I found Fine Art Americas web site interesting and easy to navigate. The items I ordered were two coffee mugs with some photos I had selected. The mugs themselves were a nice large size, good quality at a very nice price. The photos reproduced beautifully with just the right background that I got to select from a ton of choices. It arrived quickly in a solidly packaged box. Just what I ordered, just what I wanted with a fast no-hassle delivery. Total satisfaction and I will be back again for Birthday + Christmas shopping.
I was hesitant to use this site, having used past sites like RedBubble and Society6 with mixed results. However, I really wanted the print that I saw on an artist's Instagram, and decided to take the risk. The quality of the print surpassed my expectations, and shipping was fast/easy. The cost of the print was very affordable as well (~$30ish for 8.5x11).
The last few t-shirts I have ordered from FineArtAmerica have turned out great! The photography and artwork that has gone into them is very good! Also, FineArt America continues to provide excellent service and ships the product in a reasonable amount of time!
As always, FineArtAmerica makes excellent t-shirts and also excellent coffee mugs! I usually buy products that have aircraft or trains on them. They are very well detailed and the photography of the aircraft or train is excellent! Keep up the good work!

For several years now, I've been ordering greeting cards from Fine Art America. The quality of the images is superb, and the paper stock is perfect for writing a personal message. Envelopes are included, and are also very nice. I have chosen several different flower images by photographer Hazel Vaughn, and they serve every possible need, from happy occasions to sad ones. Service has been fast and efficient, with plenty of communication from Fine Art America. I recommend highly!
I found an amazing image online, I'd been looking for that kind of shot for a while. I found it easy to purchase, waited a few days for delivery. The image was printed very well, looks great in my office.

Rolled through there website looking for a certain photographer and when found picked out the photo I wanted and ordered it for on a tee shirt. It's so perfect and we'll satisfied. Kudos to the photographer.
This was my first experience and loved the web layout and the ease of browsing. Ordering process was ckear and efficient. Most importantly the communication, delivery and product quality were all of a high standard. I will be looking to these guys to helo enhance my surroundings in the future.
My husband wanted a picture of a lighthouse for his Birthday. I scrolled through the site and came upon Skip Willits. He had over 2,000 photographs! Each one was absolutely lovely, I went through about 1,500 and it was so difficult to make up my mind! I finally settled on 2 because they were both stunning! Ordering was easy and they arrived on time. My husband loves them and they are hanging on the wall above his roll top desk. Such a lovely site and selection, if I ever want more pictures again I will most definitely go back!
Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
