Purchased wheels from their website, entered vehicle information, selected wheels, answered more detailed questions about my vehicle, finished transaction. Wheels do not fit. They want $400 to return because I didn't physically call and speak to somebody to verify fitment.

Bad 1st experience

I ordered wheels and tires back on February 27th. Received text around March 3rd saying that I should expect a tracking number within the next "2-3 business days." Then about a week later "5-8 business days". Now I'm not receiving any updates and my order went from "being processed" to being "placed." So I took a step back in the process after they told me over the phone a week ago that I should expect a tracking number very soon and that my wheels were in the warehouse in Batavia waiting to be shipped. How?! How are they "confirming product availability" after they've already informed that they've received my items and are getting to work on them! Worst experience I've had ordering online! May as well tell the boys the wheels won't come until summer.

Total Incompetence

Fitment's site identified the incorrect replacement size for my OEM struts. Three weeks and six emails later I not only don't have the correct struts, but I can't even get someone on their support team to even understand what the problem is with what was sent to me.
Poor information on their website.
Terrible customer service.
No accountability.

3 weeks and no movement

I purchased 4 rims and tires for my mk6 gti from Fitment industries about 3 weeks ago... March 5th so 20 days ago to be exact and it still says that the order has yet to arrive at their warehouse. I am not sure that it is entirely Fitment industries fault, but if i don't see any movement by once April hits I am going to find a way to cancel my order because it is kind of ridiculous how long this has taken.

I used custom offsets a year ago spent $3500 was happy with the entire experience got my wheels and tires and a timely manner website was on point my son went to go buy wheels and tires from fitment industries used there fitment Page to buy wheels and tires picked out the rims picked out the tires they sent them out in a timely manner and they did not fit now they will not take them back and give us the right size we're stuck with $2400 worth of paper weights last time I use custom offsets or fitment industries

Not happy

Only bought rims because I watch the companies YouTube channel. Pretty funny and has a good car culture there. Although I call everyday somehow you're always closed. I'm here in California I call at 8am everyday and you're always closed. Our hours difference is not that much so what the heck? And it's been 3 weeks now where is my wheel and rims? There's no shipping number for ups or Usps so I can't track it all it says it that it's been shipped. Very unsatisfied. In all honesty I don't want the rims anymore this is pathetic I already paid two weeks of payments and don't even have the rims. I want my money back take your rims back. Unsubscribe from your channel.

If you're located in California and calling at 8am, it's 10am CST time and we are most certainly open at that time. I purchased a set of four tires (just tires - no wheels, no mounting, balancing or anything complicated) that were in stock. A week later my order still hasn't moved from "order being prepped". Emailed customer service, no response yet. I thought I would give these guys a try, but I'll be cancelling my order if I don't get a response by tomorrow. TireRack would have shipped already.

Horrible business

I'm just so frustrated I'm still waiting for my wheels it's been over a month I picked out my favorite wheels on February 5th and I got them because they WERENT on back order then I get a text a few days later that my order is on back order. I then change my order because I don't want to wait so I pick some other wheels and they say there on back order as well DO THEY HAVE ANYTHING IN STOCK? They proceed to make me pay to get them redrilled and I pay and I PAY EXTRA FOR THE WHEEL difference and all I get is a free ceramic coating and I never get a update all they say is that they take a few days to get redrilled. I want a REAL response I keep getting notifications on my phone on the process but it seems like it's just going backwards they send me a confirmation then say it's inbound then go back to waiting for confirmation. My car has been on jack stands for over a month and I keep telling the company that. I have had my tires come already this is just ridiculous. I will never ever order from this company again. If you want to wait weeks to get your wheels and no real updates on WHERE THE HELL YOUR WHEELS ARE then this is the right company

I recently bought a set of Artisa Artformed wheels and tires. After driving on the highway for the first time I noticed a really bad vibrating going on. I do have hub centering rings so this leads me to believe that the wheels weren't balanced properly which is very upsetting to me. Now I have to go spend an additional $50 - $100 to get my wheels rebalanced. Aside from that, I have no complaints. Wish I could make this a 5-star review but because of the poor balancing job, I just can't at this point in time.

Shoutout to Alex, an employee who reached out to me directly to notify me that with the wheels I just purchased, the factory lugnuts wouldn't fit. I completely forgot to get new lug nuts so his reminder was clutch. I was even able to call him directly and we discussed my options and he sent me a direct link to a set of lug nuts that would fit perfectly on my new wheels. It was clear that these guys are at the top tier of their field and are really able there to help their customers, not just take their money. Overall great experience and I'm a very happy customer!

Quite the headache
February 3, 2021

Bought a wheel and tire package, mounted and balanced, plus tpms sensors, plus ceramic coating. 2 days after putting the wheels on I had issues with 3 of the sensors, then I noticed that one of the tires had been mounted backwards, then I found out they didn't even ceramic coat the wheels. I understand mistakes happen but that's more than 1 mistake on the same order. I thought I could spend the extra money to have them all ready to go when they arrived, but instead I had to go back and fix half of the issues myself. It was a bit disappointing. Rims and tires look nice though so there's that at least

OMG I am a 50 year old man trying to get a rim and tire package and the service after the first call was so bad. Quick to take my deposit bud dam when i needed to finish the order left on hold forever, transferred 4 times and hung up on 3 times and in the middle of it all put on hold because i spoke to some else and then told we no big deal i will get the credit... o well... really like you needed to say this to me? Its all good i will spend my $4000 else where.

I literally get all of my Information from this company on YouTube. It could be camber kit, your suspensions, tire stretch, wheel fitment. They give out some really good advice. I would have ordered my wheels from them but, I don't believe they custom make rims

Fitment industries has made my first online wheel buying experience awesome. The wheels and tires came extremely fast, with no damage to the items being shipped. They fit perfectly. I also had a t-shirt ordered and I messed up my address and it got returned. Well Derrick from the fitment team responded extremely fast and made everything right and got me another t-shirt on the way to my home. Couldn't ask for better customer service. Thanks Derrick!

Thank Fitment Industries for your help in getting my needs taken care of because I am particular about my car and I want it to look good. Some shops will sell you anything and you have to pay the price for the extras, not here! Madison has taken the time to make sure that the wheels I wanted were the exact fit and nothing extra I have to do to make them fit. I dealt with these guys a while ago. Bought wheels, tires and coilovers all at once and figured they'd take care of me. Got everything I ordered except the lug nuts. They quickly next day aired me the wrong lug nuts. Then did it again, and again and after the fourth time they tried calling me a liar and saying I wasn't putting them on correctly. I finally got the right lugs and got the wheels on. The tires were balanced horribly, I got them rebalanced and Fitment industries paid for it. On top of all this hassle I had to go through, I was mistakenly charged a fee from fed ex. I told Fitment industries about this mistake and they stated they would take care of it and to ignore anymore letters. I then began receiving letters stating I am being sent to collections. One call to fed ex got it all cleared up and even found out Fitment industries never contacted fed ex about the charge like they told me they would do. These people are liars and do not care about keeping good customers. The company needs an insane amount of help before I would ever consider purchasing through them.
