Fiverr is way beyond being the absolute worst. So I do a CRM integration for a client for a mere $200 and successfully delivered the work. The client fails to review the work despite regular communication (literally intervals of minutes with total disregard for timezones) and 14 days elapse and the gig is marked successfully completed. A day later Fiverr( through their stupid sense of wisdom) decide to cancel the order and I am flagged and warned for apparently misusing the deliver button. So I wondered to myself, "50+ orders later, would I be unable to know how to use a stupid button?"
So I chose not to make any follow ups as I simply expected canned messages from their "world-class" customer service team.
So funds lost and I decided to keep my head low and work on the next project as usual but to my surprise, same script just a different actor, Fiverr decides to cancel the next order after 3 months of working and back and forth as the client was "too busy to review".
I decided enough is enough and decided to contact their stupid customer service and to my surprise, I end up recovering 50% of the payment after their review.
Then the rude awakening arrived like a slap on my face. "50% of your payment has been successfully returned to you however the amount has been deducted due to cancelled order #FO******."
So Fiverr decided to cancel and order, put my account under debt( which you cannot see from your dashboard), send me a warning, cancel another order and recover their debt.
Now I'm left wondering, have I been dealing with a loanshark or something?
At the end of the day the day, 2 buyers got free work and I ended up with 5 wasted months and a supposed debt.
AVOID FIVERR AT ALL COSTS FOR YOUR OWN SANITY. FIVERR WILL ALWAYS STEAL FROM YOU EVENTUALLY AND THERE AIN'T $#*! YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT!

I joined fiverr years ago at the recommendation of fellow authors. I hired several people to submit to newsletter promotion sites to save time, but 99% of these sites did not list my book which of course there's no way to know until the day of your free ebook promo. I also purchased some blog ads, but received no sales, making me think these author blog sites do not receive much traffic. The problem is that the site demands a review of a sellers services well before you know the real outcome which skews reviews positive. The only seller I'd really recommend for author promotion is BKnights. I've since deactivated my account. Not wasting any further money here.

Horrible Experience. Customer Service is horrible. I sold my business so I no longer have my old phone number, email, or business credit card. I know my login and password but I don't have access to that information for the 2 step verification. I spoke to milo in customer service because I need an old logo from my account. He said I have to have the numbers to a credit card for a business I sold 3 years ago. Basically said tough luck and come back when I find it, even though it doest exist. Basically said to start all over. Ridiculous.

Be very cautious when using this app. A Fivver seller blocked me from my own website, he actually changed my password and username because he was angry at my review. I initially gave him a 3 out of 5 because he said he would take 48 hrs, which took 6 weeks. He was sick, technical issues, never responded for days and constantly did the wrong things from my requests. After my review he threatened me to change my number to a higher number or he'd do harm to himself. He told me I ruined his life forever and I'm a cheat. He also blocked any of my viewers from any content on my website from destroying my menu bar. Fivver, is crediting my money back from this seller and "allowing" me to hire another Fivver seller to fix this major problem and "generously" giving me a 10% discount.
This is a fraudulent company who supports criminal sellers. He used my username and password to change and block me out of my own website permanently. He erased content and is still writing me threatening messages privately and all over my social media.

Fiverr is a total SCAM! DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY!

I paid a very high amount for a professional design. What I got back was beginner, basic design. I paid over $50 an hour for this work. I complained and tried to get a refund -- NO HELP AT ALL FROM SITE MANAGERS!

COMPLETE SCAM! They actually tried to get me to send more money to the designer - in hopes that he would refund part of my original fee. TOTAL SCAM!

I wanted a simple 1 page PowerPoint timeline. What I got back was not a timeline - not designed at all. Any beginer user (meaning an elementary school user) could have produced this design. I tried to get the designer to change. I sent samples of what I wanted. He then took his inital 2 page design (I requested one) and condensed it to one page and said he was done!

TOTAL SCAM!

So I started paying nearly $3 towards Fiverr off a $5 it goes up from there but they are charging 20% to the creators too and now that I learned that I don't think Fiverr deserves my business or anyone's business for that matter

Fiver only keeps exploiting users to make money and has no respect for its users. I have not been able to access my account for months. My money is also blocked. They are just not letting me access the account even after entering the correct login details. Their customer support is not being helpful at all. I think they have found that I wrote negative review about them and that's why they are not letting me login.

The offered service looked attractive, with 1k+ positive reviews and nearly 5* rating, and cheap! 35USD only. However, upon getting results I immediately realized that is bull$#*! copy-paste. How could it be? When I tried to complain to a seller he immediately canceled the order with full refund. Now I can't leave negative review to him because the order is cancelled. So here we are - this is how this scam works! Fake 5* reviews, cheap price. Job imitation. Zero risk. Perhaps, 1 of 10, or even 5 of 10 just don't want to waste a time to complain and simply keep money for a scammer. Fiverr itself seems to be happy with this model. When I tried to reach their support they answered that they understand my frustration but their policy does not allow to post reviews for canceling orders. Period.

Fiver is not a website but a scam, gives no importance to sellers, we are nothing to them, i made a seller's account and without any reason they disabled my account after one month, and everytime i get the same reply that is obviously robo, you guys deserve less than one star, i wish i could give you less than one star...
A huge numbers of sellers has same issue regarding disabling of accounts, at least you should give a warning first or give us reason when we try to link

The start rating system is rigged. The company is structured in a way that when you are let down and when your order is not delivered, they force cancel your order and they do not allow you to leave a review. So no wonder all reviews are positive, because majority of the orders who would have got a very bad review, has been forced cancel and the money is refunded in return of you not being allowed to leave a comment or a review. It is totally rigged and fake. Do not believe what you are seeing on the reviews as they are structured to only publish good reviews.

Avoid at all costs, they are greedy and money hungry, charging buyers and sellers 20% fees, how do they expect anyone to make any money at that rate and pay 15% self employment tax? 35% of income goes to fees, then tack on biz. Expenses. With this concept they will go out of business and so will sellers. Everything is over priced and they have way too many sellers with no skills. Those they label fiverr pro want $500+ for a basic gig, better off hiring someone on Craigslist. Greedy money hungry company not built to last. Just read the forum of all the complaints from buyers and sellers. Listen to the feedback and make the changes or people will do business elsewhere. Seems like they got real greedy after they finally reached a profit. The micro managing, fees, and abudance of unqualified sellers is a big turn off.

They hired a scammer and he took my money and they said pretty much its not there fault. He ask me to paid outside there site. Pressured me and they did not care. I will tell everyone to never use this site because they are all scammer... even the company!

One the most dishonest company on planet, do not believe any words they say, I had issue with my website development order, they said there is 14 days grace period, my $#*!! They wasted my two weeks on issue and in the end ripped me off with $16USD. They are absolutely dishonest and there to make their fee not to look after customers. Stay away and use a better platform then Fiver!

The customer client don`t care about the buyers. I had one trouble with one order and they told me to sort it out with the seller, but seller had block me on the Fiverr, and the person from the customer support is like an robot asking same question and giving the same answers. So be careful before accepting a delivery from any buys you make. You might have a nasty surprise after...

I wrote to Fiverr about a scammer who tried to buy a gig from me. I reported him to 'customer service' instead of removing him they disabled my account with no reason. I have gigs that I've paid for and cannot access them and also a job I did and awaiting payment.

All they do is spew the same crap about how I've giving no answers to my questions. They are a nightmare and no idea of how to do customer service. Fiverr is a lirre!

I have used this site many many times, its pure toxic, the seller just want to get the job done as fast as possible to keep there fiverr reviews, They don't have any real person concern for the customer, they just think about there reviews. Also how on earth do all the amateur sellers on fiverr all have 5 star feedback, please think very carefully before using fiverr.com
