This was my first time purchasing wheels & tires. I did feel timid & unsure about my purchase not knowing exactly what will fit on my car & how I would like them. Needless to say Dave an advisor reached out without even me calling in. Dave was incredible. He empowered me in my decisions yet informing me of the key information I needed to know. I ordered rims in July, was notified that 2 rims are backordered... I wanted just cancel, they want to charge me 20% restocking fee for rims they never sent me... So we went back n forth, decided to just get rims for another car with the "credit", they said it was good to go and later in the week, told me its backordered... so I wanted to cancel, again, wants to charge me 20% restocking fee... Crooks! Stay away, go to a local dealer...

I'll be blunt. Basically had two wheels get bent and cracked from a pot hole. Purchased from them before so figured why not be a repeat customer. THIS WAS A MISTAKE. As you can see in the pictures purchased two" chromium black wheels and this is the trash I was given. I get brake dust and even sun damage, but these are obviously two different colors labeled as the same. I brought it to there attention and I was told there was nothing they could due via the manufacturer as it was a "minor" color difference. LOL what a joke of a company. Due to them being installed while as I was out of town, they did nothing to back the crap product that they sold. I do car meets and anyone who is remotely into cars wouldn't find this acceptable. Very disappointed with both companies and I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. You have been warned.

I ordered wheels/tires through them but had a bit of an issue when they arrived. One of the front wheels had a broken bead and 16 balancing weights on it. It shook the car like crazy on the freeway and Fitment Industries wouldn't send me a new tire to fix the issue. Also my TPMS, which I was forced to purchase from them, keeps malfunctioning so I constantly have a "service tire pressure monitors" light on my dashboard. I took both of these issues to a tire shop to be diagnosed and they said both issues originated from the factory. Fitment Industries refused to resolve either issue so now I have to buy new TPMS and tire as well as pay to have them installed. Now knowing they send out broken products with no intention of fixing the situation I would have never purchased through them. I strongly encourage buying wheels and tires separately and having a professional shop install them. Fitment Industries may cost less but it's clearly because they cut corners when it comes to past customers.

Jack - This certainly sounds like a large amount of miscommunication within our customer service department as we would very much like to get this resolved. As a side note, we do not force any customer to purchase TPMS and rather we recommend that they purchase new TPMS for aftermarket products. We also do not charge for mounting and balancing and this seems to be the case of a bit of disconnect what the original issue is. I ordered a set of XXR wheels and Nito Neo Gen tires. The pricing was very competitive and the initial buying process was very easy and straight forward. Unfortunately one of the wheels was damaged apparently prior to shipping so that really should have been something they caught before shipping. They also included a giant custom offset sticker for some reason too. Like 36" giant. Not a bad thing, it just makes it seem like the warehouse guys made a lot of mistakes that day. One of the nice things they did was instructing me in the confirmation email to inspect everything before signing for the delivery. They had me send in some pictures of the wheel to confirm the damage and then sent me out a new wheel which was very nice and the new wheel came in very quickly. Overall they have a great website that makes the whole buying process easy and straight forward and getting the replacement wheel was overall fast and simple however it seems like their warehouse staff was really not on top of things the day I made my order.

Slow slow slow

I've already once purchased wheels from them and it took two weeks to arrive at my house. The second set I've bought has taken over a month with a single update, and when they claim they will call you back they don't… today was the first day I've dealt with polite customer service, thank you directly,. Please update your customers with their orders, and call them back. I also can mention that after a month, just yesterday I was told the tires are on back order till next year, now I have to purchase more expensive ones. I understand it's out of their control but a small discount would be helpful for the ones in this situation as well…
I can't be the only one.
The product they do supply though is great and they have a fantastic range of wheels tires and suspension.

Nothing done right

Fitment industries hasn't gotten anything right in my order... they said my order would be guaranteed by a certain date and didn't show up till a week after the date guaranteed. After it was delivered, only 1/3 of my order was there. I had to call multiple times to try and get the rest of my order, once everything was figured out and I received my second package, only half was received. After calling multiple times yet again, I found out they weren't even going to send the rest because they messed up somewhere. When the final package was received it was in the wrong color. It's just been a joke this whole time and it's been over a month from when they said everything should have been here.

Looks like I should have read the negative google reviews on this horrible company. The first red flag was that after ordering, I got an email stating that it could take 2 weeks to "process" my order. I ordered the wheels on a Friday and they were listed in stock. I decided to call on Monday to see if they were actually in stock. I was told that they were but if any problem came up, I could easily cancel my order. That was the first of many lies. They proceeded to ship me 2 of the wheels and claimed the other 2 would be following shortly. After a week and several calls, it turns out that the other 2 wheels are backordered 8 weeks. At this point I decided to cancel the order and return the 2 wheels that they shipped. That was 3 weeks ago. Fitment claims that the vendor is the problem with getting the RMA labels and that they can't even refund my money for the 2 wheels that never shipped. Every email from them is a canned statement acknowledging that I am disappointed and assuring that they are working on it. Just take a look at their responses to negative reviews here. I paid through paypal and have filed a dispute with them. At this point, that is my only hope in getting my money back. THIS COMPANY IS COMPLETE GARBAGE! After seeing all the reviews here, I think I may contact my bank and open a fraud investigation.

Still Waiting...

I ordered a wheel and tire package from here on the 28th. I also ordered a shirt with them too. The shirt just got here and yet my order still has yet to move from "Order Placed" to "Being Processed" or "Shipped". I called and was told they should be shipped out by the 4th. Well today is the 4th and it's 7:00 pm in Massachusetts right now and my order is still at "Order Placed". At the least my order should be being prepped for shipping but nothing. I've already paid for everything so there should be nothing else to wait on.

I ordered a wheel and tire package from fitment industries I paid over $2,000 and when I got my wheels and tires and put them on my car shook so horribly bad that I couldn't go over 60 mph. I brought it to a shop and two of the four tires weren't balanced And the worst news is the other two one of them had a tire out of round so that cannot be fixed and the other had a bent rim. I went and paid money to have my TPMS sensors registered to my car and come to find out one of those was bad as well. Don't contact fitment industries though because they're going to tell you they have a $30 policy that that is the maximum they can pay, they'll say this doesn't sound like their company but I've read my reviews. Now I have a shaky car and the only way I can fix it is if I buy one brand new rim and one brand new tire use caution and shop around guys! You'll regret it if you don't. Also Hope you don't have to get tire work because if you do you'll see the craftsmanship of fitment industries very well check out the chunk out of my tire that they just went ahead with on the install, what kind of idiots do they have working for them? Lol

Don't do it

My wheels arrived damaged with scratches, blotched ceramic coating with missing wheel weights and the lug nut socket to install or remove. I immediately emailed pictures to customer service. After two days of waiting for them to respond, I got an email response asking me what I they think they should be compensate me for the damage. That not making much sense, I called them again and they said they were too busy with other customers and that I just needed to respond to their email. Long story short they wanted to credit me $200 for $3600 wheels. My local body shop quoted me $1300 to fix. Customer service is atrocious. It may be an anomaly, but is it worth taking the chance!?!? Do not spend one dollar with this company. Highly recommend looking elsewhere there are many other reputable companies available.

Contacting them is simple and easy. They take a very long time to reply. Also they said my tires weren't on back order which I ordered them because they weren't, just to get notified that they gave those tires away to someone else and I have to wait on the back order. I asked for a refund, still haven't gotten a reply or my refund yet...

I placed 1800 dollar order throught fitment industries and a day later somebody totalled my vw jetta. I called them twice to let them know to not ship the order because i had no vehicle to put the rims on. 2 days after my 2nd call the order shipped.
I called them back they put a note to fed ex to return the items not to deliver.
Its been 2 months and i still have no one to talk to about it? Where is my 1800 dollars? My guess is as good as yours... my advice to anyone reading this review (do not order anything from this people)

Spent over 2700 and had lots of problems and $#*! products and they would not help fix any problems and would not send new product to replace faulty items that were sent to me... save your money go thru tire rack

Garbage

Fitment Industries messed up my order bad. They give you an option to put in the info for your car but don't use it. I ordered 4 rims, tpms, new lugs, and a tire care package, and guess what, When I got the rims only 2 rims had the correct lug pattern and did not receive any of the other little extras. Then they have the audacity to say that I can't get the 2 rims with the wrong lug patterns replaced. They are the definition of the word garbage, and I do not recommend purchasing their products.

Terrible :(

I bought a set of rims and tires, neither on back order, about 17 days ago now. They have sent no updates and tracking info, I have no idea where my 1600 dollars worth of stuff is and when I emailed for help they said it would ship 24-48 hours after they sent the email and then it would take another 24-48 hours to get a tracking number, that's terrible. What makes it worse, it's been about 4 days total after I got that email from their "support team" and still nothing, will not be spending money here again.

I ordered my wheel and tire package about 2 weeks ago. They were scheduled to arrive today and we made appointments with the shipping company to get them today. Turns out the shipping company didn't have the product and they were still a state away. Madi, one of the customer service employees I talked to helped out tremendously. She called the shipping company in my state and the state the wheels were in to figure out what was going on. She helped out a lot. She was extremely excellent and I was very pleased.

I've purchased a set of wheels from this company before in 2018. Went great very satisfied with them and the order process. I purchased another set and they sent me text updates saying my order had shipped on March 8th. It says on their site it takes up to around 6 days for them to arrive. I got nothing after several weeks. On March 24th I emailed them about the issue. I received another text update that my order has shipped. This was on March 29th. It is now May1st and still no tracking number. I assumed it was a delay or an issue with whoever is delivering. I have no idea who even has my wheels at this point. Very disappointing considering my first order from these guys went so well. I'm holding out hope the fault isn't with FI themselves.
