Greg Ferg was the help I needed to make my decision. He did not rush me and had the answers to all my concerns. He also made it easy for me to buy, when your website was not accepting my payment! Good company, and great service! I will send a pic as soon as I get my new wheels mounted!

Because you'll have to jump through hoops to get them replaced... This company does not respect your time and have the most inconvenient and ridiculous return policy. One of the wheels in my package was cast wrong and had a wobble that was impossible to balance. Way too many hoops to jump through to get a replacement, which should come from Fitment Industries. Claiming "warranty" on a brand new wheel is just poor business and passing the buck. Fitment Industries policies are trash, I'll be finding my wheels elsewhere from now on.

I'm a Canadian trying to order online thought FI, a new set of 20-in alloys and tries for my newly delivery of 2021 C8 Corvette convertible. Consult with their salesman from FI, I totally believe for what they suggested in sizes on my car, eventually order on May which spend around 5800 CAD... took over 2 months for FI to ship out my order. Finally by August I received my order and paid 600ish for custom. Found out that the rim size for my front are not fitted on my C8, was told my machine shop when install... took them off, call FI for refund, after numbers of emails exchanged, ( they won't let me talk to the original salesman, Anthony) their customer service department will only reply me with email and saying it is total my own responsibility if the product I order doesn't fitted. They will charge me on all the charges l ii me restock fee, unmounted fee... Totally awful experiment.

Inferior Wheels

You misrepresented your wheels to me. The finish on my car is 24 years old without any rust. My wheels are 5 months old and rusty. You sold me an inferior product Junk.

I like the fact that they have a wide variety of wheels and tires to choose from. Mathew helped me out with any information I needed before purchase which was great. Response time was very quick in my opinion. Would recommend to any friend

Totally Incompetant

Beware! Purchased a full set of wheels and tires. They sent them in multiple deliveries with the wrong lug-nuts. Called and notified them. Stated they would send the correct ones. Wait a few weeks - nothing. Called again (when you can finally get someone to answer) and got told they didn't have that color so what color did I want. Really? It took you weeks and me calling to find out where they are to hear you didn't send anything or contact me to say you made a mistake again and needed to know the color? So, finally they are sending the right ones, or so I thought. After contacting again, asking for tracking information, they claim they must have gotten lost and will send out again. Upon arrival, finally, they are AGAIN the wrong ones. Same as before. So I call again. Finally, I get told they don't carry the ball lug-nuts only conical. Well no kidding! Thanks for finally answering honestly and stopping the games. I am done. My $1,000 new wheels and tires still sit in the lot (covered) for a month and a half. I will be paying for the correct ones somewhere else obviously. NEVER going to be a customer again or recommend to my customers this company. If I could give a zero I would for their total lack of customer service and apparently knowledge of something as basic as lug-nuts. Pathetic.

Complex order made simple!

Like I said in the title, my order wasn't exactly an easy one. Different wheels from front to back, the back wheels being custom order only, coilovers, tires, and a host of extras. Dani Kadi was there to help me on the phone all the way, and while I knew pretty much exactly what I wanted, he was 100% onboard and helpful with all the questions I had. He's clearly super knowledgeable about wheels and tires, knows his products and the site, and I definitely appreciated knowing I was working with someone who wanted to get it right the first time, just like me! He even pulled some strings and called the wheel manufacturer instead of waiting for them to reply to an email to make sure they could produce the custom order wheels I wanted AND got me a discount on my order.

Of course, I haven't received all my goods yet given it's only been about a day since I placed the order, but I will say the purchase process was about as easy as it could have possibly been, and that's what I'm focusing on here. First impressions go a long way, and Dani and Fitment Industries have gone the extra mile--given my experience so far, I'm confident if there's any issues down the road, I'll be able to get them resolved.

I placed a wheel and tire order to replace bent wheels. The website advertised that the order I had created was in stock (the website is awesome. Whoever built it did a wonderful job). I placed the order and did not receive notification until 1 week later that the wheel I ordered was not actually in stock. I proceed to receive several unhelpful emails and wait 3 months for the order to be shipped. Upon arrival, the tires fitment had mounted were out of balance. One of tires did not hold pressure and they told me it was not covered by warranty which means I get to buy a new replacement tire. Worst customer experience I've had in a long time.

If you like getting the run and and wasting hours upon hours on hold and waiting for someone to follow through with mistakes and damaged products then this group is for you! I have been trying to deal with damaged wheels and improper fitment for over a month and am still in the same place since first ordered, nowhere. There is no leadership and as I write this review I now have been hung up on 2 times while waiting. THE WORST.

Crooks

Crooks if I had to I'd give this place one star, their own benefit if going to the page to looks at builds of peoples cars. My rims came with scratches/gouges from tires being mounted on the wheel, which were black so made it very noticeable, gave me like $100back not even close to be able to cover the cost to repair it. Decided to give them another chance this time not buying tires from them to avoid the first mishap. Wheels come in with one center cap missing they stated they called me and left a message (never happened) saying it's be shipped separately. So I wait the day of with my door open, package says delivered but I never received it. I started up a claim with fedex and their specific instructions were to wait a few days since it said it was delivered then have the company created a lost package report. These crooks have the balls to say that because it says delivered they cannot create a lost package report when it was FEDEX INSTRUCTIONS to do so. Never spending my money again through them, GO SUPPORT LOCAL SHOPS On any wheel and suspension setups! F*ck Fitment Industries

If you go to any tire company website and punch in your vehicle you'll likely get a specific set of tires designed to work with the car. At Fitment Industries you'll find that they not only don't give you that information but won't even warn you about purchasing the wrong size tire. Through their whole process no one ever even thinks to ask a question what car is this going on? Nope, they just want one sale. They aren't looking for repeat customers. I bought 4 rims, with tires listed as a fit on their site and after putting them on there are issues. They didn't even include rings for an offset tire, and after talking with the VW dealer they stated that would cause vibrations. I attempted to get the tires swapped and they lied about the manufacture warranty, and even told the manufacturer that I purchased the wrong tires. Of course I purchased the wrong tires, your site specifically allows that even after I put in my vehicle information and the website gave me that specific tire as an option for a fit. Sometimes you learn who not to do business with, and I'm surprised they still qualify as a tire dealer after all the people they've screwed over.

Botche Order

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS!
Ordered wheel and tire package 3 months ago and was told they were on back order and I was alright with that. After 10 weeks called to check on the order (since I had not heard from them as promised) onlky to be told that the wheels were in stock with just a very slight different offset. No problem, send the wheel and tire package. Then I was told the prior order was placed with the wrong tire size for the back wheels. After confirming the new tire size, i was assured the order was placed and would have within 14 to 21 days. Fourteen days later I call to check the status, again no called to update me as promised. Only to learn that not only did they cancel 2 of the wheels and tire completely, that were going to order the wrong color.
So, Whatever you do, order from somewhere else. The people they have working there are incompetent. Now I have to start over with another provider.

I am involved with alot of car shows and cruise ins in the VA area so i have ordered alot of wheel and tire packages in my lifetime and the one from fitment industries has been hands down the worst experience i have ever had with one. I have used wheelfire, wheelhero, wheelsnext, tirerack and even custom offsets. Every single one of those puts fitment to shame. They ship you crap parts and then dont stand behind them when you have a problem. I've had their package on my car for less than 100 miles and i am still fighting to get a refund cuz of defective equipment. They just keep the run around going and their slow $#*! email responses and long $#*! hold times. I get alot of questions at my shows about who is a good site to use and who isn't. Fitment will be #1 on the who isn't list for as long as I do this. Custom offsets their sister company even $#*!s on them. I don't need Jake W or whoever else from this company responding to this like all the other complaints saying this is not how we do business and contact so and so in this and that dept. blah blah blah. You obviously do do business like this by reading all the reviews. This is just for others thinking about using this crap company. Save your money and go elsewhere or you will have $1500 rims sitting in your shed like I do. Good luck.

Well ATTN Jake, there is no disconnect except on you all's end. Here we are almost two months later and yall still havent resolved a damn thing. Every time i email or call i get the same response... We are at the mercy of the manufacturer on claims and we will let you know when we hear from them. Thanks for the $1500 paper weights.

It's a nope for me

Company is a complete joke. Returns is a complete joke.
I have been dealing with this company since May, I ordered a set of wheels and tires and they sent me the complete wrong set after waiting a long time for their shipping process. I call and tell them what happened along with sending multiple emails showing what was sent and what was ordered. I was told I was wrong multiple times for them to finally figure out I was right.
They wanted me to pay for shipping/handling and a restocking fee to return the wheels THEY made a mistake on. I told them that wasn't happening and I was tired of dealing with it so I just asked for a full refund which they agreed to. So we move along to the return process and i email them multiple times to set up a time for pick up and I get no response. So I call and they say "they never received the emails" and that they'll get back to me about a time. So I get an email saying that Wednesday(today) they'll be here between 2pm-4pm. 4pm rolls around and no one shows up. So I call and ask what's happening and they say now the time is 5pm-6pm for pickup. 6pm rolls around and what do you know, NO ONE SHOWED UP.
Im not sure what they're doing as a company but this is completely ridiculous and I'm so over it at this point. You would think if someone spent almost $2 grand on your companies website you would make sure they get the best customer service, just like any customer spending money on your site.
After this experience with Fitment industries I wouldn't ever recommend doing any sort of business with them. If I could give them no stars I would.

I have been wanting different wheels for my 2020 Sonic, My big concern was not getting the fitment right. I've made this mistake on another car. I contacted Fitment Industries after watching several YouTube videos and talked to Aaron Benson. Very helpful. Answered all my emails quickly and gave me advice on a more appropriate tire size for my car. What I thought I wanted would not have fit properly. It took a couple of emails and few questions then I made the purchase. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy. Thanks!

Big thank you to Aaron Benson for helping me choose the perfect pair of wheels for my vehicle. I was clueless on the wheel and tire measurements and Aaron walked me through everything step by step, making sure I understood the information. Since I have air suspension, and didn't want to change out my factory tires, I thought the process of finding the perfect wheel with a gloss white finish was going to be nearly impossible. Within 15 minutes I was able to identify the product I wanted, asked him if it would fit with no rubbing along the fenders or cause any complications with my suspension, and we were done! Will definitely shop with Fitment Industries for future projects to come.

This was my first time purchasing wheels & tires. I did feel timid & unsure about my purchase not knowing exactly what will fit on my car & how I would like them. Needless to say Dave an advisor reached out without even me calling in. Dave was incredible. He empowered me in my decisions yet informing me of the key information I needed to know.
