My car is a 06 Nissan350Z roadster and as a car enthusiast I made my research and decided to run a set of Kansei Tandem. I think they give a classic modern good looking style to my ride. Then hit the wall when it comes to tires and wheels width, back spacing all of that. More research about it but still not happy decided to make contact via their website, promptly had an answer of Zach that did not rest to make me comfortable with my decision. After a couple emails changed I was ready to it. What really got me impressed is the fact that they are ready for you no matter what time it is, I sent this email past 9pm and they were there. After the purchase by the moment I placed the order I got some messages thanking me to choose them and how to proceed for tracking information. The felling I have is, this company is legit! They are so professionals and care for the customer. Shipping and mounting free, couldn't ask for more. Very well recommended. Looking forward to make business again!
The entire experience was enjoyable Fitment Industries website was easy to navigate. I was able to look at many wheel options and pictures of wrx's with them on as well as the suspension option they used and when I had a question Evan was very helpful and quick to answer my questions I will be using them for any future wheel and tire purchase can't wait to put my TS-5 on my Wrx

Just recently, I was looking for a new set of wheels and tires for my Audi S4. Upon finding the wheels I really liked, as a total newb to cars, I, of course, didn't check the bolt pattern to see if it would match with my Audi. The wheels I chose did not have the correct bolt pattern, which would have caused me to buy an adapter to use said wheels on my car. COSBY quickly found the mistake on my end and recommended several options for me without affecting my purchase's total cost. With Cosby's professional experience and guidance, I am very thankful to have a set of new wheels and tires that will fit my Audi S4 on the way to me right now! I really wanted a specific set of wheels for my project but they were on backorder. I decided to settle and get a different set. Hours later i changed my mind and called in to cancel my order because this wheel really wasn't what envisioned for my project. Morgan canceled my order but then went out of her way to reach out to the distributor of the original set of wheels i wanted even though they were listed as being on backorder. The distributor ended having a set in stock and now the set of wheels i originally wanted are on the way! Thanks again morgan for going out of your way and helping me get my wheels..

About two months into my order I finally got the refund I was begging for. I checked with the shipper aka "RoadRunnerFreight" after 2 weeks to schedule an appointment, they claimed to have it but couldn't continue to the shipping since "it's not it's turn yet" I checked back with them a week later to find out they never picked it up. I started to get worried Also because my current tires have been balding and got cracks all over so I was depending on this order so badly (I mentioned this to them a lot)... so I called fitment industries and they said that they already have shipped it out of their warehouse and the shipper will continue to handle it. (Note, I live in California, I have to wake up at 5am to give RoadRunner a call or you'll never be able to contact them later on the day then I'll have to wait until 6am to give Fitment Industries a call to secure an early spot since they're both Eastern) I contact this guy name Brevon and he said he'll investigate it and give me a follow back call the next morning... I never received one so I made the call. A lady who was trying so hard to be "nice" but obviously was giving the most attitude told me to give them 5-7days to investigate and they'll give me a call... never received one so I had to make the call. I called back obviously... finally got my refund after waiting for about 2 months (shout out to Bryce, the only guy who truly helped me)... overall the whole thing was a mess and I could've waited a whole lifetime for this order if I never contacted them. Turns out I'm not the first, I heard it personally from multiple people. I expect. With a $1,700 purchase that my order would be handled with care... not the case.

Madison helped me out with everything from guiding me in the correct path to getting new rims and tires. This was my first time buying after market rims and she made it a breeze. I told her what kind of car that I have. The look and color that I was going for and she helped with finding out what would work with the clearance so that there was no rubbing or modification needed to the fenders.

This is the worst online experience I've ever had and I have to pay for the restocking fee for there mistake now I'm out off 800.00 bucks they also didn't send the lug nuts and one of the wheels was damaged. Now some one will comment on this post from this company and say we are sorry blah blah blah do not use this company.

Waited almost a month just to be told they forgot to put my order on the truck but they would get it right out to me. Waited another week and had to call back twice to then be told my order was lost and the tires I ordered were now back ordered and it would cost me more money to get a comparable tire. I had to tell them 3 times I didn't want the ceramic coating and cleaning kit for an extra $300 but when it can to finding out where my wheels were I had to call 3 times over 8 days. Shop elsewhere if you need your order in a timely manner in order to drive your car or if you expect a straight answer when you're having issues

Hello all so I ordered and wheel and tire package late night picking my second choose seeing as I could find the wheels I really wanted which was cool. Next day however I saw what I've been looking for so I gave Fitment industries a call to see if I could change my order I spoke with Bryce and he was very helpful and understanding got my order changed in no time Thanks again bud. Looking forward to receiving my order.
I ordered four wheels on June 16th and they did not arrive until July 17th. The wait was not so bad except I kept getting notifications my order was just about to ship. I got a text notification on July 1st that I should expect a tracking number within the next two business days. So after waiting 11days and still no communication from them, I was pretty frustrated. So I texted their order update phone number with my name like it says online, and after going around in circles I got no update from the person responding to me. So then I emailed them asking what was going on with my order and if my wheels weren't going to be shipping in the next day like I kept getting promised, I was going to dispute the 1650 I had already paid. Well magically I got an email the next morning that my order would be shipping out and here's a tracking number. And then 3 days after texting for an order update, I finally got a response saying looks like your order is shipping and here's your tracking number (thanks I already got the email 2 days ago telling me that and now you're responding?!?). So finally the wheels arrive and they send the wrong size lugs and no center caps. You'd think after waiting almost a month, they'd at least get the order right. Pretty bad and at the performance shop where I take my car when I told them I got my wheels from Fitment they said don't get your wheels from them because they don't know what they're doing. Wish I had known before I ever made my purchase.

They sent me the incorrect wheels and incorrect size and tried to tell me that it was correct. Finally they told me they'd reach out to the manufacturer to get a shipping label. That was 3 weeks ago and now they will not respond to my emails. Super disappointed cause I spent so much money and I excited about getting my new wheels.

Ordered my wheels on May 5th 2020 and yes i completely understand about the Covid-19 pandemic which caused delays but my problem lies is after you shipped my wheels... your freight company lost them! They asked for 2 days to locate them, i gave them 3 and still nothing. I contacted you guys and all the rep basically did was look at the tracking online and read off the same information i already know. Spending close to $1300 on wheels and tires and seems not a care in the world is given. Maybe i can change my review if you guys can actually help locate my wheels!
