Why even offer screen replacement without the frame? I had to re order because I didn't realize it didn't come with the frame.
Part was not new as the worker and website claimed to be. Has signs of scuff marks scratches and finger prints and a hair behide the lc screen. I believe they are reusing or refurbishing their own items from working phones even though the item did work and seems to be operating normally and properly it just leaves a bad taste in my mouth
The YouTube video made every step seem really easy, but most were much harder. And then, instead of replacing with a new battery with new parts, the video just put the relived battery and parts back in. This really understand how delicate many of the parts were.
Even following every step, the new battery didn't work for me and I had to buy a new phone. Perhaps I broke one of the wires.
In reality, this is not a replacement I would recommend to anyone who isn't a professional. It's a ton of steps and there are many possible places whether a mistake will brick your phone. Don't bother.
If I truly knew how difficult this would be to get right, I wouldn't have purchased.

The part arrived as expected and on time. And the advertisement I saw that the touch screen and the frame came with a small tool kit. My order did not include the toolkit.
Packaging was good. Arrived on time glass is thinner than the original but seems every one I have changed the glass ws thiner than stock. Will say I have already dropped this phone a few times and no cracks. My biggest issue is the lcd was glued on just a tiny bit off barely see battery bar at the top of the screen.
The worse customer service i have ever experienced. I ordered three things from them so i could repair my white iPad. They sent the a black screen, an ill fitting white bezel and the wrong adhesives. ALL three items received were wrong! How can a company be so incompetent! The purchase order in the package was correct but did they even reference it before they shipped the products? No they did not. I emailed them, and they wouldn't do anything to remedy the situation unless i sent them a picture of the wrong items. Did they fix the mistake then? No i had to wait untill the return shipment was on its was before they would even begin to process my correct order. After waiting for two week i decided it was better to get a return than to deal with fixez even again. Don't make the same mistake as me. Its better to pay a bit more to a company that is competent and can get an order correct the first time than it is to deal with fixez.

Description says I was supposed to receive tool, adhesive strip, instructions and lens. Only got lens and bezel nothing else
Finally received order and took the LCD screen to repair shop to find out it's faulty. Obviously can't return it once it's been installed, the site claims they are tested before sold
Good quality tools and working replacement screen, very satisifed. Will be using Fixez again if needed

It had tracking and the package still got here a day earlier, it was in perfect condition, and I was able to fix the phone within 15 minutes of receiving. 10 out of 10 will buy again

I ordered an electronic circuit board. I got what I ordered, it worked and I received it a day earlier than expected. All was good.
The part arrived pretty quick and was the right part. However, it didn't work how I hoped it would. Being my first time trying to fix a LCD screen for an i pod though, I'm not sure if it was defective when I got it, if I did it wrong, or something else is wrong with the device. Anyways, it was worth the 20 bucks to try fixing it myself. I have resolved the issue by ordering a new i pod. Thanks Fixez!
Screen I just got is messed up and cracked maybe happened in transport need to be contacted not sure why this is that way
My rating is more for the fact the product did not come with in any instructions or adhesive.
Other than that its quality is great and works perfectly.
