I love the designs but the styles of the masks are not comfortable. It sucks into my nose and mouth when talking.
These mugs are excellent quality. Perfectly match the snapshots I chose to print on them. I ordered 6 mugs. They were wrapped well and none were broken in shipping.
I ordered 5 bags from your catalog. When I received them I became aware they are a "precious pieces of art!" I am planning to use them to give to my family as a part of their Christmas Gifts. What a deal!
I've ordered a coffee mug and 3 cards from motives from a local artist. Love the quality of mug and cards! Mug came very fast, cards were longer.
I ordered a framed print on Oct 11,2020 that was supposed to ship Oct 20. After receiving no word from them, I followed up on Oct 24, and only heard back on Oct 29 that due to covid and increased demand, order turnaround times were increased to 14-16 days, and that the order was estimated to ship in 9 days from then (Nov 7). I followed up on Nov 27, and could not get a status update at all. I was told that someone would get back to me, but no one ever did. I followed up again Dec 7, only to hear back on Dec 8 that my order was cancelled due to the frame being discontinued and that I would get refunded (almost two months since my order). This company has the worst follow up I have ever experienced. I would recommend staying far away from them.
Products were exactly what we I was searching, pricing was acceptable, web site was manageable too and most importantly secure check-out! Thanks.
I have ordered so many things from FineArtAmerica: t-shirts, mugs, face masks, beach towels, etc. I love this company. They never disappoint. The quality and service are exceptional.
Almost any thing you could want they have. And I was not asked to write this glowing review, it's from the heart. Thanks.
I was looking for a specific item and was only able to find it on this site. I wanted a coffee cup or framed art piece by cartoonist Rob Mankoff. They had a lot of choices of his work and also different sizes and types of prints of his cartoons. I bought a coffee cup for a client of mine with the Rob Mankoff cartoon I was looking for. Very happy. Very easy to deal with this company, also. Item arrived quickly and packed well.
Process was easy and provided many options for the picture I purchased. Paper type, framing, border etc. Will definitely use this site again. Extremely pleased with end product
Quick and great quality! I'm finding myself looking thru all my photos to put up on a tapestry or cup.
I ordered some items from FineArtAmerica. Well, our Post Office messed up and delivered the package to the wrong address. I have been very upset as this was to be a gift for my husband and son, we won't even get into the aggravation of trying to get a resolution from the PO. Long story short, I reached back out to this company and they are being amazing with their customer service. This was totally unexpected and rest assured I will order from them again and will advise others to do so as well. Great company that still knows how to take care of customers!
Received a framed print as a gift from friends overseas. The package had indication at all who sent it. The print itself was framed wrong - there was a caption at the bottom of the print that was cut off by the matting. Where is the quality control? Apparently no one looks at the finished product before they ship it out. I contacted the company and was told only the person who ordered it can request a refund or replacement. But there was no indication at all of who purchased/sent it. And of course they wouldn't give me that information. I have the order number so just look it up and refund the person right? Nope, not this craptastic company. Finally found out who sent it and they had the same BS experience trying to rectify the situation. This company makes a crap product, has horrible customer service, and doesn't have any integrity whatsoever. STAY AWAY!
I was very impressed with its initial order because they have up to date me every time through email. Its services and products are amazing and very reasonable but its website speed is not much better. I will recommend you to all.
I have bought quite a few greeting cards from Fine Art Anerica. I Love that they are blank on the inside and you can type a personal message at no extra cost. People ask me where I get my cards from. Each one I received is exactly as shown and all beautiful. There are so many options and the categories are arranged so it is easy to choose. You can have your card vertical or horizontal.
Shipping time is very good, customer service is responsive and all cards have arrived in sturdy cardboard envelopes and all include envelopes. The cards are on a semi gloss sturdy stock. This is a wonderful, trustworthy site with subject matter to suit all tastes.
Called person was pleasantly helpful
Apologized. But item not received yet
I ordered my print 10 days ago to finally be told that they are running way behind by at least two weeks. They should have been communicated to me right away so that I could have made a decision whether his work would that Mark find somebody else. Then they also send me a free gift of $100 wine card to a person that doesn't drink and when I write to him and tell him that I find this insulting they told me what maybe I could use it as a gift to somebody else which again I find insulting. You're going to send a free gift that should be a neutral free gift that anybody can use not just people that drink. They're obviously In Cahoots with the company that supports this.
I recently purchased a case with a map of the Battle of Gettysburg on it. It's very detailed, accurate and draws interest from other people.
Its good transport and quality. The frame is of good quality and the art is nice. Godd deliverance by DHL.
I'm looking forward to giving this mug with the iconic image of Bob Dylan to a lifelong fan.
It's especially good to know that the photographer receives compensation for the photo.
I will continue to shop at Fine Art America with appreciation for the fact that they give artists a fair shake.
Lovely art greeting cards for Christmas and thank you notes
Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
