I happened to find a photo of my favorite musical artist on Fine Art America, taken by her sisiter. I had choice of many ways to get photo including T-shirts but I happened to need a new Iphone backing protector and this came at the right time!

I've ordered several sets of Christmas cards on this website and I love the fact that I can have my own sentiment/Scripture verse printed on the inside. One of my favorite Christmas cards (The Toy Shop by Lynn Bywaters) no longer showed up in the stores, but I found it on this website. I not only got more cards, but I was able to get a large tote bag with the card picture put on it. And since I didn't want to carry a Christmas tote bag year round, I looked through all the other stationary/cards available on FineArtAmerica and had 3 more tote bags created for the other seasons. There is a lot of variety of really good art on this website...so go explore!

My experience with the actual print and design from the artist on Fine Art America has been great. My only concern is that the shirts they use are not true to the color that I picked. I've ordered multiple shirts on several occasions in black(received a light/ charcoal shirt) and have also ordered a red shirt (recieved a pink/ salmon colored shirt)
I have purchased 4 metals prints from Fine Art America for my office and my son's …. Each one was extremely well made, had vibrant colors, was made in a reasonable amount of time and was delivered in perfect condition.

The artwork I ordered is beautifully executed — it's vibrantly colored with great detail, and it's brought a difficult wall to life. Service was quick, and the work was well packaged when it arrived. Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
