I did a bad review here against Fine Art America in 2017. They certainly haven't improved. On the contrary they've gotten worse. I believe a review site called Trust Pilot will be investigated soon for all the fake 5 star reviews for FAA. Earlier today the most colorful digital artist in the world by the name of Ron Fleishman was the victim of some really horrible treatment. He posted a bad review against FAA on the basis of that bad treatment. This was posted pretty late, I'd say maybe an hour ago. The review was deleted because supposedly Fine Art America SAID it violated Trust Pilot guidelines? As for my own experience I bought a piece that looked horrible on delivery. It was rolled up in a ball with all the colors smeared. Customer Service was terrible. I had to pay shipping to return it and NEVER got my refund.
Fine Art America is a Terrible Company. They play favorites, charge a fortune for shipping, the quality of what they send is very bad and they block their better artists from view any way they can, so that their friends and family get most of the sales. This is Nepotism at it's VERY WORST! STAY AWAY!
Great art that looks exactly like you ordered it. I've used this company several times and I've never been disappointed.
Ordering from FineArtAmerica was easy, with so many quality artwork pieces to choose from. You can get anything from painting and prints to pillows and notecards. I ordered notecards with prints by Nancy Patterson on them. Her composition and colors are wonderful. I choose two of her lighthouse designs. The quality of the cards themselves is excellent, with a great size and on solid stock paper. I have gotten many questions from those I have sent them to on where I had purchased them and if Ms Patterson had other items to offer there. I told them of course and sent them the site. I look forward to purchasing other items through FineArtAmerica. And can't wait to see other offerings by Ms Patterson.

Purchased a painting for my sister's new house. Ordering was easy and was delivered ahead of the holidays.
Good quality mugs and the 15 oz works for the Keurig. I have used mine in the dishwasher with no problem as well. The picture looks awesome on the mug.
We placed an order on 12/13/18 for a framed print at the total cost of $289.53, including a whopping $53.55 for 'ground' shipping, and the receipt that was provided to us indicated that it would ship within 3-4 business days. It also stated that we would receive an e-mail with tracking number when it shipped. Thirteen days later (on 12/26/18), it STILL had not shipped, nor had we received any e-mails or tracking numbers, and when we called, they said they didn't have any further information on its status. The order was cancelled and a refund requested on the spot! NOT a good experience! I should also add that we've ordered a similar framed print from them once previously (which was also quite expensive), and although it arrived in a reasonable time frame, the item that actually shipped to us, was NOT as ordered. So, my recommendation to potential consumers on these fine folks would be to exercise caution when (and if) ordering from them. Make sure that you don't need it soon, and make sure that you have full and complete refund eligibility should something go wrong.

I had an idea for a mug and I reviewed fineartamerica's website and I found just the mug I was looking for. So I bought it. And fineart's website was easy to navigate and ordering was simple. Thanks FineArtAmerica!

This is the first time I've ever written a negative review of a company online DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They don't ship the packages until you badger them about it. They have zero accountability regarding when they ship out packages and customer service doesn't even respond to emails. Don't waste your money!
Great selection of so many styles and art periods. Also several sizes and materials to choose from and excellent customer service
It's easy to keyword search FineArtAmerica for photos of particular places. That's what we did, and then had twenty different lovely prints to choose from by different artists. That was much better than framing one of our vacation photos! Everything about order and delivery went smoothly, and the prints look fantastic on our wall.
Fast efficient shipping of a quality product. I love my iPhone 6 Plus case! Along with a protective inner rubber bumper, the printing on the outer case is outstanding. The colours are clear and vibrant for the picture I chose and I like that I could place it where I wanted. I tend to drop my iPhone on occasion and so far this case has stood up to the punishment.
Great images and nice large handles to hold a full cup of whatever. Gave a mug to a friend who filled it with tea immediately and declared it a winner.
Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
