Scam - inconsistent policies
January 23, 2023

I have spent hours of my life talking to Fever support, spanning from October of 2022 to January of 2023, over 6 tickets for a Vivaldi show in Toronto, totalling over 400 CAD. The customer service is poor at best, with policies that only apply to some customers. At the end of all this, my partner was refunded the exact same tickets (although he has way fewer of them, which begs the question of financial motivation), purchased at the same time, on a service call at the same time as mine, while I was told there are no refunds. The best part of all this? We first cancelled because the family got covid, and we are now requesting refunds because I have long covid. Nothing like being super sick and being scammed by a company's "policy".

***BE CAREFUL*** Company will scam you!
January 13, 2023

***BE CAREFUL!*** App is used to order tickets for several different events but they have numerous complaints and issues regarding ppl losing their money and not being able to actually see the event. (You can see multiple complaints on the BBB website). I also paid $140 for 2 tickets to an event we couldn't make it to because our family got covid but Fever would not reschedule or refund anything due to their "Terms". They just didn't care. Pls go check out complaints before purchasing. Thx

Fever "policies" need some revisions and in addition to more training, the CS team needs more leverage with available concessions for unhappy customers. I have been in Client Success for over 20 years and reciting policy without providing some sort of solution is NEVER an option. Certainly you can't offer refunds to everyone who is simply canceling due to cancel, but policies absolutely must have loopholes for some situations, or alternate solutions, such as credits for future events, etc.
The interactions I've had with the CS team over various tickets I've purchased clearly show that CS associates have no authority at Fever.
Had the CS reps provided solutions rather than recite policies like robots, I might not be as upset and be willing to give Fever another chance.

I'm so done with Fever and will not attend any events that have tickets sold by this company. Their customer service reps treat you like they don't care and repeat information over and over without actually solving anything and act like their hands are tied to make any decisions. Clearly customer satisfaction is not one of their priorities.

Their refund policies are asinine without providing some sort of platform for ticket holders to resell if cancellation is needed, or forgiveness for mistakes, especially when the platform adds a default 1 ticket type to the cart.

I've had multiple issues with this company, but this is the most recent issue:
I made a mistake and added an additional ticket to my cart since the app defaults the cart to 1 General ticket. I purchased 2 VIP tickets and didn't notice the default general ticket in my cart until I got the email confirmation that it was bought. I reported it within 30 min of accidentally buying the ticket, in addition to using the other two tickets with the ticket that was accidentally purchased left unused, and they still won't refund due to "policy".

I'm over companies like Fever taking advantage of customers due to "policy"

Feverup is a scam...
January 5, 2023

My daughter bought one ticket, but Feverup can't find the ticket associated to the payment card...Even after sending them evidence of the bank deduction they deny it.
There is no possibility to call anywhere to discuss...Total scam, avoid using this company!

I wanted to visit Fabrique des Lumières with my family of 2 children and 2 adults. Feverup does sell childrens tickets but it is impossible to buy childrens tickets and parents tickets in one transaction. If you want to buy tickets for a family, you will have to do 2 purchases.

So I did (or at least, I tried). I looked for a time slot with high ticket availability, to avoid ending up with 2 childrens tickets without parents tickets (I'm not letting my 7 & 9 year olds take the train & visit a museum by themselves, as any sane person would understand). I bought 2 childrens tickets. Then I tried to buy tickets for me and my wife. There were (according to Feverup website) still 8 tickets available. I made the purchase. Then the credit card payment failed. Not clear why. I tried again. Same problem. After contacting customer support, Feverup told me the tickets ran out (even though after 1 hour there were still 8 tickets 'available' according to their web site!). I asked for a cancellation & refund of the childrens' tickets, or a rescheduling. But all the Feverup customer agents can do is tell me to go $#*! myself, and hide behind Terms & Conditions. Feverup, you should be ASHAMED of yourselves, with your $#*!ty 1990s technology and abominable customer support.

Yeah, won't make this mistake again.
December 10, 2022

Purchased two tickets to a show in Philadelphia, an animated 'Starry Night' using digital projectors. Paid $134 for two tickets. Tickets never showed up. I emailed them about it, nothing. I responded to their Facebook post when they were advertising another show. They told me who I should contact, I did, they sent an email that my refund was approved. Nothing. Weird timing, but the picture I just added landed in my Facebook feed just now! That was the show last year they screwed me out of!

DO NOT BUY TICKETS
November 30, 2022

I booked to attend the "Old but Gold: 360° Cocktail Party" on the evening of Saturday 15th October with a friend who was back in London from Madrid. When we arrived, the gentlemen on the door were friendly and we were excited to attend the event. However, we were shown into the room where the event was to happen which consisted of a mostly bare room with just some tables in an L shape at one side of it.

Firstly, our two seats were not together, so we had to ask that we be seated together. The music was all over the place - not going through decade by decade, but random tunes which did not, for the most part, match the images that were projected onto the walls. There was no atmosphere at the event at all, despite the feeble efforts of a man shouting into a microphone over the music which was playing at a fairly low level.

The cocktails were stated to contain spirits, but were exceedingly weak with just a tiny hint of alcohol, and were clearly made up mainly of syrup. We even checked with one of the staff that they did, in fact, contain alcohol, and he confirmed they did, which was also pretty insulting as it was clear the alcohol content was minimal. The cocktails were a joke, particularly given the price we paid for each ticket.

This could have been an amazing event, and my friend and I were expecting a fun, lively, high quality - in your words "immersive" - experience. What we got was beyond budget, disappointing and a rip off, verging on fraud, frankly, given the "cocktails" that were served.

It is absolutely outrageous that this event was advertised as an event that promised to "transport you through the highs and lows of life, the music and earth-shattering events from the 70's to the nillies. Everything around you becomes a moving canvas during this journey through time. Sit back and submerge your senses as we serve you a carefully curated cocktail that fits each decade perfectly." It delivered none of this. We wrote to fever asking for a refund for the £52 per ticket we bought as the event was poor and the "cocktails" that were promised were a total rip off. The response was an insincere apology and an offer of attending another event run by Fever, which is the last thing I want to waste my time or money on.

What a ridiculous company! This is the 3rd cancellation I've experienced with them. Forget their BS about having months to reschedule. The whole family was together this holiday week. I don't want your reschedule offer - I want a full refund! I'll make sure my credit card company makes that happens this time. I find out about the cancellation 12 hours before the performance? Feverup is second only to Ticketmaster in greedy behavior and careless attitude about their customers.

Numerous problems with FeverUp
November 25, 2022

In October I purchased 6 tickets to the "NightGarden" event at Fairchild Gardens in Miami. We went to the event but the venue was closed. I called FeverUp and they told me the event for that date was cancelled. I never received the cancellation notice. After numerous attempts to reschedule, I was finally able to secure tickets for the only other date available for us to attend. Unfortunately, we were charged more than our original purchase. They refused to reimburse me for the extra charge. I feel scammed by them. Customer service was terrible!

Really dissapointing experience and service! We were made to sit at the very back after paying a lot extra for premium zone B tickets because they oversold the event. We were told by staff that we would get a full refund when but this has not been honoured by customer service when we contacted them. They oversell tickets, take your money then don't refund you, scam.

Horrible company and disappointing events
November 10, 2022

Don't waste your money. The events are very poorly planned and the customer service is terrible. There's a good chance you won't even get to do your event because they will have to cancel it or if an issue comes up and you need to change your tickets they'll basically just tell you to@#%$ off.

Even if you do get to do the event, you'll be disappointed. For example at the Nosferatu candlelight event they only had a tiny little screen to actually watch the movie. It's a silent film so all of the dialogue is shown as text. It was impossible to actually see the screen and read what was going on.

Absolutely terrible
November 9, 2022

We went to a Dining in the Dark experience in Edmonton for 80$ per person. The main meal was meatloaf. They requested we leave the eye masks so they could disinfect them to re-use them. I will let you be the judge of whether you would pay 80$ in advance for that kind of experience.

Scumbag Business Practices
October 28, 2022

Whatever you do. NEVER purchase ANYTHING from fever. They refuse refunds for any reason even if it's a valid reason. The WORST customer service. Their business model is built on ripping off patrons, they are the biggest scumbags and have a horrible horrible business model. I hope more than anything they go out of business very soon! Please tell others to avoid Fever. I hope another business that is more trustworthy comes along to rival them... would love to see them be put out for their scumbag practices!

They are thieves
October 25, 2022

They have stolen $500 from us and they are liars. My mother in law bought tickets to go to Arcadia Earth. We contacted feverup letting them know we were not able to attend because we had tested positive for covid. They requested proof that we were positive for covid so I sent them the proof. We did not request a refund, we requested to change the date on the tickets and they told us that they couldn't change the date. So they pretty much stole the $500. Obviously they doesn't care if you have covid and go infect the people that work at the museum as well as the people that purchase tickets to attend the museum. DON'T BUY TICKETS FROM THEM!

Bought tickets for a birthday present for my brother. Had no choice but to book a late ish slot. Contacted customer service a week before the event and was told that whilst no current earlier availability, to check back later in the week as if there was an earlier slot, they would move it. Checked back today to have an incredibly rude customer services adviser called Anna say that she wouldn't help, despite tickets being available now for an earlier slot, that her colleagues were wrong, that the chat agents couldn't do anything anyway etc. Then closed the chat. Still going to the event as it's a birthday gift but would never book again with you.

VERY BAD
October 16, 2022

VERY BAD. Had 2 tickets and 1 of us got sick possibly Covid. I emailed Fever with subject emergency and asked for refund due to sickness & heard nothing. I emailed them again later that same day and heard nothing. Had they wrote back I could have gone alone or tried to find someone else. Then I got a form email saying working on it and to wait. Then I got an email saying they're closing my request as I did not reply to their email (which I never got). DO NOT TRUST THEM OR DEAL WITH THEM EVER! I may actually have to sue them. :(

Had to use Fever to purchase tickets to an event. Selected the only date and time available. Upon submitting credit card details and selecting Pay, an error message appeared stating that the payment was not processed due to an issue... Please try again in a few minutes. Did so 4 times and got the same error. Out of curiousity, checked my credit card statement and to my disgust the card had been debited 4 separate times (see screenshot of statement). No email confirmation received so did not receive any tickets. Now awaiting resolution and hoping these payments are reversed.

Bad experience
September 24, 2022

I bought 5 tickets to a show in October. Purchase made in August. The company also charged someone else for some of the tickets. Then without any reason they credited all the tickets.,. When I called about it I could not retrieve the tickets and had to take a different night. The experience was awful. No one at the company seemed to know what happened. Never again will I deal with such a disorganized place. What began as a fun thing has been ruined. Not even one star for customer service and treatment

They don't care
September 19, 2022

We arrived 5 mins late to our event (we drove 45 minutes into an area we were unfamiliar with) and they would not let us in. Contacted Feverup afterwards and they would not help us. We did not ask for a refund, just a credit or transfer to a later time. They sent us a generic email stating that we agreed to the terms and there was nothing they can do. Buyer beware, they don't care and just want your money.
