I purchased some throw pilows from here and they were absolutely good. The fabric used and the material inside was so comfy that I would want to buy more of them again. Would recommend them.
Two different orders, both with defective products. Contacted customer service and only get the run-around. If you try to talk to a supervisor, the mailbox is full. The written 100% satisfaction guarantee appears to be a scam. Strongly recommend steering clear of this organization and appears that BBB has similar issues with them. I will be filing with CA AG and FTC.
Company monetizes knowingly off work NOT belonging to them and infringes on author's
IP even after being warned to cease and desist use of an author's Intellectual property, they continue to sell without copyright permission. This website is run by profiteers using and stealing work

Don't believe any of the glowing reviews about customer service! It is non-existent. I logged a ticket on 5/22 and it is now three weeks later and have yet to hear back despite site assurance of a response time of a few hours and repeated follow ups. The site claims 24/7 customer service that is on call and encourages customers to phone in if/when they have questions/issues, but doesn't seem to list a phone number any where on the site. Furthermore, the return policy a joke. The 30 day window starts when you order, but they don't ship out it out for a couple weeks. Couple that with the non-existent customer service and it's clear that they are trying to wait out the return window.
In terms of product quality, there is none. It looks as though they just took a screen shot of a low resolution picture and printed an off color blurry version. The print was absolute garbage and cost four times that of a superior version I was able to find on a different marketplace after the fact.
Stay away from here with a ten foot pole! If you read this review and still purchase from FineArtAmerica, you only have yourself to blame.
I had a wonderful time selecting a shirt from the Jane Goodall collection. It was very special that it was painted by one of the chimps that has been rescued and re-released to a safe home. My grandson was thrilled!

I now own three beautiful prints of Jim Thorpe by Desha. Ordering them from Fine Arts website was so easy and each picture ordered came in perfect condition. I will be ordering other prints from Desha in the future.

I didn't need another cushion for my couches and chairs, but I couldn't resist when I saw the bird-of-paradise one from a Papua New Guinea artist. It looked high quality, and even better, the fabulous design was on both the back and front. When it arrived, it was everything I hoped for. I like the idea of supporting living artists and photographers from all over the world but wouldn't if there wasn't anything I liked or wanted in my home; unfortunately, FineArtAmerica has way too much! I have to drag myself away from this site. Highly recommended for both product and service, my cushion arrived very quickly.

I ordered two prints on March 2,2023. I received the prints, and the frame is damaged. I reported this to the company. This was a birthday gift for a Senior citizen. They responded that it would all be replaced. Today is June 7,2023, and I still do not have my pictures. They have put me off every time I have gotten in touch with them. These pictures should have never been sent to me in the condition that they are in. It was expensive!

5-22-23, FineArt America was very quick about getting my orders out. They have an enormous selection of art prints and do a great job with packaging them for shipping.
Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
