Once I found the picture I wanted to purchase, the screen would prompt me to choose the size of frame, mat, and picture as well as e color of the frame and mat. Once selected, I was able to see what it would look like. It arrived in perfect condition, packaged well.
I have ordered from Fine Art America many times over the years. The merchandise they offer is of high quality, perfect for special gifts. Their customer service is excellent, and every item is carefully packed for shipping.
I have several Jennifer Lommers shower curtains. They are bright and vibrant, and the colors don't fade after a wash.
Bought this for my mom, and she loves it. The design is beautiful and the colors are amazingly vibrant for a t-shirt print.
One thing to note is that the shipping takes a while since it's a small seller. This was for my mom's birthday and it arrived a week after her birthday, even though I had ordered it more than two weeks in advance.
Again, 100% satisfied with the shirt!
I don't know why this happens but I have to update my password every time I go to Fine Art America to logon. I've written everything down exactly the same to make sure I'm not missing something and the website still doesn't acknowledge my account. Oh well, I eventually get to my favorite artist to purchase her wonderful art.
I've bought prints from fine art america twice now and both times, the print was subpar. The colors were off and the details were blurry making it look nothing like what was advertised. It's disappointing because i was really excited to support artists, but the final product didn't match the expectations at all.
I was looking for something very specific and slightly obscure for my son's 28th birthday. I came across Fine Art America's website. I was able the choose the print I wanted as well as the matte and frame. The ordering process was very easy and I loved that I was able to get a preview of the final product before finalizing my order. The checkout process was flawless and I received emails regarding the order being processed, packed and then shipped. I never once worried about whether or not I'd actually get the package. It was delivered in a timely manner and packaged really well with no chance of it getting damaged. Normally I don't love paying for shipping but this time it was really worth it. I have only great things to say about Fine Art America and would highly recommend them.
I came across stunning artwork transferred on greeting cards. The website is filled with many different artists sharing artwork on these beautiful greeting cards. I literally spent an hour going through these cards each having their own unique artwork. I found several that touched me personally and purchased for family and friends for special occasions. When they arrived the quality was by far "simply Beautiful "! Make sure when you buy your special cards to buy one for yourself, because I've already decided I'll be keeping all I bought for myself, I couldn't part with these, so reordering ASAP.
Website is: FineArtAmerica…Enjoy!
My son is a Rothko "fan" and I got him a Rothko-style cover for his iphone. He is dealing with cancer, and iphone case caused a huge smile on his face. The case is absolutely perfect in every way.
I searched the internet for puzzles of 1965 Mustangs and came across Fine Art, so I bought this puzzle because my husband who was turning 70 yrs old and loves 1965 Mustang cars of many styles, plus he likes doing puzzles. He was ecstatic to receive it. He framed this puzzle after and has it in his office.
Positive experience...great cards for any occasion.

My granddaughter is studying "bugs" in college and she was particularly attracted to the banana slugs, that are prevalent where I live, when she came to visit at Xmas. I couldn't have found a more perfect card! The card itself was good quality printing, and shipping reasonable. I was very satisfied and highly recommend!
Just purchased a new home with a lot of wall space, filled them up quickly with great choices from Fine Art that had a wide range of offerings...
Loved the frame, and the art piece. So fun to look at, and Fine Art was a pleasure to work with.
My son moved into his first apartment and wanted a painting by Assyrian artist Paul Batou for the main room. He like this particular piece and I surprised him with it as a gift. The painting arrived on time and well packaged. The ordering, communication and delivery were all perfect.
The art work on the pillows are beautiful and go beautifully with my couch.
This site is fantastic. Fine quality and easy to navigate website. From greeting cards to wall art to ANYTHING art, you'll find it here. Highly recommend Fine Art America!

Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
