Fitment industries were really helpful with getting pieces that were broken by the mail men replaced. But the kit was incomplete. Civic Type R has low profile fuses and the kit only comes with ATC/ATM fuse taps.
Great service. Made my order on the phone where the staff was very helpful in confirming correct fitment and size. Everything shipped on time without damage. Would definitely order from them again.

Over all the experience was amazing but the tracking portion of the website needs to be updated. I was sent a email saying the wheels I chose needed to be custom drilled and the time would be 7-10 business days after 12 business days And the website saying nothing other than shipped and estimated delivery being way off. I emailed them and was told the turn around for custom drilled is 25-27 days. The Communication was very poor.*update* they did reach out to me and apologize for the issues and helped me with some of the other issues I was having.

Everything was amazing. Having the gallery to look through really helped me figure out what size wheels looked the best on my car.
There were scratches on the lips barely any protection at all around the wheel. But after a good talk in customer service they were kind enough to reimburse some money for the wheels. Besides that I'd still buy products from them! (Only if they have more secured packaging)

When in stock that is. Not on fitment industries of course. If you buy tires as well, the wrap each wheel in plastic wrap and ship it that way. No damages to mine though.

I never heard of Fitment Industries until a friend had bought from them and recommended them to me. I had been looking for new wheels for my car and was so stuck on where to buy them from. Places either didn't have what I wanted or Will unwilling to help. Fitment made it so easy! The communication is superb and the shipping is like lightning. My favorite part is that when you call to get help on something, you receive the direct line for the representative you spoke with if you need to call back. Damian O. Was my representative and he was extremely nice and helpful. I had a lot of questions and he was patient and explained everything until I understood. I am very pleased with this company and how they deal with their customers. Super refreshing compared to many other companies - I hope they never change! Will be recommending to anyone who needs the services they provide.
