Took a little longer for it to arrive than expected but very nice artwork and card. My brother will love it.
Among the incredibly diverse art offerings I found dozens of works in greeting card form complimenting diverse messages and personal poetry I wanted to share. Service is fast and I am especially grateful that they observe the poetic form and for the one occasion they stretched their word limit restriction to accommodate my slightly longer text.
I looked at a lot of prints of meadows, forests and the Maine woods. I bought a canvas print (glossy finish) from a painting by Laura Tasheiko. The picture has a very natural feel to it-the meadows, forest of lakes of Maine. Gorgeous addition to my new home. I will purchase other prints from her. They are well done!
Exceeded expectations. Beautifully framed, professionally packaged, ready to hang on the wall. Would definitely recommend.
As usual, it's a piece of cake to shop at FineArtAmerica. Love the fast delivery, too! Top marks!
The art I received was so low resolution that before I unrolled the whole poster, I could see that the top curl of the poster was visibly pixelated. The whole thing looked like it'd been printed at a Kinkos back in the day. The return window is 30 days, but 30 days from when they RECEIVE the order, so when their processing and shipping is really slow, it's cutting into your return window.
We are extremely disappointed that, after spending $40 per 1000 piece puzzle, plus shipping of $15, that a significant number of puzzle pieces were not properly cut, resulting in ripped pieces. In addition a number of pieces were bent.
Puzzle not contained in a sealed box or bag.
Ordered a small item (coffee mug -$27.) which arrived broken due to improper packing. FAA asked that pictures be sent; I sent a full video, and then they asked that I resend pictures in a different format on a special form and I believe they are asking too much for such a small purchase. The person who packaged this item should be the one responsible for refunding me.
Cards, print and canvas totes were great. Sweatshirt print was barely visible. Very disappointing. Towels were grainy and hard. Another fabric instead of terri might be better.
This was the first time using Fine Art America. I usually use another company for canvases as I know their quality but their selection was not as good as FAA. I am very pleased with the quality here and the selection is outstanding.
FineArtAmerica, is great! They have a big selection of different celebrities, old Hollywood and modern. Great prices and comes fast in the mail!
My picture looks exactly like it as shown on the website. I paid extra for the framing and I was glad I did as it was much better than buying my own frame and doing it myself. I am 100% happy with my purchase!
I purchased two t-shirts with the exceptional art "Liberace sighted in a yellow UFO," by John Kilduff. Not only does this image accurately portray the Great Visitation, the shirts are well constructed, have accurate sizing, rich colors, soft cotton material, and the image fits nicely onto the shirt without looking like an iron-on. Ordering was straightforward, shipping was on time. Who could ask for more? Art delivered to the home that benefits the artists? Yes, please.
I ordered a Christmas card set with an old New Yorker cover. The quality was very good and my order was filled correctly. I may do it again sometime.
Great experience.
The buying process is really straight forward and clear with different size/ price options.
Once you've made a purchase you have a log in on the website to track the progress of your order, so you can keep tabs on it easily.
Delivery was really timely and as described.
The packaging was such good quality and hardy and really protected my goods (especially important as was being sent overseas).
Would definitely buy again with total confidence.
I placed an order on June 22 and paid $20 for overnight shipping. Package was shipped on June 26. I sent an email to their customer service on July 1 saying that the package has not arrived.
Automatic reply states that my ticket will be processed in few hours.
The package arrives on July 3rd. 7 days after shipping and 2 days after I left the country.
I receive an email on July 6th, 5 days after I sent a complaint, stating that there's nothing they can do! They can only return $13! Not even the full amount I paid for the shipping, let alone the 3 t-shirts I bought!
Love the print. And it was expertly packaged which made it a little hard to get to. But the end product is beautiful and that's probably why it arrived in perfect condition.
Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
