Customer service is atrocious. I wanted to create a new seller account, was prepared to pay for premium service, but could not complete registration because of an error on THEIR end. I spent a week going back and forth with support, and they simply kept telling me to try again. They acted like I was bothering them. Almost no apologies for the delay, zero proactive response, no offer to create the account for me-- I asked them to create the account for me manually while they were investigating the error because their website says this is possible for users who don't have a phone number, but they seemingly refused to do this and basically just ignored me until I got fed up and went elsewhere. This is no way to treat an artist who would be generating revenue for their website. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I gave it to a friend who is very particular and knowledgeable and she loved it!
The art I received was wonderful. They were so efficient and my order was received within days. I would highly recommend them and look forward to more purchases in the future.
Great birthday gift for my son. Bought 40 x 28! Came packaged nicely. No damage noted! Looks great!
I love FineArtAmerica and their products. They have a wide range of products that suit any taste and budget. Their wall art products are museum-quality and printed with archival inks that last for years. They also have home decor, apparel, stationery and more. They also have a simple and secure checkout process and a friendly and helpful customer support team. FineArtAmerica is the best online store for art lovers.
This company has an extensive amount of art to choose from and is affordably priced. Framed art is nicely matted and framed, art print exceeded my expectations. Great way to purchase art online!
I had a great experience with FineArtAmerica. The card was exactly as it appeared online, shipping was fast and the overall experience was great! A simple google search lead me to this company and I am so glad it did because I will definitely be a return customer. First impressions are EVERYTHING and this was a great one!
Fair price and timely delivery. Quality pictures. Although I do wish you gave more of a description as to where the pictures were taken.
Never a problem with Fine Art America! They have very nice Indigenous art of all kinds! Love it!
You WILL NOT BE SORRY!
Both posters I ordered from Fine Art America arrived as advertised, on time and in perfect condition. When I asked a question about the sizing of the posters, I got an immediate and helpful response, In short, it was a seamless and very positive experience. Thanks Fine Art America.
My most recent order contained a puzzle that I did not order and was missing one puzzle that I ordered for which I was charged. I would have thought that, in light of my purchase history, the response to my report would have been to ask what was missing from the order and to assure me that a replacement was on its way. Instead, I was asked to essentially prove that I got the wrong puzzle by taking a picture of it and sending it to FineArt. I am not inclined to waste my time trying to resolve a problem that I did not create. I will not be making purchases at FineArt. Ted
Customer service is terrible. They didn't even try to understand my issue over email and just kept giving me the same answer. They also didn't seem to read my emails correctly or view the screenshots I sent them to illustrate my point. Website tool for sellers is very old-fashion/clunky. There are a few options out there for art sellers that are much better than FAA. I have also read many negative reviews from buyers, mostly about the poor quality of the items purchased.
I went online to order a print. Website said 20% off for 8 more hours (it was 4p when I logged on). Had planned to order only a print, but given 20% off sale, I decided to get it framed. Had to get details from gift recipient, got back online at 6p to order. It would no longer give me the 20% discount (this was still 6 hrs before the promotion was supposed to end). I couldn't find a phone number on the website to call them, so I submitted a customer service request t explaining that I had tried to place an order well before the midnight cutoff and couldn't and asking that they honor the 20% off discount.
Got a response back from customer "service" saying the promotion had ended at midnight the previous night and, basically, I was out of luck. I wrote back pointing out that they had ended the promotion well before midnight—in fact, my customer service request was submitted well before midnight, and why would I be asking them to honor the 20% discount if the website still offered the promotion—I would have just bought it!
So far not even a response to my pointing out their error. I guess they just figure I'll go away. Seems they could care less about the customer or about being fair.
I was completely satisfied with how well my purchase was packed. I
My artwork was framed and matted beautifully. Came ready to hang, and I couldn't be happier.
I simply love the colors and lights of this print ( I imagine how wonderful must be the original painting of Iris Scott!).
I must say I was a bit worried when package was delivered (delivery company not easy to reach) since it was tore up at edges, luckily the print was well protected inside so it arrived intact.
I knew the artist and it was easy to find and purchase. Item arrived in a timely manner.
The two photo's of the Pinto brothers were exactly as I hoped they would be, I couldn't be more pleased with this purchase. The price and timeliness of delivery couldn't have been better.
Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
