Just like my title says, the ordering process was easy. I like how everything is pretty self explanatory on the site and if you do need help that there is someone waiting to use their imagination to help you. Like whaaaa? Customer service is A1. Prices are definitely bang for your buck especially if you're looking for suspension! I debated on which and what I wanted. But I'm glad I went with my BCs. Can I get a AMEN! Can't wait for them to get installed!

Got my wheels days before the quoted delivery, in great shape! Their videos helped me make the decision on the wheels i wanted and helped me get the proper fitment i was going for! Once i have my coilovers adjusted i will be posting on the gallery!

One of my rims cracked on my car, and i needed a place to get wheels and tires, at good quality, and a decent price, quickly. I was able to find a set of wheels, and tires (which they mount and balance for you!) for about a grand. Customer service is great, and so is their youtube channel, which is funny and very informative. Over all great business, would recommend

Absolutely in love with this jacket! Rain repellent and it has a hood! Not to mention the design is on point Ya'll did great.
Fitment industries first off is a perfectly laid out website, I found it easy to find my preferred wheel in a good size for fitment paired with an awesome set of tires, the process from start to finish was amazing and easy. I was surprised after finishing my order within a day they contacted me to make sure I didn't forget the wheel care and cleaning kit in case I wanted it and tpms sensors that I didn't put in my car, I continued to get the missed items and they helped the whole way. All in all a pain free process and A+ customer service, definitely recommend them for all your build needs!

This was my second purchase that I have made this month (April 2020) with Fitment Industries. First was a set of wheels and tires and the most recent was a set of Silver coilovers for my 2004 Lexus is300. The team member/sales representative was Zach and he was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of the questions that I had. As I stated above I purchased a set of Silver brand coilovers, but I was debating between two other brands. So given the tech specs that Zach provided on each set and broke everything down for me and provided his own input, I cannot be more happy with my purchase and looking forward to receiving them and doing the installation. Once again Zach, thank you for taking the time to walk me through another great addition to my build!
