BUYERS - DON'T DO IT TO SAVE A BUCK... IT WILL COST MUCH MORE IN THE LONG RUN - I bought a screen to replace the broken one on my iPhone 6S Plus. I followed the directions perfectly for the install. The last connection was the batter and then when I plugged in the battery and powered up the phone smoke started coming out at the connections of the new screen. I quickly unplugged the battery and screen connections. My rushing to try to avoid damage to my phone caused a small tear in the cable. Called customer support... they approved the RMA to return. I notified them of the tear... even sent photos... they said to send it back. I paid to ship back, to find out the will not honor a refund. My phone is not unrepairable due to the faulty screen frying other components on my phone, I lost my money on the purchase and paid to return it for nothing. Go elsewhere. Don't buy from Fixez.com. *******
I will never use or recommend your company again for anything. I tried several different ways to clean the screen from the adhesive you sent that was not even the right product for the application
Because you said it could not have adhesive on it in order to return the defective part. I installed it according to the recommended method and it did not work, I asked how to clean it you said you had no advice to give. So the last time I tried to clean it the screen it shattered I then threw it in the trash thus losing over $200 and I will highly recommend against you on all reviews due to your handling of this matter. I have ordered and replaced and sometimes returned many screens for many different applications over the years.
You are by far the most difficult and unworkable company in regards to returns and have cost me considerable money and time for a favor I was doing for a non-profit company.

They sold me the cheapest iPad mini digitizer available at the cost of a premium part. The adhesive didn't stick(this isn't my 1 st iPad mini repair) and the home button had a mind of it's own. For $20 i shouldn't have mask off parts and replace the adhesive. Nobody wants an imposter home button and it doesn't even sit right? 2 day shipping took 4 days. Their return process / requirements are absurd.
I'm afraid to put the iPhone 11 screen I bought from them on a customers phone after the digitizer experience.
Then comes the customer service... They wont return my call and repeatedly want the package to be damaged. Gave me a rma number and expect me to pay $5-10 to return the $20 part for store credit most likely but I may never know since they haven't called back or replied o the last message. I certainly don't want a replacement. My advise, especially if you are not a pro is to buy from somewhere else unless they are the only part out there!
Ordered parts for a phone. Was quickly supplied with a FedEx tracking number that showed the package was recieved in Henderson Nevada. No update for almost 3 weeks.
Contacted the seller to find out what was going on.
They immediated refunded partial payment keeping the shipping cost. Their claim was the shipper could not deliver to my PayPal supplied verified address and had returned the shipment to them. 3 weeks and they never reached out there was a problem and was quick to cancel the order keeping the un earned shipping costs only after I inquired about the order.
Bought two USB dock/audio ports for my HTC M9 from FIXEZ. They shipped the wrong parts... expected me to ship them back at my cost before I could get a refund. Shipping costs were more expensive than the value of the parts. Fact is, FIXEZ took no responsibility for shipping me the wrong parts. From now on I deal with companies in China for parts... as I have done before... with 100 satisfaction. They guarantee they're shipments 100% and never at my cost. Shame on you, FIXEZ, I should not have to pay for your screwups.
After calling them and verified with them before ordering the battery for my Ipod Classic would fit they still sent me the wrong battery wouldn't even fit and was defective totally different in looks and now they want me to be responsible for the return shipping before they will replace and they wont give me a full refund of the part and postage that I already paid for a part thats worthless to me or anyone else and They ripped me off Big Time
This company might be great, but good luck if you get a faulty/damaged item. My first, and last time, I used them I received an iPad screen replacement with a faulty digitizer. Although the item was received from them faulty, I am responsible for shipping costs back to them? I will never use this site again and I warn anyone looking at buying from them. When you have to pay $30+ to send a faulty item back to them for an exchange, their prices are no longer competitive.
I purchased a screen for an iPhone X and installed it. All worked fine until 6 months later screen goes out. I was all excited when I visit the website and it indicates a lifetime warranty! So I got my RMA number and shipped the screen back. Cosmetically the screen was in excellent condition (it was behind tempered glass that had not been broken). I get an email stating there was a crack in the screen and they couldn't exchange my screen?!?! So I asked for a picture of the damage; I'm still waiting for the picture 3 weeks later. Don't be deceived, they don't stand behind warranty!
Screen fits and works perfectly as described. No issues and install was easy, took approximately 20 mins.
Will definitely order again! Awesome love these guys everything was great I fixed my iPad and it now works perfectly
Over nighted the display after braking the original while attempting to replace the battery. Phone working great again, except the mic (while not on speaker phone) stopped working. But I'm sure that was my error, will just keep microphone headphones around from now on.
The Honor 8 finger sensor, have a push switch built-in with tectile feel. What I received did not have that. It fit the phone well.
Service was good some how I ordered the wrong one. Was looking for the Pixel 3a Im assuming the one I got is for the Pixel 2.
I recieved my purchase (iphone 6 display and new battery). If you take your time taking the phone apart and putting in the parts correctly, which is all demonstrated in the online video, you'll have a brand new working iphone 6.
The product said it included a opening tool, which it did and a free adhesive... Which it did not. However the camera works great, but market your products correctly if you are gonna say something, then do it.
I had a lot of recent issues arise with my charging port, tried everything like cleaning it, putting the cord a certain way, etc. But instead of sending it in to the company and paying $60+ for a replacement USB I did it myself for $10! Works perfectly and will be fixing my phone whenever it had issues, and if I need parts, Fixez is my go to website :). Happy customer.
Very satisfied with this display. Was worried it was actually an LCD rather than OLED, but black levels are dark enough to prove it is in fact OLED.
Viewing angles seem to be a little worse than I remember, but it could just be in my head.
Overall, great product for the money!

First tablet glass I ordered died in about 45 days. Cost me $10 to ship back THEIR defective glass. Order was lost costing me to put off the customer an extra week. Finally received replacement glass. Replacement glass would not plug up properly. Contacted live chat concerning issue with plugs being out of alignment and having to twist cable to get them to align properly and still would not plug in correctly. They instructed me to ship it back. Cost me another $10 to ship the replacement back. After receiving they refused to replace under warranty due to the plug or plugs being damaged. WHICH IS WHY I CONTACTED THEM TO START WITH AND WHY I SHIPPED IT BACK TO START WITH. You can't get anything by email. It's like they just keep copying and pasting the same response. So, I tried live chat and the chat agent just dropped me and never responded again. I made the first phone call and was told they would call me back in an hour. 6 hours later I called them back and was told they would have to research and call me back. Again, in 1 hour. It has been a week now and nothing. Might qualify as the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I ended up having to pay out of my own pocket for a new glass to satisfy the customer. I will never order for Fixez again and warn you that if you do to do it at your own risk. I have probably spent $700 over the past few months and they have lost a customer over a piece of glass that they probably didn't have $50 invested in.
My screen wasn't working so I ordered a new one for my Essential Phone and it works like a charm now!
Answer: My experience is they are a scam. Messed up shipment them kept shipping fee on refund.
