I was directed to this site to acquire some prints by a photographer friend of mine. I was able to select the desired prints, and the appropriate size. Checkout process was smooth. I received the photos in a timely fashion.
I wanted to send special cards to old Ship mates for Christmas. Beautiful pictures of HMS Illustrious as well as one for FAA showing aircraft, they were well received
I came across FineArtAmerica's website while browsing the web for world flag masks. I purchased Portugal and The Netherlands. I noticed the variety of subjects covered by the website and artists and purchased a Greta Garbo face mask, too! I never thought I would ever find one of these. From face masks, to paintings and drawings, to photography, to jigsaw puzzles, there is something for everyone at this most fabulous website. Fine Art America's website was easy to navigate, the checkout process was quick, the prices reasonable, the products bold and vibrant, the artists talented, and the shipping prompt. What more could one ask for?! I will be ordering several Christmas gifts from Fine Art America in the coming days. Long live art and the minds and souls who create it.
Fine Art America and Pixels consistently use poor packaging and employees packaging the "fine art"
Are reckless and negligent. They do not treat or package the product properly so my multiple orders arrived damaged! No use of bubble wrap or other measures taken to ensure the artwork would arrive safely. It's a shame they are not trained on how to package and send fine art.
The quality of the products is top notch. I have enjoyed every purchase. They are unique and I love seeing all the designs. There logistics are superb given these uncertain times. I've received every order in a timely manor and have never experienced any problems with ordering. I highly recommend if you are looking for quality and excellent service.

I love the variety picture selections of the old Corona typewriter. I learned to type on a Smith Corona back in the day and considering our current virus situation I thought it would be fun to have a picture. FineArtAmerica had a large selection of options. Mine was beautifully mounted on wood—a nod to olden times. It came quickly. I would order items from them again.
I found Fine Art America while searching online for a shower curtain. The site has a wonderful selection of absolutely beautiful shower curtains; more beautiful than any I had seen previously. I found and purchased a stunning shower curtain. The buying process was smooth and delivery was fairly quick, given current shipping delays. I loved the shower curtain but unfortunately it didn't work in my bathroom. The image was too big for the small space and overpowered the room. So I called the company and requested a return authorization. I received an RMA number and return shipping label and sent the shower curtain back. Biff bam boom. However, the next day or so I received an email asking me why I wanted to return the product, despite my having already explained that in my phone call. There were subsequent emails asking for details; order number, date of purchase, etc. Then I was asked to destroy the shower curtain and provide a photo of the destroyed product rather than return the shower curtain. I explained that I had already returned the shower curtain as authorized. I was asked further questions, however. It was clear to me that within the company folks were not communicating. Why provide an RMA and shipping label and then later instruct the buyer to destroy the product? The return process was frustrating. The returns portion of the FAQs could be consolidated to more clearly direct the buyer to the right place to begin the return process. Having said that, I found an alternate shower curtain on the site and am looking forward to receiving it. I would definitely buy from this company again.
The shopping and ordering with Fine Art America was a pleasant experience. I liked the fact of having options as to canvas or framed art. The package arrived within the proper timeline and was packaged with care. I am looking forward to shopping for myself after the Christmas Season, as I saw quite a few pieces of art that captured my eye and heart.

I purchased two framed prints for my granddaughters' rooms at my house. I stumbled upon this site and was very pleased with the selection, prices, and quality. The prints arrived in excellent condition in a reasonable amount of time. Hanging hardware was included.
Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
