Granddaughter wanted a portrait of Amercsn Pharoah to go with her Secretariat art work I got her by Pat DeLong. Found it quickly and ordered it. Like the Secretariat one, was framed as I ordered and was very carefully packed. She loved it and I did as well.
My 11 year old granddaughter, who like me, loves horses and has been riding since she was 5 years old, fell in love with Secretariat after watching the movie. She has a bedroom at my home for when she stays with me and i recently was redecorating it to suit her age. She has a lot of horse pictures, books, etc. and I wanted to find her just the right art print of Secretariat. Being a huge racing fan of over 30 years where the first Kentucky Derby I saw was Carry Back's in 1961, and was a fan of prominent thoroughbred artists such as Richard Stone Reeves, I started a search on the internet for a painting of Secretariat. I was directed to several painting by Pat DeLong on Fine Art America and fell in love with the one I purchased. It was very easy to order the exact size I wanted and the framing. Once I submitted the order, I promptly received the receipt and was updated on when it would ship. It did not take long to receive it and it was carefully packed and perfectly framed. I did not tell her I had ordered it and when she came to my house a few days later she was so surprised and she loved it. I later looked through Fine Art America's site and saw all the other beautiful paintings of notable thoroughbreds and will keep them in mind if I am looking for more paintings like his.
The art is beautiful with great color and ships quickly. It is packaged very well so there is no damage even if the box is damaged.

Photography on the case is excellent. I did not upload a photo but it looks EXACTLY as pictured here. The case I got was for the new iPhone 15 pro max and it fits like a glove. It is not a shockproof case but a very Hard shell case. Cut out at the bottom leaves the port perfectly accessible and speakers are not obstructed either. It does work with my mag safe charger but the magnetic pull is not strong so just be aware of that. But wireless charging does work with this case, at least with my mag safe charger. Finish is very slick and slides in and out of pocket very easily with no hang ups and I have noticed zero fading or rubbing off of the design even bouncing around in a cup holder in my golf cart. Very impressed by that honestly. I do recommend this product and highly recommend the photography.

Bought a t-shirt featuring a R. Leighton cartoon from The New Yorker magazine ("Escher, get your $#*! up here," featuring the ironwork of a skyscraper done as an Escher print). Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
