I recently purchased my first set of wheels from fitment industries, I first had the pleasure of interacting with Dave and then Andrew, they were both very patient with my questions and knowledgeable about the specs I inquired about. I learnt about fitment industries from YouTube and will certainly buy from them and recommend them in the future.

I ordered a set of Cosmis racing wheels from fitment industries along with tires, tmps sensors and ceramic coating. I placed my order online and within two hours they started calling/texting me about the tires I ordered not being in stock. I called them and we talked and I selected another set of tires. They talked me into the tpms sensors at that point because they were mounting the tires. Long story short the wheels came damaged and it looks to have happened during the mounting process because the packaging was in perfect shape. I message them and they tell me I have to go have them refinished myself and they'll pay me back or they'll take $60 off of my $2600 order to make up for it…. So then I message them back saying i paid for new wheels not refurbished wheels can i just send the two back and get them replaced and they are giving me a super hard time and I've asked to just return all 4 and get my money back and they keep acting like i never asked and like it's not an option. I've also proven to them twice that there are no sensors installed. I will never deal with them again and I recommend you don't either.
I sent in am email with a question regarding fitment of a particular model and size of wheels and I received a call just hours later. Dave assured me that he was a real person and not the scam callers wanting me to extend my vehicle warranty and thanked me for answering the call. He allowed me to explain my dilemma with the wheels and upon me being a first time customer and black friday around the corner, he helped me place the order for the wheels over the phone. I had found another website that had the same wheels at a cheaper price but it not being black Friday or cyber Monday yet I decided to wait, until this call assured me that I was getting probably the best deal I could. Even if not, I'd be getting my wheels before then and I have been waiting since April of this year for these deals.
I was looking for wheels and tires for car, my sales rep Luke was great, knowledgeable about the products I was interested in, answered all my question, was not pushing to make the sale told me to take my time, I was interested in a few different wheels and Luke checked the availability of all the wheels I was interested in. This sale took a few days from start to finish and Luke was available for all my question regarding wheel size and tire size, I was considering different set ups and Luke was able to give me the pros and cons of each set up. I will definitely do more business with Fitment Industries, price and products offered are top notch. My order was placed so now all I have to do is wait for my wheels and tires, I'll write a follow up review once received to comment on shipping.

I placed my order 9/25/2021, received them 10/25/2021 and they look amazing! Unfortunately I only got 3 wheels! They are fully aware that fedex only delivered "3" wheels and that the 4th wheel was never shipped out. Today makes two weeks sense we filled a clam but I have yet to received my 4th wheel or any update on fixing this issue. It really does suck that they are fully away of this issue and couldn't send me a replacement. This issue clearly has nothing todo with me, Where is customer service at this point. I shouldn't have to wait this long to get my 4th wheel.

I ordered what I thought were 19 inch wheels, but turned out I ordered 18 inch. Not only were the wheels delayed in delivery by an extra week, which is no fault of Shipment Ind. But it was definitely just the start of a bad experience. I got the wheels and took one out of its packaging. I rolled it up against my current wheels and noticed how downright awful they looked with low profile tires. I contacted fitment about a refund and return, they told me they were deducting another shipping fee, as well as a 20 PERCENT restock fee. That will be around $350 I will never see again on an item I will never own. Upon agreeing to these fees knowing I have no other options, Fitment said they would begin the return process. 3 days later I contact them asking for an update, a day later I get a response that I will have a response in 24 hours. 48 hours later I ask for a response and get the same 24 hour response I got the first time. For 3 WEEKS I went back and forth getting the same "beat around the bush" answer from several reps of the company. They told me 3 days ago I was getting labels sent to me but I have yet to receive that; no shocker. They also expect the one wheel I took out to be packaged the way they sent it and offered to send the materials to do so but knowing what I went through for just a response was enough for me to source the materials myself.
Hopefully now that we switch my suspension I won't have to wait another month. But everyone here is very helpful. I got it in and I'm very happy and can't wait to get it installed.

Disclaimer: I drove on the wheels and tires that I ordered and that is why they would not return them. They are "legally" within their right to do what they have done. Just what they have done is bad business.
I ordered $6,000+ worth of wheels, tires, lugs, and TPSs. I am an amateur at car mods.
Here are my grievances:
1) They quoted me ~1-2 months for my order to process and be delivered, because they are made-to-order. It took 5.5 months. They did nothing to address this and I was never updated on the status of my order, or that it was going to be late, unless I called directly and asked.
2) I CALLED them to place the order in the first place, specifically to make sure that I was getting the right thing. I didn't trust myself to know enough to get the correct fitment. Still got something that didn't fit.
3) The wheels and tires that I received are GROSSLY oversized for my car. The rear wheels cleared the edge of my fender by a SOLID 3/4 of an inch. See pictures attached.
4) They admitted on a recorded phone call that the fitment was too aggressive and they should not have been sent out to me.
5) I had to pay for a consult and quote for doing an AGGRESSIVE fender flair/pull, in order to show proof that they didn't fit and there were no easy cosmetic alternatives to fix the problem.
6) I was willing to eat the cost of the tires ($1,000), as I had driven on them, but they have less than 500 miles on them, so I thought I might get something back for the wheels. Their solution was $500 and a discount on a future purchase… That's it.
7) When I called for the last time, I asked to escalate the issue to the manager above Connor, the sales manager with whom I had been dealing, he refused and said that the management above him "Don't talk on the phone and only deal with higher level processes." I raised the issue that they were the ones making the decision to not process my return, though, and I had not had the chance to present my case myself. He said "They have reviewed your case and there is nothing we can do."
In summary, Fitment Industries sent me something that was wildly off base from what I should have received, admitted that it was their mistake, and then denied me a return on a technicality in their terms and conditions. All because I drove less than 500 miles on the wheels and tires. I got $500 back and a discount on a future order in the event that I wanted to try to put smaller tires on the back and try to MAKE them fit. Fitment Industries is a "Youtube brand" that does not actually care about their clients. 0/10 Would not recommend.
