivered. I'm *******% sure someone within the mailing system stole my package. I was told by flannels that I had to wait up to 28 days for an investigation, 28 days come and went with still NO resolution and they're still beating around the bush for my refund! I WOULD AVOID AT ALL COST!
Shocking to deal with, from top to bottom.
Faulty pair of D&G sneakers after only a few times worn, Flannels totally fobbed me off when I returned them with leather flaking off the heel (the member of staff at Spinningfields Store actually said to me 'is that it'!) so I had to go direct to D&G. Thankfully they acknowledged they where faulty and contacted Flannels to confirm this, then the real fun began!
Flannels terms state that if the products are over 30 days old the will not issue a refund under any circumstances, exchange/replacement only. But the cost of my sneakers had gone up by £100 and they refused to exchange them.
The really shocking bit is that it's taken 7 weeks to this point, and for almost 3 weeks now Flannels have my sneakers and I am chasing them daily for my money back.
Shocking customer service (non existent, they don't care about you once they have your money)
Refuse to accept the responsibility despite D&G confirming the item was faulty
Refuse to exchange the goods as stated in their own terms
Still not given me my refund, despite the above.
Shop elsewhere, John Lewis, Selfridges, whoever, all trade far more respectfully than these cowboys!
I ordered a boys t shirt for £22. I had to pay £6.99 for delivery. The shirt was tiny when it arrived. I returned and asked for an exchange for larger size. I had to pay another £3.99 to returned item. Flannels then refunded £22 back in bank. I have no exchange and am £ 11 out of pocket. Rubbish company, no communication and inadequate at arranging an exchange. I will not shop with this company again.
This company failed to package a third of a large order and then alleged that all items were placed in the box and delivered. They refused to help resolve the issue of my of £260 claiming to have CCTV evidence that the item were package. There refused to reassure me of no mistake or intentional wrong doing at their end. I asked for them to also consider weighing the box of an identical order so that I could show them a photo of the weight documented on the box I received via DPD, however they failed to cooperate with this request and closed there investigation. The box is clearly underweight for the numerous items I paid for and which they claimed to have delivered. FRAUD!
Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I ordered a shirt in size Medium and was sent a size S, The shirt cost me £375 plus £10 for delivery. (which most stores don't charge when you spend over £100) I Contacted customer service to request a refund as they have sent the wrong size. The response was astonishing. Firstly asking me to prove the size I ordered was correct, then asking me to provide images of the shirt and order as proof, then when I provided all the proof they have still come back to me saying that it is not there fault and I can return the item only at own cost and STILL NO MENTION OF A REFUND. I am now on my 6th email but it seems they do not want to accept responsibility and clearly do not want me to return the item for a refund, which I have a right to. Unfortunately it looks like I'm going to have to go down the consumer rights route and make a credit card claim as Flannels customer services are not interested in helping customers return an item. Please avoid at all costs.
Don't order from Flannels online. They charge an arm and a leg to send substandard goods, then refuse to accept any responsibility despite evidence and attempts to find, they want me to pay MORE postage to send it back so THEY can decide if there's a manufacturing fault. (It's 4 inches smaller but has the exact same label!) After all my requests to escalate my complaint have been totally ignored, it's fair to assume that they'll decide in their own favour. SCAM.
Just went into Merthyr store, had sale items so went to till and expected me to pay full for them, told management and they said "sorry it happens to be a miss print" definitely 100% will never go back! Daylight robbery!
I bought a Dolce Gabbana Devotion bag which arrived on Sunday 20 of February. When upon opening the package I discovered that the colors were not as posted and immediately placed the bag back in its package and returned it back. When Flannels's received the returned package they accused me of using it even with the tag intact to the handbag (probably it was a display model...) An absurdity and lie on there behalf. They have refused me to return my monies of 689 pounds (order number FLAN*******7943) and informed me they are resending the bag back to me.
I have now returned from my vacation and can confirm the Dolca & Cabana handbag has been returned to me safely. I am surprised that the handbag was left on the front porch (for a week) to our house without any proof of its safe arrival.
I left a negative comment on the Flannel page and then they wrote to me to send it back for a follow-up check. After the inspection they sent me back the same bag again and I did not get my money back. They said I used this bag so I will not get my money back.
I will be reporting them to trading standards and perusing for a return of funds via the small claims court. It's disgraceful behavior.
I would not order online again as you do not know what you are going to end up with and they will not take it back!
Flannels used to have bad reviews in the past years which have refrained me from buying anything of them. Unfortunately for me, I broke this rule and paid the consequences full on. I purchased roughly a week ago a designer handbag on their site. When I checked my email, I noticed the order had been cancelled. So I placed it again. Checked my email again, and again the order had been cancelled. I spent the whole day trying to re-purchase that handbag, but I was given a security error. I wrote in the evening to CS and the team who looks after online purchases, and they replied to me the following day saying if I wanted to purchase the bag I had to pay it full price (the day before was discount of 700 pounds). The most ridiculous excuse to cancel my orders was that I had used two different address for billing/shipping. It comes without saying this is NOT true. The worse thing is that they did hold the money from the two transactions, and this was over 3000 pounds for few days. My husband's bank account went to overdraft, I did explain this to them, I emailed them to sort out the situation, they are so rubbish that did not ever bother replying back to me. For sure, they will never see me, my family again. This is not the way you do treat customers. FLANNELS do not bother trying to reply back to this review and try to sort things out, it's too late now. I will not respond. I only want to make other customers aware of what they could face.
Answer: Only answer to give is a temporary loss of brain activity Go without rather than give these clowns your money
