Fashion show pathetic

Event disorganized, zero talent, huge rip-off. Most of their performances are milquetoast wanna-bes. Wish I'd seen these ratings before I shelled out $350 for tickets and left after 30minutes

Awful company

Booked for an exhibition, my cat was unfortunately ill and and I asked to move the time slot by a few hours. Was just a flat out no. No empathy, no resolution. Total cartel of a company and I'll NEVER use them again and urge anyone who values customer service to NOT use them either. Lack of understanding and customer service. Basically just androids that say "computer says no". Ridiculous scam artists!

Misleading Event Details
September 10, 2022

I have attended multiple fever events and followed all instructions for arrival with no issues in the past. I attempted to attend a candlelight tribute in Austin. The listing advertised there was parking within a 4 min walk with event staff at the door to assist. And to arrive 30 min before the show. I arrived 30 min beforehand only to find out there was no staff but only a sign with an address that led me to an apartment building with tow signs. I spent 30 min trying to find a legal spot to park. As the event does not allow entry past the start time I was unable to attend the event. After explaining this issue to the customer care team the team was rude and condescending. Saying my inability to find parking is not a valid reason for a refund. They were unwilling to work with me to find any sort of solution over than the solution where they get away with me paying for an event that I couldn't attend based on a false advertisement. I have recommended fever to many people who have actually bought tickets and unfortunately now I will never recommend any event to anyone. The event details cannot be be trusted and customer service is non existent. Beware! This company will gladly take your money for nothing in return other than stress and frustration.

Pathetic customer service experience
September 6, 2022

I had booked 4 tickets for a San Francisco cruise experience, and unfortunately realized that i booked the wrong dates. I immediately contacted the customer support team via email and was informed that if i confirm prior to event time, i will be eligible for an exchange voucher to modify the date. I replied to that email (twice), confirming that I would like to proceed with a date change and voucher (several hours prior to the start of my event). They responded to my email the next day (after the event), saying that i cannot receive the voucher as the ticket is non refundable! The customer service completely went back on their own statement, and now they have refused to reimburse the money! I have NEVER had such a bad experience, where the customer is being forced to pay for the company's mistake.

West Town Street Art NO SHOW Walking Tour

We never got to go on the tour... we were sitting in Starbucks no one showed up and we started live chat with Peter at 1205. Who said he would research what happened then email me at this email. He asked if we were at the meeting place at 12 noon? Really trying to blame us for no one showing up from the fever up tour! We were actually at starbucks at 1030 am drinking coffee and eating inside since it was raining waiting for the tour to start. No show from Fever up tours, we waited outside starting at 1150 and then live chat started at around 1205. Peter ended the chat and then tried to live chat where Tatiana chated a pre script answer she ended the chat, Santiago pre script answer and after almost an hour at 1258 we left in an Uber after standing in the rain waiting on Fever tours... all I want is my $50 back. I have never in my entire life of traveling have ever had this piss poor customer service! Then try to turn the blame on us by asking were we at the meeting place at 12? We were super early, it was raining and there is no where in the neighborhood to venture off too. I told Pete we had another tour booked at 230. Your tour was suppose to take 1.5hours there was no way to get an 1.5 hour tour when it was already almost 1pm and we had to be at another tour at 230pm. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK!
This was the worst experience I have ever had!

Wow, what an absolute cluster___ of a process and even worse customer service. Can't get confirmation of an order. Have to download their app AFTER paying to get any type of confirmation. App changed the ticket date after ordering and now cannot get the date moved or any restitution at all. They will only communicate via email and try to pawn off their issues to the venue. Needless to say we'; re out a few hundred dollars here. BUYER BEWARE!

Bogus tickets

Ticket Nightmare
August 15, 2022

Purchased tickets for the Prince exhibit in Chicago changed my ticket dates and it had been a Nightmare since! My tickets have been cancelled 3 times non of which was my doing and every cancellation they give me less and less credit to "re purchase " the same tickets over and over. Customers service can't un cancel the tickets so you have to hope the date and time you wanted is still available. Not to mention anytime you at an event for information the app purchases a ticket for said event. Stay away if you can if you have to purchase tickets through Fever keep checking before your event that the tickets were not cancelled they give you no notice of cancellation.

I purchased 2 tickets for an event & then needed to change the time. The site says to cancel your tickets & you will get a credit that will automatically apply at checkout when you repurchase. So I cancel and repurchase but realized I only bought 1 ticket. I go back to purchase the other ticket and instead of applying the remaining credit I was charged. The site says this sometimes there multiple charges and to wait a few days and the charge will come off. I wait 3 days charge is still there so I call and customer service basically says it was my fault no refund. Terrible experience and a terrible way to conduct business I do not recommend using them at all. A company with no accountability equals a headache for you.

Hopeless service
July 29, 2022

We held tickets for a recent Candlelight event to be held on a Thursday evening at Cremorne. One of the ticket holders with whom we have lived for six days became Ill and then tested positive for Covid on the day of the performance. I had developed symptoms by late afternoon.
I attempted to contact the service desk. No reply. I arranged for a neighbour to attend the theatre. He was advised the service desk was in Europe and no Fever representative was available at the event. He was told that the ticket holders should not attend but email the service desk. He was also told the event was not sold out so tickets were available on line and would be of no use to the box office.
Contact was done again.
The following day I was requested to send proof of the positive test ( before the event) in a particular form with a passport.
The photo of the RAT test from the previous day was not acceptable.
Evidence was subsequently provided in the form required.
I was then told that as this was not done before the event commenced the service desk could not help me. In short, I was being told to just turn up and infect the audience.
Lousy service
Hopeless advice
Terrible attitude
Invisible terms and conditions
Don't bother trying to deal with this company as they do not care.

BAD business partners.

I purchased two tickets to the Michelangelo art display, and they charged me FOUR times for the same set of tickets. I authorized payment for $38.20 for two tickets on July 20th, 2022 and they charged me $39.99 twice on July 20th and then charged me $39.99 twice on July 21st. They have literally emptied my account and although I have disputed the charge, it will take 3 months to get my money back. BUYER BEWARE...

I was due to go to an event with my friend. However her daughter got chickenpox. They gave her a voucher as an emergency. They told me that I did not have an emergency so they could do nothing. Then they said if my friend had booked both tickets it would technically be ok. I bought an nhs ticket and cannot afford another ticket at £18 each. Really unimpressed that they would split up a group of two parents and 2 kids like this.

We were unable to attend a fever event due to several of our party catching Covid. When we reached out to Fever for help with our tickets, they waited until after the event to respond, and when they did it was "sorry, no refunds/changes". Pretty terrible experience.

Non-existent customer service

Tried to get a refund when I got Covid and we have to isolate. They won't refund. Instead I got charged another ticket. It's impossible to complain to anyone. Terrible company to deal with. It's a scam!

Bought tickets to an event through Feverup, not realizing the event was finished a month and a half before tickets were bought. When that was brought to my attention, looked closer and realized the location was a very sketchy "TBD." Found a string of complaints on the Better Business Bureau website about exact same event, many marked "resolved," so they are aware of this and other problems. Looked at ticketing listing again: they are still selling tickets for this event on dates past it's closing. They are either unwilling or unable to vette their events for accuracy. In addition, they have refused to refund the purchase price for this event.

Looking at other events in my city, none of them have locations. BBB also had a complaint about a similar event that was paid for and then "happened" in a city an hour away, so obviously scammers have figured out how to game Feverups system pretty well.

This company advertised a secret "Gin and Tea" event to occur in Tampa. They were very clear in repeating it was to be in Tampa and did not disclose it would be in the "Tampa area" or even "Tampa Bay." Relying on the representations it was to be in Tampa, we purchased tickets only to find out it is in a different city about an hour away. We immediately contacted Fever a/k/a Fever Labs a/k/a Fever Up to request a refund to which they refused. I would not recommend this company

I did everything I could to assist this company to change my tickets. Five back and forwards. I used a different email to the one the tickets booked under, yet their site had no facility to correct it. Finally sorted that out and then they wanted proof of my Covid diagnosis, so sent them a copy of Health WAs message to me. Nup they refused that. Take a photograph of the original diagnosis which I have not received in writing yet. Then they would not change the date to when I come out of isolation nor a refund, instead they'd give me a voucher for another show. I refused and now have lost the price of my tickets because I did not turn up on the day. They put every obstacle possible in my way. Beware of this company. They advertise that they are Covid compliant but they are not. I would not deal with them again. And all the while I've been sick, trying to deal with them. Totally disgusted with this company.
