I loved everything about my shopping experience except that almost none of the wheels had weight listed. I had to either google the weight, or contact Fitment Industries to provide the weight. It made it very difficult to make a decision, and almost pushed me away to make a purchase at another site.

Colton M. Was amazing and walked me through everything when purchasing new wheels for my car. He answered all my questions! He made this whole processes a smooth and easy one.

Easy to navigate and helpful with pictures of products on my mode car to help make the ride choice picking parts

Great selection of wheels and tires on their site. Unfortunately I had an issue with the first set of wheels came in the wrong color Joey in customer service took care of it credited my account made it simple to ship them back.

Great experience, 2 of the wheels I've received was damaged. But customer service definitely help me out a lot.

It was easy but the wide selection made it hard to decide which set of rims and tires would be best for my car from the ones I decided that I liked. So I called them and spoke to them on the phone and after all set and done I finally made my decision and picked an awesome set of rims and tires.

Driver was not paying attention

Affirm made it effortless. Pay over time and early if I want. Was able to buy more parts for the car to get closer to my end goal.

So when I 1st ordered the wheels & tire package, the experience was a little bumpy. At 1st, when I ordered them, the website showed that the item was in stock, and when I placed the order, ETA for delivery was 02-25-22. I spoke with Rachel over the phone to confirm that and she confirmed it. Two weeks later, I received a notification that these wheels had been put on back order and that if I wanted to cancel my order there would be a 30% restocking fee, which didn't make any sense to me cause 1: it said the wheels were in stock & 2: why would I pay a restocking fee for something not stock. Very confused, I gave fitment industry a call, and despite being out on hold for 50 min, I was finally able to get a hold of Carlos. Carlos was very helpful. He spoke with the team and found the exact wheels & spec I ordered through another vendor. Fitment Industries also paid the restocking fee for my wheels and the expedite fee to get my wheels in faster. At the end of the day, I did receive my wheels & tires on time. I was just a little nervous through out the process. I understand that mistakes happen so it's no sweat, I just know that when ordering a product, it's best to contact the the website that I'm ordering from just to double check that it's in stock.
