Ordered greeting cards. All the photos came out dark.
Our grand-daughter asked for a Porsche tee shirt for Christmas. Fine Art America did and excellent job with the authentic Porsche emblem and the quality of the shirt. It is perfect and our grand-daughter loves the shirt!
Was very pleased with the painting I grew up in that small town reminds of being back home, purchasing process went very smooth.
A purchased metal print was defective on delivery. Fine Art America refused to reimburse shipping charges to and from my address. The cost to return the print was $136.62 due to its large size and unusual shape. This supplier's production quality is poor and Fine Art America's customer service was unresponsive to my request for a refund. Do not buy from them if you might have to return a purchased item. They do not stand behind their 100% satisfaction guarantee.
I was delighted with the quality of my order and the speed at which it was delivered
I looked everywhere to find this Juan Brufal print that I saw on Facebook, and this is the only place I could find it. It was packaged extremely well to avoid any damage, and shipping was fast! I will definitely shop here again. Thanks for making these amazing artists available.
Title says it all - would definitely use this website again!
My Christmas cards from Fine Arts were beautiful of a Country Club Plaza Christmas lights in Kansas City. I will order from them again. Very satisfied.
All the artwork I ordered arrived in good condition and was beautiful!
We received the picture we ordered and the picture and colors are just as we saw online. It is matted and framed very nicely and we love it. I'm sure we will order from them again down the road.
Ordered 4 prints for Christmas gifts. Nice that they shipped flat, not in a rolled tube as indicated. We did our own framing and everything turned out nice.
I order two puzzels and the recipients were very impressed. I was looking for Grand Island pictures and found them on Fine Arts America.
I have been a return customer for many years now.I have been delighted with every purchase, which is what keeps me coming back. A gift with a "wow" factor means so much more.
I placed two orders this holiday season with FineArtAmerica: My first order was for a custom-framed print of a New Yorker cartoon (a gift for a friend). My second order was for ten holiday greeting cards featuring another artist. Each order from FineArtAmerica is literally created when that order is received -- so expect a few days -- not hours -- to pass before each order is shipped. Result: My custom-framed cartoon arrived in perfect condition and exceeded my expectations. My greeting card order was equally first-rate. I'm sold on this remarkable site.
I ordered 3 framed canvas prints with a matte finish. I received 3 canvas prints with a glossy finish. One arrived with no wire to hang the artwork. It state's on the order form that the artwork will arrive "ready to hang". The frame were not well put together with the corners not matching up and one frame had wide gaps on 3 of the 4 corner seams. See photos.
Great experience, great response, will definitely buy from them again
This card was of high quality, unique, very reasonably priced, and loved by the recipient! I especially love that I was able to customize the inside greeting!
Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
