I ordered one item. Received notice that it had been shipped. Waited considerably longer than it should have taken to receive it. Contacted company, got an auto-response promising quick action. Instead, no action and no contact. The only thing they really did right was issue a refund in a timely fashion after I gave up and requested a full refund. And, they issued the refund, but never contacted me. They just don't seem to care.
Update: item finally arrived. If I had thought it was good enough to keep, I would have volunteered to pay for it. I found it to be unsatisfactory, so I contacted Fine Art America and offered to return the item. No response.
Very pleased with my recent purchase and will not hesitate to recommend you to family and friends. Prompt excellent service with a good tracking system.
Making a purchase on Fine Art America was easy. The website was very easy to navigate, and the choices of frames and border configurations were numerous. When I need to frame something else in the future, I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend Fine Art America! Plus two more only music lovers would like. Anyway the usps kept saying this would be delivered I spoke with them since it didn't come and they would send them again. Well I deceided i would go to where is was supposed to be delivered and they never made it. I got in touch with fine art and they said if i didn't have my delivery by a certain day they would send me a new order. Well they kept there word and i received my order within a couple of days in contacting fine art. I can't say enough this was such a good experience with there customer service, most on line companies would just say its my loss but not them i will definetley order from them again

I was looking for a nice Christmas card with horses. I rode jumper horses all my childhood. I found a nice card with Clydesdales horses and knew it was perfect.

The works of J Laughlin are so realistic as his camera lens captures nature scenes in a unique way. The Winter Survivor and Cabin Door are beautifully displayed on canvases in my home, and I have received many compliments on the unusual and original works of this artist.

Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
