They will attract you with lower deals compared to others, but Im telling you do not fall for it! First you will be really happy because right after your order you will receive a very good looking email saying YOUR ORDER IS OFFICIAL. BUT wait til you wake up the next morning and a new email from them will tell you "well this is awkward but your orders was cancelled" WITH NO REASON AT ALL!

I Tried to order once again but the process just did the same thing! 4 cancelled orders in total and they said they will refund the MONEY THEY TOOK WITHIN SECONDS but it has been 2 weeks now and there is no SIGN OF REFUND YET!

PLEASE SOMEBODY TAKE THIS SITE DOWN!

I wish I had read these reviews first. I ordered shoes online and received two emails saying that the item shipped on Oct 5. When I called on Oct 15, I was told that the fulfillment center's shipping label maker was broken and they were waiting for this problem to be fixed. Further, they could not tell me when the item would be going out. The representative on the line was very apologetic, but could offer me no satisfaction. I do not know how they stay in business! This is supposed to be an online ordering business for Pete's Sake! I do not intend to order from them again.

Purchased a Jordan retro 9 from finish line on September 22nd because I could not find the size any where else and It was a birthday present for my daughter. After reviewing all the negative reviews I immediately called to cancel the order and informed the representative why. I was assured it would take 48 hours. I could not believe it but that same evening I received an email indicating it was in the mail. I was still apprehensive but continued to track the package. I was overjoyed that the package was delivered on my daughter's b'day and she was extremely happy. I would definitely shop here in the future.

Don't waste your time

They will let you purchase items online that they obviously don't have in stock. Two separate occasions they have taken money for products, then sent me a confirmation email... only to send a cancellation email a few hours later. Now the money still hasn't been refunded and I have zero to show for it. What a joke.

I've been looking for a size 5.5 Nike Roshe Run for women. I came across Finishline.com and saw that they had my size in stock. I placed my order and a few days later they emailed me saying my order is canceled because the size/color was not in stock. I called customer service about the pending transaction and since the lady had a strong accent, I had a hard time understanding what she was telling me. My money was in pending and had to wait a week to get the money back in my card. I should've stick to Foot Locker in the beginning.

Customer service is a JOKE. They are incompetent and unwillining to actually provide customer service which is what they are getting paid to do! Horrible experience and I would never recommend this "store" to anyone.

How do u cancel an order thats placed on phone with customer service not once but twice? The excuse given was verification of order because seperate shipping location? Hello it's Christmas. Very piss poor service 550 dollars tied up at Christmas on a pair of shoes i cant get for my kid. Will never order from your establishment or step foot in your stores ever again.

Horrible. If they had to rely on web alone, they would be out of business by now. If you order multiple sale items online, they are shipped out from various stores. The workers at the stores obviously don't give a sh&t about these orders - the packaging and labeling is terrible and each package is different. Their phone and online customer service is slow and stupid. Again, every person I dealt with seemed like they were annoyed and could not care less about helping me with my problem. The rewards program is a joke too. Don't bother.

Definitely the worst company, bad customer service, bad business practice. Sent me an email three days after placing the order, and told me that they had to cancel my order because they couldn't verify my telephone number with Discover card, also told me they had called me on my phone and no one picked it up. Well, neither is true. Never received any call from them, no voicemail, I also called Discover and Discover said the charge was approved the same time the order was placed. Called FinishLine customer service, not ever the supervisor wants to get on the phone with me to give me a good explanation why they cancelled the order, even when I offered to use another credit card. They simply said the order is already canceled, there is nothing they can do, they could not reprocess it again. Told me to reorder from their website again at the listed price, but won't give me the same discount like the first order when they had a sale. What a joke, I think this company is a scam, they may not even have the products they are selling, or they realized they made a mistake on the price so they didn't want to honor the order. Bad business practice. Didn't even know they had so many bad reviews from other people until I Google it, should have done that at the beginning since this was the first time trying to buy from them. Save your time and your personal information, stay away from FinishLine, just a terrible company.

Where do I even start?! This has been a nightmare! First of all I ordered 4 pairs of shoes on finishline.com on August 11th. Well, they were all split up and shipped on 3 different days, no biggy. When one of the packages arrived on the 19th (fairly fast shipping, I know) There was only ONE SANDAL! (For my two year old) Wth. So, I called customer service and was understanding about it and asked for next day air. *Next day, a sandal comes in the mail in adult size. FAIL. SO, call customer service AGAIN to get this fixed... Expect the right sandal the next day and nothing comes. I call customer service the following day to figure out what the heck is going on and they give me a tracking number and tell me that's her sandal and to disregard the tracking number that UPS sent me in my email. Also told me the sandal would be here by the end of the day. Here I am at 5:45 at night. No sandal talking to customer service again because they have that sandal being shipped to FL where the other sandal came from :( I LIVE IN OHIO. They gave me a tracking number for my return label for the big "oopsy" sandal. Oh damn it anyway. They asked if I would just take a refund.

We ordered a pair of expensive shoes for our Grandson for his birthday from Finish Line online at their website. Finishline.com showed the shoes were in stock and ready to be shipped. We payed for the shoes and the money was immediately deducted from our account. The order confirmation stated "allow 24 to 48 hours to receive tracking number". We finally received the tracking info 4 days later and when we checked on shipping status it said "Order Cancelled".

We called their customer service and were told they didn't have the shoes and wouldn't get anymore. They never notified us in any way about the cancellation and just let us find out ourselves via tracking. It is now more than a week and we still haven't received our money back. The worst part is we didn't find out about the order cancellation in time to order replacements for his birthday.

We could have bought the shoes elsewhere, but decided to buy from Finish Line because we thought they were reputable. STAY AWAY FROM FINISH LINE unless you are looking for trouble.

Btw we were able to purchase exact replacements elsewhere for $15 less. But we are still out the cost of 2 pairs and are concerned if we will ever receive our refund.

Don't ever order from finishline.com I ordered some shoes on 6/2/2014 and here it is 6/13/2014 and I have yet to receive my shoes and I paid for shipping. I check the tracking order of my shoes from ups and they send my order to the post office to be delivered by the mail truck. Horrible experience and never again they can have their coupons they always sending.

I didnt want to give any stars. The sad part about my experience is that we actually went to the store to order a pair of boots which customer service said was in stock at this location. Anyway, they placed the order at the store on a Saturday and said my boyfriends boots would be in by Thursday. Wednesday comes around and I get a message from UPS saying the boots came early and were In the process of being delivered. (1 day early) I waited until Thursday anyway. I look at the UPS website to make sure they were delivered and there was a message that simply said Undeliverable, denied by sender. So I call UPS and they said someone at the store refused them. I call the finish line location and they said they can't refuse a delivery. So they go check in the back and they come to the phone saying nothing was there and that I should call yheir customer service. The 1st day I called I was on hold for an hr and no one came to the phone. I went back and forth with customer service for about 2 weeks. From them saying they would send a new pair to my house and when I get off the phone with them, 3hrs later I receive an email saying they weren't in stock. So I tell them send the check. After 2weeks of waiting, I'm furious. I call and say I don t want the check! Just let me go to the store and get my money back since I paid cash. The lady really asked me if I wanted them to reissue a check. NO! Just like the boots, the check was probably never sent. So I go to the store and they had the approval for me to get my cash. I never want to do business with this circus EVER again..

I do not know where to even start. I went online to order Jordan retro 6 infrared. All sites footlocker, east bay were all sold out. I found finish line they had the shoes in every single size all in stock. I took advantage of the opportunity and picked up 2 pairs about 360 bucks all together. I went through the order placing process and when I sent the order received a error message. I saw that i got a email from Paypal saying i gave 360 dollars to finish line, i thought they might have received the order. Just to make sure i called them, waited 40 minutes then hung up, i tried again, and again and wasted my weekended trying to contact finish line. With sitill no order conformation i called Monday night, i talked to a woman who could not speak English who gave me terrible advice an i could not even understand her. I called back and got another woman who just told me to call Paypal, I am not getting shoes, and might not get my money back due to "contract issues"! I contacted Paypal and thankfully have gotten my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE IT IS A SCAM! They need to get taken down NOW!

Finishline.com is not a scam! It is a legit website and a real store. I have been ordering shoes for my son from here for years. Shipping takes no more than 5 days and other than the Free Shipping claim that is usually outdated, I have never had a problem.

I mean first of all the web site says free shipping but once you get to the shipping part of the page it gives you options on how to pay for shipping... wow I thought it said free so why are we being charged

I placed an order for my brothers Christmas present... I got a confirmation number saying my order was on its way. After 3 days of waiting I check the status of my order which now shows it has been canceled. I had to contact your customer service line which did not for me other then say, sorry they were sold to a store and we have no more inventory. Why dale something online if you don't have it. I got charge the full amount and now I have to wait for my money to be refunded which will take 7 business according to customer service. It's ridiculous my order number is*******557. Now I see why everyone told me. Not to buy through finish line... Very upset now I won't. Be able to get my brother what he wanted for Christmas thank you finish line.

This site is coplete garbage Orderd on Nov 4th it is now Nov 27th and still no answers to any questions I ask them they never reply to emails and the reps never know anything and eventually hangs up on you. Just don't order from this company they will rip you off... Felix Canton... LEBRON XI still waiting for package
