I could go on and on all day long about Finishline. They have an awesome Rewards Programs, Birthday Discounts, Frequent Sales, Clearance Items & promo codes, plus emails on sales and events, free shipping to your store, or Free depending on the promo code you can find, how much u spend ext. Finishline is our Families go to place for our daughters shoes bc she mainly wears Jordans and thats all her daddy wears besides his work boots.

Great Service

I stopped shopping at the Finishline in Smith Haven Mall because the store manager was incredibly rude and the service was terrible. Recently, I found out that there is a Finishline in the Macy's by my house in Commack. I went in and the service was great. The store manager, Paige, was wonderful and polite and assisted me with everything I needed, I ended up buying a few pairs of shoes from her. I will definitely be shopping at the Commack location again!

Don't shop here

Bought a pair of shoes sole and return them within 24 hours and the sales rep wouldn't take them back. She says it's store policy. I told her that why wouldn't you tell me that this is the store policy. If I had known this, I wouldn't never bought it.
I demand to talk with the manager and she wasn't around so the sale rep called her and she/he wouldn't do either. There were customers behind me who saw and heard everything and they couldn't believe it either. As a matter of fact, one of the customer says to me I don't know if I want to buy the sneakers here. I told the customer I wouldn't if I was her.
Since this finish line was inside of Macy's, I contacted the manager on board and explained to them this situation and they were able to help me out. I told Macy's store that this is not good for their business due to the fact that they lease part of the store and yet accept Macy's purchases. Macy's apologized and made it right for me instead.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS FINISH LINE STORE. BAD PRACTICE AND VERY. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not order anything. I ordered some shoes and I did not receive them. I have been waiting over a month for my refund. The customer service has told me many lies and won't let me speak to a supervisor. The sad thing is that I work as a sales associate for Finishline. If they will treat an employee this way. Image how they will treat you.

I order two pairs of shoes on 07/18/2017. I received the order on 07/24/2017. One of the pairs had two right shoes. I contacted the company via email and was sent a return shipping label. The representative asked if I wanted a replacement order or refund. I responded to the email stating I'd like a replacement. On 07/26/2017 I used the label to send the mismatch pair via UPS. On the same day I received another email with conflicting information stating I would receive a replacement once my return was received and also that a replacement had already been sent and I should receive it within 4-6 days. Because of the confliction, I emailed back stating I would rather have a refund. A "Clarence" responded stating it was too late because the shoes had already been processed and expedited. On 08/01/2017 I verified with UPS that the mismatch pair had been received by Finishline. I received no confirmation from Finishline that this was the case. On 08/04/2017 I emailed again stating the replacement order had still not arrive. I received no response. I emailed yet again on 08/06/2017 requesting a response from customer service. That same day a "Sheila P" responded stating the mismatch pair I sent back was received on 08/01/2017 but the replacement order was still in "processing status". Her exact wording is as follows, "Please be informed that it may take within 4 to 6 business days for Rush Shipping via UPS. The fastest that the replacement order fulfilled, it will ship via 2nd day air shipping." Once again, the information is conflicting and confusing. I have now been lied to three times by the company and feel that I am being scammed. I have attempted calling as well, but am put on hold while they "search for my order" only to be hung up on. After reading other reviews and complaints, I have discovered that many many others have experienced this same type of circling around customer service.

Terrible

My review would be so lengthy if I went through this entire painstaking ordeal. Short and sweet. Their customer service is terrible. They do not ship what they say they ship, at the time they say to the place they say. Trying to resolve issues you receive a runaround from one customer service rep to the next. When you return items they take WEEKS to process a refund and that is only after you complain and complain. Buy elsewhere.

I ordered a pair of sneakers with one week shipping and they came the day after. I called the next day to see when they were coming and the lady was SO INCREDIBLY helpful. I will use finishline again. Note that I have not worn the shoes a ton but from what I have they have been great! Great expierence for me.

Although I did receive only ONE sneaker in my order, which was laughable, I mean WHO gets one shoe delivered? Ever?, I gave 3 stars because Ester from Customer service was prompt in calling the distributing store from my order, CROSSGATES MALL, ALBANY NY Finishline in rectifying my issue. Apparently the other shoe is "lost", I got an instant email with a label to return my ONE sneaker. I don't know how long the refund will take, but I imagine it will be as long as any other company with refund policies. Not totally disappointed, but it's probably the oddest return I've ever done.

We went to FinishLibe in Town East Mall ( Mesquite TX) and Christian is a wonderful saler is a great outgoing and helpful person.
I definitely will buy again at this location since I have to drive 25 minutes to get there I prefer because at the Fireweel mall Garland the costumer service is horrible and is at 10 minutes from my house. For the finishLine in Garland I will give 1 star

DO NOT BUY FROM FINISH LINE. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. THEY SEND ME THE WRONG SHOE AND PROMISED TO REPLACE THE SHOES. HOWEVER, THEY TOLD ME IF I NEEDED A REPLACEMENT, I SHOULD PLACE THE ORDER AGAIN. THEY TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING ALL OVER AGAIN. WHY WOULD I PAY FOR SHIPPING TWICE FOR THE SAME SHOES? THEY KEPT TELLING ME THEY COULDN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT SHIPPING AND APOLOGIZED. BUT, HOW CAN THEY APOLOGY SOLVE ANYTHING? DO THEY CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS' FEELINGS? MY WHOLE DAY WAS WASTED BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKE AND THEY STILL MAKE ME PAY SHIPPING THAT I ALREADY WASTED ON THE ORIGINAL ORDER? THIS DOESN'T EVEN MAKE SENSE. Recently went in to buy a pair of jordans. Picked out the dub zeros for $130. Thing is, they only had one pair left in my size. They bring them out and they seemed to be used. The guy swore they were not but could see the crease so he offered 20 dollars off or order them online and be shipped to my house. Needless to say I had a new pair shipped to my house. They just came in today and I was so excited to finally wear them until I opened the box. These things are worse than the used ones they had instore. They have scuffs, creases, and bubbles on them. Wtf finishline get it together

I spent well over 100 dollars on a nice pair of shoes and a t-shirt. The shirt still had the security ink tag on it, and they only gave me ONE shoe! I am so outraged.

We ordered shoes on 9/5/16.3 pair. Received one... requested replacements. Never got them so we asked for refund. Today is 9/29... 4 customer service people and no management later. Still no shoes or refund. Take your money elsewhere... FINISH LINE SUCKS $#*!!

Bad communication

I ordered shoes from this company on Thursday, August 11,2016. The next day I received a email stating my packet had been shipped. The email included a UPS shipping number. I was happy that I received an update and excited to get my product. The email showed an estimated delivery date of Wednesday, August 17. However, on Monday my tracking number was still not working. I called customer service who tried to convince me it was UPS's fault. I called UPS who then told me they had not picked up my package because Finishline never confirmed they were ready for the pick up. I had to call Finishline again and was then told they would have them picked up that day and shipped out. No update appeared on either website by the next afternoon so I called again and was told that the store my shoes were coming from had ran out of boxes, but lucky for me they had JUST received more boxes and my ordered would be shipped out by the end of the day. The next afternoon my shipping number was still not activated and this really upset me so I tried to cancel my order. I was told that they couldn't do that even though my order was not shipped and was actually still at the store! The debit by this point was no longer pending. It was posted so they had my money. My significant other even called and spoke with customer service and they told him that it wasn't a problem with boxes. They told him they were having trouble with the label printer, but, lucky for us they just got it fixed and the shoes would be shipped that very day! After all the run arounds and down right lies I didn't believe a word of it. A day later they showed up on our doorstep. Right size, right shoe. No complaints there. They had overnighted them. I really believe they would not have responded as quickly had we called every day for days. Bad communication is not worth the discount. I will not be ordering from Finishline again.

Please avoid doing business with Finish Line. I have just spoke with customer service only to be told the stores are not responsible to accept returns of unworn defective product. When I requested to speak with a supervisor or manager, I not only had to make the request 4 times but was told the manager was occupied.
Certainly not a place that deserves my business ever again.
If a zero were available it would have been my choice.
