Purchased for my Grandson's dorm room. It was just as promised and easy to hang.
The reproduction Cavalry print takes me back to my Dad's service in the 8th Cavalry from 1939-1941. After the war he commanded a Constabulary Squadron and rode on horseback frequently while visiting with his Troops, or on parade for the local Germans. He remained an avid horseman all his life, and considered the horse a truly noble companion.
The print is a faithful and extraordinarily beautiful redux of the originals, and the colors just seem to jump off the paper and reinforce the vibrant relation between man and horse.

Got my husband a new phone for Christmas and wanted to make it extra special by gifting him a personalized protective cover, too. Found a wonderful artist at Fine Art America that had used The Varsity restaurant in some of his pieces. This was perfect as my husband loves this Atlanta iconic eatery. He loves his new phone, but he really LOVES his Varsity phone cover. I couldn't been more pleased with my purchase!

I am very pleased with Fine Art America. The quality of the art prints is great, the shipping arrives in a reasonable time, and the selection is good. Original works of this size--that I enjoy--are in the thousands of dollars, but here I can buy art I enjoy for hundreds and feel that the artists are receiving part of the profit. Until I win the lottery, I will buy art here!

I had managed to track down a New Yorker drawing that I had admired for several years. I found it through some research on the web. After that I found I could customize a reproduction and framing through FineArt America. The website was clear, complete and easy to use. My finished product arrived when promised, faithfully executed and carefully packaged. Excellent experience.
I loved The New Yorker cover called "Reading Group," so I decided to buy a framed print. Not only was it well done artistically, but the artist managed to express how a group of kids will get on top of one another when one of them is reading an engrossing story. Just looking at the picture makes one smile and to recall groups like that from the past. Also, Fine Art America did a super job of matting and framing the piece. I love it.

Several months ago I ordered a print of a 24x36 acrylic painting. I was extremely disappoinged when I received the print, so surprised to see several flaws. The print was crooked and blurred/smudged. The inside edges were outlined by a dark line on all four edges. I'm at a loss because I'm now not sure who to turn to to order good prints. Fine Art America was highly recommended but I was left wondering why.
The various options for sizes, framing, and mounting allowed me to truly customize this artwork. It a visually stunning photo and vividly brings back the awe of totality. Seller packaged the product extremely well and artwork arrived in perfect condition. Thank you!
Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
