We have purchased at least four pieces of art, of various sizes, to display throughout our home. Fine Art America is our 'go to' outlet for art because the contributing artist offer a very broad selection of styles, sizes and materials all at a very reasonable price. The ordering process is easy and delivery is usually in a few days. We have been completely satisfied with every purchase.

I ordered a black Grateful Dead sweatshirt from the company, paid for shipping, and when it got to me it was a very thin, faded cheap sweatshirt material. The print was faded, and the white lines from the heat press were a square around the image. Customer support said I needed to return it, and I followed the instructions and used their return label as indicated through their returns section on the website. I paid $14.73 for shipping to return, and then it was returned to me because the address they provided was not enough of an address… sent in another customer support ticket. They said they don't provide return labels and they can't help me - but I can rip apart the sweatshirt, send them pictures of it defaced and they will refund ONLY the price of the actual product, not the over $20 I paid for shipping. But I have to do this by September 6th, reply to her email and the best part is the bottom of the email says she will be out of the office until October 6th. So I won't get my refund at all, since I can only respond to her email.
They are a legitimate scam - the amount of 5 star reviews on their website are not accurate (especially since mine from 2 weeks ago still isn't posted).
Do not buy from them.
The products are excellent. The customer service is very attentive to correct any misunderstandings that may arise. I am a rather particular collector and Fine Arts has always stepped in and helped me with prints that meet my coloration and size needs. I know of no other shop that offers the scope of prints and the variety of mediums. They are my go to place for art decor needs. Fine Job, Fine Arts!

This was my first time ordering from Fine Art America, and I wasn't disappointed! Since I'm on a tight budget, I have to decorate my apartment economically, and these photos do add beauty to my surroundings. I only wish I could afford to get larger sizes, but what I did buy will suffice. I found frames for them elsewhere, which was an added expense of course, and my only wish is that more of the photos would have dimensions that fit standard-sized frames that are readily available in the marketplace.
When I found the art work I wanted it was easy and fun to decide which frame and mat I wanted to have the picture framed in. There are many options. Once I made my decision and put in my order the pictured arrived in a couple of weeks. It looked great! The framing was professionally done, a hook was provided and it was ready to hang. I am very happy with the whole process.

Finding and ordering exactly what I wanted was very easy. My purchase was shipped quickly and received within a very short period.

I found fabulous photos here. I was able to ask the photographer a question. I placed an order, it was quickly processed and very well packaged. I was impressed with the high quality of the prints. I will be ordering again.
I'm a photographer with several galleries on FAA. I purchased some of my vintage automobile photos printed on metal to showcase in a gallery. They were BEAUTIFULLY reproduced and on the metal was the perfect medium to showcase this collection. The packaging was FIRST CLASS. In reviewing other galleries, I've decided to read reviews and as they are all favorable, will be adding to my collections.
The only object that was unsatisfactory were the greeting cards: I ordered one of my auto prints for my grandson's birthday and the card-stock was of inferior quality. But this is a minor thing that I'll be letting FAA know, so they can hopefully improve their card-stock.
Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
