Not what I was hoping for, fast shipping but the quality of items weren't worth what I spent for them, DONT ever get the spike stems they don't even fit and due to that I alr lost one.

I had lots of issues with my order due to supply chain. Not Fitment issue, but they were always very prompt in providing updates when requested.
In the end, I had to change wheel options and they got my updated order out super quick and shipped. Showed up in days and no issues at all.

I was having minor issues with my order and discounts on the site, so I called and spoke with Andy and he was AWESOME... everything was handled immediately and I received my entire order ahead of estimated time... tracking was perfect.
And my wheels and tires are far better than I expected, they look perfect.
Will not be doing business with anyone else when it come to wheels, Tires, and such... looking forward to my next transaction.

To begin I was recommended a tire I thought would be too small, after sleeping on it I called back and ask to change to a more appropriate fit. Everyone o spoke to agreed that it should've been that size. The representative recommended a set that they had a ton in the warehouse my wheels were at so I agreed.
I then received a call stating I would be charged an extra $100+ for "tire transfer" this delayed my shipping ad I felt they were annoyed with my request.
Upon receiving the wheels, not only were they not balanced properly causing a bad shake (I provided receipt to get refund) but the air pressure on one was 34 and another was 52!
It was a good experience. I did look up the images of people who purchased before and made the comparison to my car to help me get my wheel and tires.

Amazing very well package and takin care of. Everything was how I expected it and better.
Unfortunate cause of events; inventory errors/updates, personnel responsible not doing their job. I was informed that the wheels I chose were no longer 'In Stock'. Had to make an additional payment due to items/wheels selected not being in stock due to manufacturer inconsistencies, and inventory update issues on both ends. Although the price of an alternate combination of wheels and tires were more than the initial combination, I was given a discount.
Easy to use webpage; user friendly with customer service readily available to answer questions concerning products.
Everything was complete and no damage and well packaged

It def took longer then I expected it to take I believe about 2-3 weeks just for some lowering springs but they were exactly what I ordered and they came with everything so I'm not complaining

My experience with Fitment Industries was great if your looking for wheels this is definitely the place you want to get them they have the best prices and they offer financing! When I ordered my wheels I think shipping said it would take 2 weeks or so my wheels were here in 5 days it may have even been sooner but everything was great I had no hiccups everything went great! If your in the market for wheels tires or suspension these are your guys
