I bought 3 wall art canvasses and they arrived in 7 days but the coffee mugs haven't arrived after 5 weeks. But the quality of the wall art is really good and nothing arrives damaged. And their greeting cards are exceptional but take weeks to arrive.
Great experience overall. Well packaged. Received the three pieces quickly. All good!
I purchased David Roby's Grandma Glory print for my home and have already received complimentary and positive feedback.
Every year I pick a Fine Arts piece of work from Your site for Christmas Cards. They never disappoint and are Unique and Gorgeous - Thank you!
I personally know the artist and have seen his work on I tried ordering T-shirts, but they are not cut right for me. I decided to order mugs because they would fit just right in my hand. Hard to choose from so many beautiful photos.
Arrived when expected even coming through customs. Quality was matched to price.
They delivered on every promise. Quality, timeliness, follow-up. The process was so simple and the photos are matted and framed beautifully. I ordered 24 x 36 + mat + frame (allow for the additional size of the mat and frame when planning placement) and the photos are wonderful resolution. So classic looking.
We bought several sets of greeting cards last year and some coffee mugs this year and have been delighted with the quality and appearance. The mugs had panoramic views of the Blue Ridge mountains near where we live and made wonderful gifts (and one to keep). The cards are beautifully printed, have themes you don't see all over the place, and could be custom printed with greeting. Customer service is good, shipping prompt. Overall, FineArtAmerica is a site we will count on for gifts and more,
Just want to say the art work is so beautiful my only problem is the way they package the item I feel they need to take more consideration for each item just a cardboard box with no bubble wrap and and cardboard cover to try to hold item from moving around doesn't seem like they gave concern for the client just box and ship.Let me tell you I'm a former New Englander and was excited to purchase these beautiful items and so disappointed when they arrive only to open and found one broken. Please consider better packaging.
All in all, my experience with FineArtAmerica has been a very happy one.
My purchases have been very good quality and the people I've dealt with have been friendly and helpful.
I have purchased two pieces of wall art from FineArtAmerica and I cannot begin to tell you how easy and it was and how quickly my purchases were delivered, they are both of super quality and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
I signed up for Fine Art America hoping to boost my art sales but I'm a bit disappointed. It offers a huge range of products to sell my work, the visibility isn't great unless you actively market your work through your own channel. I wish the qaulity of the prints was more consistent. Some of my prints have arrived looking amazing while others haven't lived up to expectations.
In a crowded field, Fine Art America stands out! With millions of artists, and a large assortment of products, their offerings are excellent. The quality of my print, and the ease of the shopping experience ensure that I will visit here often!
From ordering, speed of confirmation, speed of delivery, outstanding package design, quality of framing, probably the best experience I have had. Well done all.
I wanted to love Fine Art America but I've encountered several challenges since joining. The competition is fierce which makes it tough to get noticed even though I upload regularly. The profit margins arent great especially on cheaper products.
Good deal and good job framing, but maybe most impressed with the clever, intricate packaging. Even it were glass - and I'm not even sure they offer glass - it wouldn't have broke.
The painting offered by FineArtAmerica was not only readily available for purchase, but also as a fine photographic rendering of the original. This obscure - and nearly forgotten painting - by 19th century artist, Giovanni Boldini, was a pleasant surprise to find here, and with a wide-ranging choice of sizes for framing. The ordering and careful packaging for shipment was a welcome relief, as I have encountered online distributors that differ in terms of "user-friendliness". The proof was in the presentation, after delivery, of the painting and it now is part of my wall display at home.
The Helen Dryden framed Vogue cover arrived quickly and is exactly as depicted. The measurements are perfect and the colors are vibrant. I am very pleased with my purchase. I would highly recommend this company!
I ordered a piece by Jen Norton, an artist I've always admired. It's a Christmas present for my sister. When I saw it, I liked it so much that I ordered a second one for me!
Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
