Shoppiing in the store #3008 today I needed to use the restroom ( I have a medical condition) I asked Michael if I could used the restroom. He quickly responded they had no public restrooms. I had used them in the past at that store. I asked him when did that change. With no response from Michel he turned and walked away from me. Giving me no opportunity to expalin my reason or conditon. As he contiued walking away from him. I asked to see the manager. He answered, without looking back at me, I am the manager. I later found out he was not the manager but a manger. In addion the was only a temporary manager, In that postion for the Holiday season only. By the time I spoke to another Asst manager, It was too late I had already soiled myself! This is just the highlights of my horrible expereince with FiveBelow!
I bought a 4X6 carpet that was obvious used and returned and resold to me. They refusedd to give me my money back when I showed them proof of the dirty carpet. I paid cash and the lady that helped me did not give me a receipt. Stay away from this dump.
Caleb is a really rude employee at the Warrenton five below. He will make rude comments if you buy a lot. I suggest not buying anything at all in the warrenton five below, unless they change his service attitude towards customers. I even watched other customers say the very same thing about him. I will put everything back, I'll drop everything and leave. You won't have my support at all.
I made a purchase on July 17th through Five Below's website for three items intended as gifts for my daughter's upcoming birthday.
Despite FedEx indicating that the packages had been delivered to my address, they are nowhere to be found.
My attempts to seek assistance from FedEx were unavailing.
Subsequently, my interaction with a customer service representative named April at Five Below left much to be desired.
In addition, a separate Walmart package also scheduled for delivery via FedEx today went missing. However, my experience with Walmart's customer service was quite positive, as they promptly offered me a refund or replacement without attributing any blame to me for the missing packages.
I want to emphasize that I took great care to ensure that my delivery address was accurate.
April's response, in which she stated that while they would refund the money, I would not be able to place future orders for delivery to my address and would have to use an alternate one, was not satisfactory.
This proposed solution presents a significant logistical challenge, as I cannot order items for delivery to an address other than my own.

Worst treatment by staff I've ever experienced. If you want to be very blatantly stalked like you're trying to steal something by completely rude staff members while by all means shop here. Otherwise I'd take my business elsewhere. I've been a loyal customer for years but I will not be back.Completely ridiculous.
From my experience, the Five Below in Temple Texas does not welcome people of color. On 5/3/24 I went there to purchase a few items for my grand-daughter's birthday party. First of all, no matter where I go, I always pay close attention to my surroundings, with that being said. Looking around the store I noticed that I was the only person of color in the store, but I proceeded to start my shopping anyway. When I was done with shopping, I proceeded to the self-checkout counter only to have the cashier(D) snatch up my basket and begin scanning my items. I was shocked when she snatched my basket, I wasn't expecting that. I noticed that the customer to the left of me was using the self-checkout and so was the customer to the right of me. I looked around at both self-checkout's and it dawned on me that they were both Caucasian and I was the only person of color in the store.
I questioned the cashier (D) as to why I was not allowed to use the self-checkout(D) she stated that the customer to my left only had one item and that the customer to my right had begun scanning her items before (D) she could stop her. REALLY! I politely expressed my outrage and left the store. When I returned to my vehicle it dawned on me that I had just given a racist person not only my business, but my money. I returned to the store and returned the items and demanded a refund. I will not support a racist person nor a racist business. A thief does not wear a sign nor a color. That was my first time going to Five and Below and that will be my last time. We need to put these people and businesses on blast when they blatantly discriminate against people of color. Please pay close attention to the businesses that your money is supporting.
They never have what they show online. Today I asked the girl why was a different price then online.
She said because it's an online deal. So in store I would have to pay the full 5 dollars while online
They would pay 2 dollars and fifty cents. Also why must they stock the shelves when I am trying to
Shop so now they are in my way. Also brought a journal today that said it glows in the dark so not true. Also they always short change you so count your money before you leave the store.
Greenleaf plaza in Philadelphia older woman who works in the morning ok she needs not to work front ion mbe some where else in the store, you can't tell me you have to scan my purchase and then someone else starts to scan there purchase and not tell them to wait till she finishes with me, as I have to wait at one point, what u need to do is stand back and watch, I will never go to this 5 below again. And she is not good customer service. I spends a lot because I have grandchildren and I will not have someone standing over me or be animent to scan my purchase but don't take my money, if I need your assistance I will ask, u need to walk around because I see people take things and walk.
Yelled at us for looking at things, had a rampage at one of my friends.Was calling us stupid children.
This location is far the best I have been to, I actually return it to often. Not only they have most merchandise but the staff rating is 5 stars, the guy at the front who might be the manager he has been there for long because always see him has the best attitude, always willing to help, no matter what he makes sure you leave pleased and happy and with what you were looking for. Honestly all the staff there is a pleasure to talk to. I wish all the other stores in the are had this type of customer service, it does make a a difference. Will definitely continue to go shop there!
A man came up to me and said " we are closing go to the cashier now" in a very disrespectful and rude manner and tone I will not go back anymore to that one and it was in Riverton Utah
I placed a curbside pickup on 1/20. Itcsays that they will have it ready within 6 hours. I called and they didn't have anything ready. I contacted customer service several times. Today, customer service, not the store, told me it was ready. They didn't have my order ready and the staff were rude. Customer service person was worse. I will never purchase from them again. This is the one in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Food everywhere, blunts on the floor, just disgusting. Needs new management. It's ridiculous and unsanitary.
I went on an interview beginning of December and they're just now sending a reply! Orland park five below isn't professional at all….i think it was a race thing! Racially profiled
5below is not felon friendly as they advertise. I do not have a felon., but a very little mistameaner ding from 14 years ago when I took some food from Walmart to feed my children. I quit my other job to take a job with 5below making $17.50 as a merchandise manager trying to better my family I worked 3 days at 5below and they told me the training manager was sick. After 5 days of being off I got a call and was told they have to let me go because of my background. Now I already left a great paying job at 15hr which I could not get back. 5below left me and my family hanging 3 weeks before christmas. Bad bad bad company. Thanks for screwing me 5below. Now I have no presents to give to my children for Christmas. If you have any questionable background...do not apply or work for this company...
I have trying to resolve the instore pickup order issue:
1. I sent an email asking how it works and never heard back. Please see screenshot on the attachment to this email.
2. I have tried multiple times to contact your customer service number and have not spoken to anyone to date.
3. I went into the store on 12/2 and spoke to a few employees who never seen or got the order after I paid for it.
4. I finally got to speak to someone in the Peoria Crossing store today around 2pm and they have no knowledge of my order at all. I have attached the order information and the 1st email that I sent looking into this. I made my order on 11/26 and got the items you shipped. I have been trying to get some help and gotten none to date. An I keep hearing we did not get it and not sure who you need to contact. That is not good business and I am extremely frustrated with this situation. I would like to get a follow up call from a LIVE HUMAN BEING WHO I CAN SPEAK TO HELP LOOK INTO THIS FOR ME. Finally spoke to the store manager today who advised me there is nothing he can do and would to contact Customer Service care center which Yet have not heard from yet
At self check your upfront cashier, made me so uncomfortable,standing shoulder to shoulder with me,I told her to back up,and she don't, she goes to Reach over me dam near in my face,to push the rating button on the screen and hit 10,well 10 my $#*! that was uncalled for.I would have NOT rated sandusky ohio store a 10.
What is the point of having self check out machines if they will not be used? I had to leave my purchases at the register and walk out or be late for work, all because the one cashier was incredibly slow. And waited till she had 3 people waiting in line to call for help. My suggestion, either reopen the self check outs and have someone nearby to make sure people pay for their purchases before leaving. Or; training your cashiers to not take 10 minutes to check one person out.
The reason Five below sells cheaper Tootsie rolls candy is because they are the tiniest Tootsie rolls. Walmart has Midgees but not as small as five below. I feel like, I got taken. Walmarts Midgees Tootsie rolls are twice as big. Walmart would of been a better deal.
I ordered three bags online. My pickup order was filled fast.

Answer: I think they're a scam just like Dollar Tree. They sell shit that breaks easy and it's stupid stocking stuffer crap that you get for Christmas for kids that break stuff.
