Was told it would take 3 to 4 months to receive my wheels. It ended up taking over a year had to keep calling and email to try and get an update! Was hard to get a hold of someone specially someone that could answer my questions!
Order these tires the same day my wheels were ordered, was bummed out originally when it said itll arrive in May. Well lets just say 4 days later they were at my door step. I picked these wheels because they said they were a bang for your buck and let me just say they're the perfect tire for my setup for the streets. Cant wait to order more tires for the drift car. Great price and super fast shipping l. Cant ask for more! Thank you!

I got sent the wrong tires even after I was told they were going to send the correct ones. They sent me the wrong tires even after I told them that I had cracked a wheel and needed 18 inch tires instead of 17

These wheels really brought the 5.0 to life. I love love love them and with the color sceem I was going for really pulled the car together. Shopping online was easy and my order came in within 2 day's of ordering.

Pretty great service overall. Only complaint I have is that when I ordered a wheel and tire package, there was no indication that the tires on the order where on back order with no ETA of arrival. So after about two weeks of waiting for some sort of shipping update it took me contacting the service department to finally find out the tires where on back order to then choose a different set. Everything went great after that. With that said, it would help if some notification post sale would be sent out to let the buyer know that there is a back order on an item.

Quick and easy to find wheels i needed asap
Bought wheels and tires from Fitment industries. 2 of the wheels came damaged (from shipment, not from factory) they were able to get me options so move forward with a very fast response. And was able to accept a partial refund to cover any repair necessary for the cosmetic defect. Will definitely be doing business with them again.

The website and customer service reps both stated I would be able to schedule a delivery time, this wasn't the case. They came from UPS with no estimated delivery date or time. First delivery I find them leaning against my dads pole barn partially unwrapped. 20 ft away from the road and in clear view. That delivery contained 3 of my wheels all of which were scratched and dented(the location of the damage made it obvious one of their technicians did it while mounting the tires). The 4th wheel was no where to be found. A few days later the 4th one arrived with the most damage of all. Having sent multiple emails with photos to their customer service, and calling for the 4th time, I still have no answers about what is being done. I paid 2,300 dollars for messed up wheels and they seem to be trying to ghost me.
